The aim of this study was chosen for the field of observation should be hybrids of maize (Zea mays L.) for silage purposes from a wider set of hybrid genotypes. To evaluate the vegetation was established as a pilot experiment. Of this group were then selected 14 genotypes, which would satisfy most practical requirements. During the vegetation was monitored by formation of quantitative indicators required for silage maize hybrids. Before harvesting of collection of plants chosen for individual analysis of quantitative indicators, while processing the silage mass in laboratory conditions to evaluate selected quality indicators. When harvesting was imposed on the total yield of green and dry matter, dry matter content and proportion of buds on the plant.

The aim of the thesis was the application of robust econometric methods to find the potential product and to determine the production gap of individual Visegrad countries. In total, four estimation techniques were used to find the potential product, namely the Hodrick Prescott filter, the Cobb Douglas production function, the CES production function, and the Kalman filter. The data base of the investigated variable then came from the OECD database and covered the 1995:1 to 2017:4 and 1996 to 2018 years respectively. All the results obtained were then compared both with each other and the estimates published by the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Commission.

This thesis brings an insight to the production practice of commission with capitalist countries in Czechoslovak cinematography during the communist era. One particular example is the most successful commission movie, Amadeus. The production of the film was very specific because of the director Milos Forman - American citizen with Czech origins, returned to his native country as a successful Hollywood director. This paper wants to examine the official position of the state, which was that emigration was forbidden and the director had to negotiate terms with the political leaders. In itself a clash of two different worlds, two different codes of ethics and two different life styles while rooted in the same culture. This situation caused incidents of misunderstanding sometimes even absurd moments. This work primarily deals with the 'Czechoslovak stance' throughout the stages of creation, from the concept of the movie to preparations, negotiation of film locations in Prague, selection of the crew, actors, making the costumes, up to the shooting itself. Hence the focus is especially on complicated negotiations with Tyl Theatre and Archbishop's palace. Furthermore presence of Forman aroused a special interest from the Secret Police. The objective of this diploma thesis was to evaluate the production efficiency of selected production feeding mixtures in the system of intensive salmonid farming. The testing was made in the recirculation system of the Danish type in Pravíkov (BioFish s.r.o.). There were the feeding mixtures EFIC Enviro 920 produced by Biomar and Aller gold produced by Aqua Aller used in trials. Production efficiency of the feeding was tested on rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) and brook trout (Salvelinus fontinalis) in two separate time periods (18. 4. -- 3. 7. 2013; 3. 7. -- 28. 8. 2013) and in one comprehensive period (18. 4 -- 28. 8. 2013). Longitudinal and weight parameters, fitness, exterieur and production parameters (FCR, SGR, etc.) were monitored at the beginning and end of the tests, the biochemical compound of tissues and the fatty acids spectrum in muscle were determined and in the end an economic evaluation was made. In the first test period Aller gold feeding achieved better production results in both SiSav (FCR = 1,3; SGR = 0,86 %.d-1) and in Pd (FCR = 1,26; SGR = 0,72 %.d-1). In the second test period EFICO Enviro 920 feeding achieved better production results in both SiSav (FCR = 1,3; SGR = 0,86 %.d-1) and in Pd. In the overall test EFICO Enviro 920 feeding achieved better production results in SiSav (FCR = 1,73; SGR = 0,75 %.d-1) and Aller gold feeding achieved better results in Pd (FCR = 2,77; SGR = 0,45 %.d-1). During the tests there were large fish losses in the tanks that significantly affected the results. According to the production results Aller gold feeding suited the SiSav better and EFICO Enviro 920 suited the Pd better.

Diploma thesis is concerned with production functions and their utilization in macroeconomics. Theoretical part describes and summaries general knowledge about production functions and their basics in macroeconomic theory. Produc-tions functions are described from the point of productivity measurement and estimation of potential product. In theoretical part, indicators of productivity and their alternatives are sum up. Practical part is based on estimation of Cobb-Douglas, CES and Sato produc-tion functions by least squares and non-linear least squares method. Results are compared and discussed with similar works in conclusion of thesis.
