This diploma thesis deals with the importance of tourism for a group of states which includes Portugal, Spain, Italy and Greece. The aim of this thesis is to identify the importance of tourism to the economy and to interconnect it with the competitiveness of those countries in tourism via an analysis of the current situation in tourism and via analysing the effects that tourism has on these economies in the past last five years. The first chapter explains the most important terms concerning the subject in theory. The next chapter introduces tourism within the PIGS economies and the third chapter is devoted to tourism competitiveness of the southern EU countries and creates a predicition of their future development in tourism.

Risk factors of manifestation and course of treatment of inflammatory bowel disease in children Typical Crohn's disease (CD), Crohn's colitis, typical and atypical ulcerative colitis (UC) are currently perceived as different forms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). The incidence of IBD is increasing worldwide in both the adult and paediatric populations. Although the role of genetic background and environmental factors in the development of these diseases is known to some extent, the exact cause of IBD has still not been determined. Comprehensive care requires a precise and data-driven approach to minimize the risk of complicated disease course and the development of disease-related and/or treatment-associated complications. The main goal of this work is to identify new predictive factors affecting individual areas of care of paediatric patients with IBD. The range of clinical situations addressed in this work includes the possibility of predicting the diagnosis, the generally complicated disease course, the response to a particular therapeutic regimen, the development of side effects associated with the therapeutic procedure and the patient's adherence to the treatment. The dissertation thesis is used as a methodology for prediction of selected parameters of rotational kinematic pairs of machine tools. The motivation for its writing has been continually increasing requirements for parameters (performance, accuracy, static and dynamic stiffness) of machine tools. The methodology takes into account the availability of suitable measuring devices and description of the design of rotary kinematic pairs. It will be useable for predicting the behavior of rotational kinematic pairs, even at the design stage by applying results to the machine design. The work is processed so that first is used a system approach to suggest methodology for prediction of the behavior of rotary kinematic pair in CNC machine tools, planning measurement strategy and verifying the results, including applications for specific kinematic chain of the selected machine. Based on this system approach and the resulting methodology, the measurement of the rotary kinematic pair was performed. The results of the system approach and measurement are generalized in the form of recommendations for designers of machining centers, allowing to increase the accuracy of the rotational kinematic pair.

This project describes image processing, characterization of scenes, especialy differences of screen captures and method motion objects there. Practical part defines the program, which is finding and tracking similar objects on video files or series of images. The program also computes predictions of next location for each object. This thesis is working with only synthesis scenes. I have chosen this way, because we can understand the synthesis scenes as a simplification of world. If solution of tracking and prediction on this scenes are suscesfull, then could be possible resolve also complicated problems.

This thesis is primarily focus on method names King, which is estimates latency between arbitrary end hosts by using recursive DNS queries in system for translate domain name.

On the basic of theoretical knowledge I am going to make a technical analysis of stocks. Based on the results I am going to determine recommendations to investors and I am going to compare them with the real results. In Miscrosoft Visual basic I am going to create a program with technical indicators that I will use.
