The main part of this work is a strength check of the supporting frame, further the design of suitable structural modifications and it’s check calculation of the stress state. The strength check of the frame is done by the help of the finite elements method. The part of this work is drawing documentation of the frame. This dissertation was developed in cooperation with SVAN Chrudim s.r.o., company.

Content of this diploma thesis is a construction design of human powered vehicle for city ride with a focus on seniors. It deals with the issue of bicycle in city traffic and rates construction modern citybikes with a view to their weaknesses for the purpose. The basis of this work is a design frame with custom geometry, which is fitted commonly available components. Using FEM analysis are revealed critic areas of construction and results are used to optimize the frame.

This master's thesis describes the design of All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) with electric drive. The design is focused on the main parts of the ATV, which are designed with modern trends ATVs. Location of electric drive and batteries in the frame of the ATV is solved for the sport version of the ATV. Steering geometry is designed using the program Adams. For models of main components are created stress analysis in Ansys Workbench. The input is 3D model, which is created in Pro/Engineer. The braking system and wheels are designed for movement and braking of the terrain.

Following the necessary study of the basic essence of bonded joints the thesis further introduces the individual construction options of this product. The essential part of the thesis is represented by presentation of the achieved results of the testing of individual selected types of adhesives. On the basis of these results the most suitable type and supplier of industrial adhesive is selected.

Further is performed the calculation of the guide anchoring instituted for this steel structure and the strength analysis of the used guides according to norm ČSN EN 81-1. The thesis also includes the drawing of the carrying frame of the lift cage. Master’s thesis was carried out in co-operation with the LIFTMONT CZ company, Ltd.

This master thesis deals with the strain, stress and reliability analysis of the safety frame of racing car. The safety frame is a part of passive safety, which it becomes active in a case of impact. The safety frame makes a reinforcement of the car body and provides its sufficient stiffness. The first part of the master thesis is focused on determination of stress and strain states during the static loading tests and their analysis. The loading conditions are prescribed by homologation regulations of Fédération Internationale de l´Automobile (FIA). The problem is solved, making use of computational modeling utilizing the Finite Element Method (FEM). The first part of thesis is used for the stiffness and safety analysis under the static loading test. The second part deals with the effect of loading velocity on the stress and strain states using the computational modeling and solver LS-DYNA.

This diploma thesis deals with frame of the two-point crank press LKDS800, which was designed by company ŽĎAS a.s. Frame is welded construction creating the base of the press which has mass approximately 90 tonnes. Aim of this study was to perform strain-stress analysis of the frame. From obtained results perform optimization of mass this frame leading to reduce material costs and machining. In the process is frame loaded by nominal forces from the shearing process, under its own weight and inertia forces caused by moving components. As a result of the dynamic loading in welded joints there are risks of fatigue fracture. The manufacturer of the press is required to find the most loaded welded joint and it to assess the fatigue life.
