The Dissertation is concerned with monitoring of changes regarding muscle involvement in specific areas of human motion system when walking and Nordic walking (NW) with focus on adults and by means of electromyography method. Within the process of field testing there were 9 randomly selected individuals at the age of 50 - 60 tested to elicit differences in the motion system. There was an effort to find certain differences within involvement of specific muscle groups in the area of shoulder girdle, pelvic girdle and lower limbs and retrieval of similarities of coordination attributes concerning locomotion at horizontal presented by paradigm of kinesiological content of reflexive crawling according to Vojta's principle. Kinematic analyses was used to discover a difference in involvement of specific muscles between Nordic (v = 5 kph) and regular walking (v = 4, 75 kph) up to 10˚ of ascent. Muscles where their MVC was diagnosed the difference in individual muscle involvement was monitored expressed in percentage. The present thesis paper deals - on theoretical level - with the importance and the gradual evolution of dialogicality of man within the context of criminal justice. In Western European cultural environment the image of man as dialogical being has been inspired by the Judeo-Christian tradition, approaching "the man in relationship" as an unlimited and transcendental form of being. In practical terms, a relationship has been perceived as the fundamental precondition in the process of restoration of a man and as an opportunity to re-approach the original absolute form of humanity, which is in harmony with God´s intention. The culturally accepted dialogical image of man has been reflected in shaping the specific form of systems and institutions created by man, including also the system of criminal law and justice, the main objective of which is enforcing justice. In the spirit of that cultural tradition, emphasis is currently laid on protection of and respect for dignity and individual rights and freedoms of man, and, thus, personal participation of the criminal conflict parties in the process of justice is required. Hence, in the persons of the offender and the victim, justice is rather becoming "the justice of dialogue and negotiation" within restorative justice, and it is so within the limits of law so as the participants´ individual needs and interests can be taken care of and obligations resulting from the conflict can be secured, to the maximum possible extent.

This work describes selected the technical monuments in South Bohemia and the technical monuments are described in detail. This work technical monuments shows the basic technical functions and the use of known physical phenomena in their construction. These monuments are grouped into thematic groups with respect to mining, transporting and processing of raw materials. Selection specific monuments was carried out on the basis of their importance and uniqueness in the context of South Bohemia.

1974 införde Sverige, som första landet i världen, en föräldraförsäkring som gav både mammor och pappor rätt till en inkomstrelaterad ersättning för att vara föräldralediga med sina barn. Trots samma möjligheter till föräldraledighet har pappor, genomgående sedan reformen infördes, tagit ut betydligt färre föräldradagar än mammor. Statistik visar däremot på en progression som indikerar på att allt fler pappor både tar ut samt tar en längre föräldraledighet än tidigare. I och med denna successiva förändring i åtanke väcktes en nyfikenhet gällande bakomliggande orsaker för detta. Tidigare forskning har belyst möjliga förklaringar till pappors resonemang kring föräldraledighet och pappors roll i familjen. Denna studie syftar därför till att anta en ny synvinkel, där en jämförelse av papparollens eventuella förändring över ett kvarts sekel undersöks. Detta för att ta reda på om en eventuell förändring av papparollen har skett och om så, hur denna förändring ser ut. Vidare vill studien undersöka om den eventuella förändringen kan ligga till grund för det ökade uttaget av föräldraledighet hos pappor boende i Stockholm. För att besvara studiens syfte och frågeställningar har kvalitativa intervjuer utförts med heterosexuella pappor från två generationer i åldrarna 30-35 år och 55-60 år bosatta i Stockholm. Det empiriska materialet har sedan analyserats med hjälp av teorierna doing gender och specialiseringsteorin samt Lars Jalmerts och Elisabeth Bekkengens tidigare studier som berör svenska män och i synnerhet faderskap. Resultatet av denna studie visar på att papporna från de två generationerna har olika syn på vad papparollen innebär och det blir tydligt att de gör papparollen på olika sätt. Den äldre generationen ser föräldraskapet som bestående av två kompletterande roller där mammor och pappor fyller olika funktioner. Den yngre generationen har en annan syn på föräldraskapet och menar på att mammor och pappor utgör en heltäckande föräldraroll där båda föräldrarna ansvarar lika för allt. Deras två olika definitioner av papparollen respektive föräldrarollen grundas ur hur de ser på och gör kön vilket också tycks vara en påverkande faktor till hur papporna har tagit ut sina föräldradagar.

We consider nonlinear elliptic Bellman systems which arise in the theory of stochastic differential games. The right hand sides of the equations (which are called Hamiltonians) may have quadratic growth with respect to the gradient of the unknowns. Under certain assumptions on Lagrangians (from which the Hamiltonians are derived), that are satisfied for many types of stochastic games, we establish the existence and uniqueness of a Nash point and develop structural conditions on the Hamiltonians. From these conditions we establish a certain version of maximum and minimum principle. This result is then used to establish the existence of a bound solution. 1

Práce je zaměřena na požadavky uznávání a vykazování výnosů a nákladů a na princip přiřazování nákladů a výnosů. Rovněž zkoumá vliv "matching" principu na obchodní pohledávky. Jejím cílem je podat ucelený přehled o této problematice.

V diplomové práci je pojednáváno o mikroekonomických základech stanovování transferových cen s důrazem na definici modelu závislého trhu. Práce dále obsahuje analýzu daňových dopadů stanovování transferových cen v České republice a v mezinárodním kontextu, v této souvislosti stručně rozebírá požadavky na vedení dokumentace k transferovým cenám jako důkazního prostředku pro kontroly správcem daně. Práce dále řeší aktuální otázky postavení transferových cen v tzv. síťových koncernech a investičních pobídkách. Součástí práce je také analýza metod oceňování transferových cen z pohledu zákona č. 151/1997 Sb., o oceňování majetku a směrnice OECD pro nadnárodní společnosti a daňové správy. V práci je rovněž rozebrána možnost aplikace regresních modelů pro stanovení strategie tvorby transferové ceny.

The aim of this master's thesis named Evaluation of company Intersnack a.s. is to estimate market value of the firm as of 31. 12. 2013 for the management needs based on public available data. The thesis written as expert report is divided into several chapters. In the first part are elaborated strategic and financial analyzes. On the results from these two analyzes author should state that company fulfills going-concern principle. Next were prepared value drivers on which base was created financial plan for years 2014 - 2018. For the final evaluation were used yield methods, specifically discounted cash-flow to the firm and economic value added. The result of this master's thesis is estimation of market value of the company in the amount of 3,7 billion CZK.

The thesis deals with natural disasters from the statistical point of view and treats them as extremal observations. Basics of classical extreme value theory will be summarized and new approach based on maximum entropy principle will be proposed. Both methods will be used in order to analyze real discharge data observed at the river Vltava.

The thesis focuses on the transfer pricing questions in the Czech companies. The theoretical part concerns the legislative background, transfer pricing determination methodology and related necessary documentation. The practical part contains the performed questionnaire survey targeted at transfer pricing methods, binding consideration, documentation, and experience with the tax search. A specific manufacturing company is then used to illustrate the manner of transfer pricing determination.
