Title: Project of Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area in Bohemian Karst Objective: The objective of this work was to create an Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area of the Bohemian Karst. The trail, natural and cultural attractions and other information process into guidebook which will be available at tourist information centers and on the Internet. Methods: Collecting and sorting information about the natural and cultural wealth of the region. Summarizing information in guidebook and creating a trail. Subsequent test the applicability of a booklet form of a questionnaire to a group of cyclists who created the route with the completed booklets. Results: The results of this work are two proposal of Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area of the Bohemian Karst, which are processed into guidebook that contains trail description, information about each trail and map material. The final form of the trail is also based on results of questionnaires and direct responses of testees. The guidebook can be offered to information centers in the area of Bohemian Karst or through them be available in electronic form on the Internet. Title: Project of Educational cycle trail in the Protected Landscape Area in Krivoklatsko. Objective: The aim is to create cycling trails nature trails in the Křivoklátsko Protected Landscape Area. Paths and routes the information to the stop and focus on routes processed into a form guide. Methods: Gathering and sorting information about the natural and cultural richness of the area. Summary information through research. Creating a printed guide with the different routes of trails. Subsequent verification of application of the resulting guide in the form of a questionnaire to a group of cyclists who tracks created by the guide completed. Results: The result of the work projects are three cycling nature trails in the protected landscape area Křivoklátsko, which are processed into a printed guide which contains a description of trails, information on routes and stops map material. The guide will be available at tourist information centers in the area and also on the Internet with the help of QR codes will be placed through stickers on existing information boards in the area. Possibilities of second home development in neighbourhood of the former Military Region Brdy Abstract This diploma thesis deals with the topic of second homes in the villages in the outskirts of the former Military Region Brdy in the Pilsen region. These villages got back parts of their cadastral area, which were taken away in 1949 when the military area was established. These villages are specifically Borovno, Míšov, Spálené Poříčí, Trokavec, Skořice, Mirošov, Štítov, Strašice, Dobřív and Těně. The aim of the thesis is to define the state and possible future of second home tourism in the area of interest, in connection with the potential which the area gained with the establishment of the Protected Landscape area Brdy on 1st January of 2016. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical input into the issue, attention is focused on second homes and tourism in connection with demilitarization and in relation to nature protection. In the second part the study area is characterized from the socio and physical - geographic point of view, the potential for tourism is also analysed. Next part is focused directly on the second homes in the area and on the results of field survey, which consisted of questioning the users of second homes and of structured interviews with mayors of studied villages. The aim of my thesis is to analyze the scattered vegetation in the two specific areas with different protection of landscape . It was chosen cadastral Zachotín and Škrdlovice, which is in protected landscape area Žďárské Vrchy. Field survey has been detected current state of the scattered vegetation and was made into plotting maps. This work was carried out in an ArcMap 10. Subsequently, both states scattered vegetation evaluated and compared . An integral part of the work is also a proposal planting and additions scattered vegetation in both cadastral areas .

Vliv vojenské činnosti na diverzitu a výskyt plazů v CHKO Brdy / Impact of military operations on diversity and occurrence of reptiles in protected landscape area Brdy

The main aim of this diploma thesis is to prove impacts of military, especially artillery activities on populations of reptiles. For our research was chosen the territory of central Brdy which was more than eighty years used by Armed Forces of the Czech Republic for training of artillery troops Jince. In the past there operated Armed Forces of Czechoslovakia or Armed Forces of Czechoslovakia Federative Republic. The Protected Landscape Area Brdy has been extended on the majority of former military district territory since 2016. The goal of the thesis is to elaborate the literary recherché which compares suitability of disruption management in various military space and Protected Landscape Areas. On the basis of personal monitoring of reptiles and earlier results we found out diversity and expansion of reptiles in Protected Landscape area Brdy and influence of previous or current military activities on reptiles. Achieved results will be compared with the other military area and Protected Landscape Areas. The outcome of this thesis will be also the proposal for perspective protection of reptiles in areas with present or past military activities.

Ekologické aspekty vylučování zinku a mědi u skotu / The ecological aspect emanation of zinc and copper in the cattle

The objective of my diploma thesis was to determine the ecological impact of zinc and copper on the dairy and beef cattle breeding in the South-West Bohemia region at the farms located in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area, at the elevation from 750 m to 1070 m. The research included 4 cattle breeding farms, Posobice and Nemilkov {--} dairy cattle, and Hartmanice, Keple {--} beef cattle. In my thesis, I first evaluate the importance of zinc and copper as important mineral matters and their overall influence of the cattle organism. Furthermore, I evaluate their manifestations when these matters are lacking or in surplus in the organism. The final part of the thesis comprises two areas of findings. The first part focuses on the total intake in feed and mineral additives, the level of their content in blood plasma and their quantity excreted by cattle in the individual dairy and beef cattle breeding farms specified above. The second part researches the release of zinc and copper to the environment.

Assessment of the project via questionaires. Results The result of this work is a proposal of two educational cycle trails with possible combinations in Kokořínsko in form of an information brochure. The focus of diploma thesis is the analysis of present state of a farm and following evaluation its suitability for business in the system of organic production considering site conditions, structure of the company, its specialization, human factors and economical aspects. The theoretical part deals with problematics of organic agriculture and its sustainability, support of organic farmers and factors which influence farming in protected landscape areas. The practical part of the thesis is focused on evaluation of present state of the farm. Plant production and livestock production are evaluated together with possibilities of accommodation services as non-productive activities of the farm. For the evaluation of the company in terms of its suitability for business in organic agriculture SWOT analysis has been used. In conclusion, suitability of the farm for business in organic agriculture practices is evaluated. Furthermore, recommendations and proposals for initiation of the activities are added.

Populace jalovce obecného (\kur{Juniperus communis}) na lokalitě Mšály (CHKO Třeboňsko) / Population of juniper (\kur{Juniperus communis}) on Mšály (BR Třeboňsko)

Common juniper (Juniperus communis subs. Communis) is a shrub or a tree original in Czech Republic which was widespread there in the past. It grows either in lowlands or in mountains and it is undemanding to the soil. Nowadays, there is a lower number of it because of economic transformation in landscape. In consequence of this, it is on the list of endangered species of Czech Republic. The aim of this project was to chart the current state of population of common juniper in region "Mšály" (in The Protected Landscape Area of Třeboňsko). 144 living specimens were founded there. Dendrometry, mensuration of the specimens by GPS and drawing the new maps was realised. Another aim was comparison of the new data with the results of the research in 2004 2007. It was ascertained, that the observed population has a decreasing tendency in it's quantity. The average height of a specimen in the population has grew from 0,8 m to 4,9 m since 2007.
