Nové lexikální jevy v politické publicistice / New lexical units in political publicism

Děngeová, Zuzana January 2011 (has links)

Souvýskyt primárních předložek v soudobých publicistických textech (korpusová sonda) / Cooccurrence of Primary Prepositions in Contemporary News Texts (Corpus Survey)

Komrsková, Zuzana January 2013 (has links)
Diploma thesis is concentrated on the phenomenon called coocurance of primary prepositions. It is a construction of two prepositions directly standing next to each other, where each of them is part of another prepositional phrase. The first preposition is not directly in front of its phrases, but there is the second prepositional phrase inserted between the first preposition and its phrases. The aim of the thesis was to find these structures in the corpus SYN2009PUB, and their description of the semantic and formal aspects. Inserted phrase is in most cases syntactically incorporated into sentence, where takes the adverbial or object distinction. Comparison in length (in number of words) of inserted phrase with the phrases, which can be inserted, showed that during insertion depends on the length of the transferred phrases. Štrup, David January 2016 (has links)
This thesis considers the role of former politician and journalist Radek John in an investigative programme Bez cenzury on TV Barrandov. Even though John was a politician and leader of Czech political party Věci veřejné, he decided to return to journalism. He did so with no intention of resigning his chair in the Chamber of Deputies, part of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. With this in mind, this could be considered as a specific representation of political parallelism. This study describes specific cases where Radek John might have acted contrary to normative journalistic values and journalism ethics. Furthermore, the thesis analyses the possibility that Radek John's own political interests and opinions affected the television programme itself. The research is conducted using the method of a case study which combines qualitative and quantitative content analysis, qualitative interviews and other research methods. Consequently, the analysis found signs of biased reporting in the programme's introduction and some stories, which reflected Radek John's antipathy towards traditional political parties and their leaders. However, the research did not reveal any direct support of Věci veřejné or their representatives. Furthermore, the thesis also presents media, academic and political responses to...

Bambas, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
Thesis "Media coverage of band Dog Soldiers (Psí vojáci) between years 1979 and 2013" shows the change of cultural environment as well as the differences between the normalization press and the magazines after 1989. Diversity of media system describes work primarily through oral history research based on testimonies of direct history participants and people associated with the group Dog Soldiers and alternative music scene. Band was situated between underground and alternative culture, so its position cannot be easily set. As it cannot find any similar interpret of the same genre. The unique position made Dog Soldiers an alternative music scene's symbol of post-Communist period. The descriptive and comparative perspective also serves to fulfill the set goals, which makes it possible to compare the functionality of official and samizdat or exile periodicals at the time of normalization and nationwide newspapers and music magazines in later more active period of the group.
