Animace výrobních systémů / Production system animation

Veselský, Josef January 2013 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the concept of creating a graphical user interface for the animation of a production process. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains a research of the development of the software used for the process simulation. Further there are described the basics of using simulation and animation, its advantages and disadvantages. The theoretical part of this work is completed by the description of the technology and software, which was used for creating graphical interfaces for the animation. The practical part is focused on developing software interfaces. It describes the elements which were used in programming and there are explained basic functions of the software. The practical part is completed with a summary of the output data which the program offers the user. The thesis is accompanied by a CD, which contains the source code and the final vision of the program.

Návrh řízení výrobního procesu u vybraného produktu / Management of Production Process for the Selected Product

Koudelka, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
The present thesis is concerned with production process management in a small innovative and developing Czech company. The introductory part describes a selected product from both a functional point of view and a constructional point of view. The theoretical part of the thesis is followed by a section which analyzes the initial state of production process of the product. The next part comes with ideas for new approaches to production process management, respecting available company resources, which are necessary for their implementing. The final part of the thesis provides a summary of implemented solutions and solutions that the management of the company plans to implement.

Optimalizace výrobních toků a procesů ve vybraném úseku společnosti ATONA s. r. o. / Optimization of Production Flows and Processes in Selected Part of Company ATONA s. r. o.

Klimešová, Lenka January 2016 (has links)
This master's thesis deals with optimalization of production flows and processes in se-lected part of the company ATONA s. r. o. Realized suggestions for improvement are based on finding the current state by the corresponding methods. New state is analysed with same methods and compared with original state, also benefits of the realized opti-mization are determined.

Zefektivnění výroby součástky do leteckého motoru / Streamlining of the production of a component into the aircraft engine

Bula, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
The thesis deals with innovation of the technological process of casting called Fan support in the company Honeywell Aerospace Olomouc s.r.o. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to component description which is made of titanium alloy Ti-6Al-4V. The section is also devoted to jet engine TFE 731, which is the engine where our particular component has specific function. Another part is focused on theoretical analysis of material characteristics of titanium alloys and their machinability. In the following section there are considered alternatives of machine suppliers with subsequent selection of the multifunctional CNC milling-turning center DMC 80 U duoBLOCK equipped with Jetstream technology. The transfer of the production to another machine is accompanied by an innovation of the technological process, making new fixtures and optimalization of the cutting tools. The section is also dedicated to static analysis of the component in operation 7 supported by finite element method (FEM). The final part of the thesis includes evaluation of the costs and savings achieved by innovation of the technological process.

Optimalizace výrobního procesu ve firmě Zambelli-technik s.r.o / Production process optimization in Zambelli-technik s.r.o. company

Přibyl, Lukáš January 2008 (has links)
This master’s thesis presents production process optimization in Zambelli – technik s.r.o. company acting on metal production and work metal in České Budějovice. The aim of optimization is to secure continuous input flow of material into production. It compares current material costs with material costs after the optimization, that consists in sheetmetal coil handling and cutting machine purchase.

Optimalizace výrobních procesů za pomoci Lean metodiky / Optimization of Production Processes Using Lean Methodology

Jablonka, Ján January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is the implementation of lean manufacturing principles according to the lean methodology in selected company to minimize waste and effectiveness of production. The theoretical part is focused on defining the terms lean manufacturing, waste and lean methods that serve as the foundation for the practical part. The practical part is divided into several parts. First step is to do a SWOT analysis of production in a particular company. Using the lean tools, we find the root cause of the problem and propose solutions to effectiveness the manufacturing process. Part of the proposals will also benefit the proposed solutions. It is necessary to note that according to the lean methodology, not every proposal must automatically have a financial impact.

Recovery of uranium from uranium residue by alkaline leaching

Kweto, Bundjoko January 2013 (has links)
The purpose of this work was to recover uranium from residue originating from the production of molybdenum -99. Carbonate solutions containing hydrogen peroxide or oxygen gas as oxidants were used as leachants. Experimental parameters included: different peroxide and carbonate concentrations, dissolution time and temperature. Results indicate complete dissolution of the residue at 60 oC, after thirty minutes, in ammonium carbonate solution enriched with hydrogen peroxide. Almost two hours were needed to achieve the same extent in the presence of oxygen. The yield and rate of uranium extraction were found to increase as a function of both temperature, in the range of 25-60 oC, and hydrogen peroxide concentration. The leaching kinetics were determined for various leaching conditions and the activation energy was found to be 45.5kJ/mol. The order of reaction with respect to uranium concentration was found to be unity. / Dissertation (MSc)--University of Pretoria, 2013. / gm2014 / Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering / unrestricted

Exploring the Outdoors : mapping microplastics in the textile design- and production processes

Adner, Johanna January 2018 (has links)
Microplastics have been found in all aquatic environments and once they entered they cannot be removed. This has put new focus on the sources of microplastics where the textile industry has gained large attention. Much consideration has been given to the production of fleece fabric and the use of polyester but this report aims to explore the whole design- and production process and mapping those activities which has a large impact on microplastic release. Together with participants from five (5) Swedish Outdoor Brands and seven (7) field experts has this report mapped possible challenges and solutions. Main findings are 20 different challenging areas with 19 suggested solutions on how to prevent microplastic pollution. The result is the first in its kind doing a comprehensive study of the whole textile design- and production process and provides a broad foundation for further research. As there still is a considerable lack of knowledge about many of the issues that were brought up, both within the design- and production processes, has a shared responsibility among companies, organizations, universities and private persons been raised. Through common platforms are inspiration and awareness spread and this report aims to contribute to the gap in the current knowledge.

Application of lean manufacturing in a peruvian clothing company to reduce the amount of non-conforming products

Cuellar-Valer, Stephanie, Gongora-Vilca, Angie, Altamirano-Flores, Ernesto, Aderhold, Daniel 01 January 2021 (has links)
This article describes how Lean Manufacturing tools were applied in a Peruvian textile company. A production management model is proposed whose goal is to reduce the number of non-conforming products in the pants manufacturing line. For this, all information was gathered from the production area of the company under study. With the use of quality tools, the diagnosis of the current situation of the pants line was made, identifying the most significant defects, which were 19.43% of produced units in 2018. It was determined that the main causes of the observed defects refer to non-standardized sewing processes, quality control errors, non-standardized cutting processes, and poor production planning. The application of VSM and SMED allowed the correct standardization of denim pants production, TQM allowed proper control and quality management of the production process, and JIT for optimal production planning.
