Analýza demografického vývoje mikroregionu Ostrožsko-Veselsko

Kupcová, Lenka January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the number and structure of the selected population segment and on the demographic dynamics trend of the microregion Ostrožsko-Veselsko in between the years 2001 and 2011. These demographic indicators were analysed as follows: natality, abortion rate, mortality, marriage rate, divorce rate, migration and total growth. Any trends of the selected demographic indicators were predicted by using an appropriate trend function for upcoming 5 years ending. The reason for choosing this topic is the absence of any more detailed analyses of the microregion development strategy, so this thesis can be used as a base for its formulation in the future.

Analýza změn ve vydáních domácností v ČR / Analysis of changes of households expenditures in CR

Bartošová, Livie January 2016 (has links)
The Diploma Thesis is focused on changes in household spending in the Czech Republic. The aim was to analyze the changes in the average spending in individual household types. In the introductory part, the method of data collection by the Czech Statistical Office, which collects the data from the households in the framework of the family accounts statistics, is described. Moreover, the inflation questions are explained here, together with the description of models of consumption ways. The introduction of the Thesis also includes the explanation of options of a non-consumer spending in the form of both investments and various types of savings. The practical part comprises analyses monitoring changes in the spending structure, in the spending extent, and in the development of the expense entry value. The analysis of the changes in the spending structure concerns all categories of households, classified according to the person acting as the head of household, in the years 2006-2014. These changes are evaluated not only from the point of view of their extent and development trends, but they are also evaluated in comparison with other monitored households. The detailed analysis monitoring the spending extent and the development of individual expense entries studies the average household and the household of employees in the years 2000-2014, with a subsequent prediction for years 2015 and 2016. For the households of self-employers, unemployed persons and pensioners (without economically active members), the analysis covers the changes in the spending extent in the years 2006-2014 and includes also the comparison of such changes in terms of the mentioned household types.

Genetická diverzita a fylogeneze Pisum fulvum Sibth. & Sm.

Trněný, Oldřich January 2016 (has links)
Pisum fulvum Sibth. & Sm. is one of the three species in genus Pisum L., which also includes species Pisum sativum L. and Pisum abyssinicum A.Br. P. fulvum together with subspecies P. sativum subsp. elatius M.Bieb. and P. sativum subsp. humile Boiss. et Noe. belong to the group of wild pea. P. fulvum belongs to secondary gene pool of cultural pea P. sativum L. subsp. sativum. Due to the potential use of P. fulvum as a donor of gene of interest in processes of cultural pea genetic diversity enrichment, it may be considered as an important plant species whose biological characteristics should be assembled within the possibilities. Divergence separating P. fulvum from the rest of the evolutionary lineage of the genus Pisum occured in the period before 1.7 million years +/- 0.4 million years. Currently, its habitats is limited to the eastern part of the territory of Levant where P. fulvum is more abundant plant in its range than other groups of the genus Pisum that occurs sympatric with P. fulvum. The genetic diversity of P. fulvum is characterized in the current thesis by three approaches of molecular biology using DNA sequencing of ITS nuclear region and trnSG chloroplast region, DArT-SeqTM and GenoPea 13.2km SNP. Sequencing ITS region of 149 accessions led to the identification of four ribotypes that were analyzed in biogeographical context. Based on the comparing the analysis of data from genome-wide genotyping DArT-SeqTM and origin of analyzed accessions three groups (south, central and north) which can be considered as intraspecific evolutionary line were identified. In case of analysis of data from GenoPea 13.2K SNP P. fulvum genotype was compared with genotypes of other groups of pea and P. fulvum asociated SNPs were identified. Recent gene flow between some accessions of P. fulvum and accessions of other groups of wild pea was confirmed by analysis of codominant SNP data and by analysis of trnSG sequences.

K indentifikaci předpokladů v triatlonu / About identification of motor predispositions in triathlon

Kovářová, Lenka January 2011 (has links)
Title: About identification of motor predispositions in triathlon Aims: The aim of our study was to find and verify appropriate indicators predicting the on-coming performance in a short triathlon and determine their level for the junior category. Methods: In our study, we combined quantitative and qualitative approaches with a predominance of quantitative methods. In the first phase of the research, we used quantitative methods, confirmatory factor analysis for verification of models of predispositions and elaboration of performance standards for individual tests by means of T-points. In the second part of the research, we used the qualitative method (casuistic studies) to validate the test battery and its application in practice. Results: We have compiled a structural model of motor predispositions for short triathlon, which explained 91% of all cross-correlations of seventeen used indicators. Predispositions for triathlon were categorized into five separate groups; for swimming, cycling and running (i.e. according to individual disciplines), and functional and psychological predispositions. Finding a lower limit boundary of performance in the completed tests is considered to be the most important issue for the assessment of future performance in triathlon. As a lower limit we have set the zone...

Neuroaktivní steroidy a závislosti / Neuroactive steroids and addictions

Jandíková, Hana January 2013 (has links)
Neuroactive steroids are a group of steroid hormones which act non-genomically to influence the neuron excitability of neuronal synapses. Addictive substances can interfere with the synthesis of neuroactive steroids through many mechanisms, affecting their levels and changing their functionality. At the same time, neuroactive steroids play a role in the development of addiction, since their levels change during attempts to quit and therefore affect the success of treatments for addiction. This study focuses on the relationships between individual addictive substances and neuroactive steroids, the individual functional mechanisms and how they influence each other. It is generally known that addictive substances result in the release of anxiolytics that act on neuroactive steroids. This plays a role in the development of addiction. We also describe in detail the effect of smoking on steroid hormones and the endocrine system in general. Using tobacco addition as a model, we studied the relationship between addiction and neuroactive steroids. As part of my doctoral studies we performed a prospective study that followed changes in the steroid spectra induced by smoking as well as when quitting smoking. We also developed a predictive model to predict the likelihood of success in treating tobacco...

Investiční zlato - IT podpora / Gold investment - IT support

ZAHOŘ, Zdeněk January 2011 (has links)
This thesis is about the investigation of the prediction with help of artificial neural networks. It contrasts other papers considering similar topic. This work is focused on the data collected to predict future outcomes. The data specifically deals with gold capital. It is possible to buy gold via the internet in a form of gold bars. The dealers themselves state that the price of gold is derived via the global prize index of gold and from the current value converted to the Czech Koruna rate of exchange. The aim of this work is to consider price forecast correlating input data. To achieve the desired outcome a system for the data collection, processing, and visualization has been designed. A system dealing with price prediction has been developed to show the accuracy of the results obtained.

Adaptace programů ve Scale zaměřená na výkon / Performance based adaptation of Scala programs

Kubát, Petr January 2017 (has links)
Dynamic adaptivity of a computer system is its ability to modify the behavior according to the environment in which it is executed. It allows the system to achieve better performance, but usually requires specialized architecture and brings more complexity. The thesis presents an analysis and design of a framework that allows simple and fluent performance-based adaptive development at the level of functions and methods. It closely examines the API requirements and possibilities of integrating such a framework into the Scala programming language using its advanced syntactical constructs. On theoretical level, it deals with the problem of selecting the most appropriate function to execute with given input based on measurements of previous executions. In the provided framework implementation, the main stress is laid on modularity and extensibility, as many possible future extensions are outlined. The solution is evaluated on a variety of development scenarios, ranging from input adaptation of algorithms to environment adaptations of complex distributed computations in Apache Spark.
