Vyhodnocení růstové schopnosti a jatečné hodnoty býků českého strakatého plemene skotu

Perničková, Andrea January 2016 (has links)
The objective of this study was to monitor the growing intensity of the bulls of Czech Fleckvieh with subsequent evaluation of the quality of the carcass in a selected company in the Vysočina. There have been monitoring in the years 2011-2014 these indicators and inter-annual results: bulls housed an average of 293 pieces, increases amounted to an average of 35580,76 kilograms in total, concentrated feed consumption averaged 2,66 kg per ks.den-1, concentrated feed consumption was of average 94667 kg total, average growth per day feeding 0,99 kg, feed consumption per kg of growth reached an average of 2,89 kg, an average of 94 bulls were sent to slaughter, with a total weight of 58,987 kg and the average slaughter weight amounted to 633,2 kg. Finally, evaluate the effect weight was 266 bulls for carcass quality, the average slaughter weight amounted to 715,4 kg. As an indicator was chosen carcase weight, which amounted an average of 401,9 kg. Furthermore, the average daily gain these monitored bulls amounted 0,985 kg, and the average age at slaughter was 23 months. Another indicator of the level of conformation, which assigned a point value system amounted 3,42. The degree of fat cover, which in the allotted scoring average value amounted 2,12. Average entry into the class SEUROP these bulls was U2. To evaluate the influence of slaughter weight of bulls on selected indicators of meat production was observed positive effect of increasing slaughter weight of bulls for carcass weight and conformation level carcasses. Fat cover of carcases different slaughter weights were not negatively affected. An interesting finding was a higher average daily gain of bulls slaughtered at higher weights. This indicates good genetic potential of animals on its suitability for fattening to slaughter weight higher, while achieving higher quality carcass (SEUROP favorable classification system and the higher financial profit for slaughter animal). In the company will still need to optimize ration, mainly to enhance the quality roughage feed.

Vyhodnocení vlivu otce na růstovou schopnost potomstva plemene Aberdeen Angus chovaného v režimu ekologického zemědělství

Janoš, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
The Master´s thesis is focus on intensity of growth of Aberdeen Angus breed in organic breeding's. In thesis is observed influence of sire, year, sex and breeding on weight of descendants. The animal weights were gained from yield inspections of beef cattle. Descendants were observed in four organic breeding's which are situated in region Zlín. Influence of sire on birth weight descendants very often reach highly important differences (p < 0,01). Effect of sire on weight (at birth, 120, 210 and 365 days) was influenced by number of descendants from particular father. In individual breeding's were used different number of sires. In 2011 was manifested significant decline of birth weight (p < 0,01) on all farms and average birth weight was 35,96 +- 1,96 kg. Weights in rest of check periods mostly reached the highest values in last four years. The birth weight of all breeding's was quite equable 37,28 - 39,37 kg. At farms A (404,09 kg), B (416,18 kg) and C (416,28) was annual weights of animals over 400 kg and at farm D was the lowest annual weight of animals 336,13 kg. The weights were influenced by number of weighted animals in 365th day of life

Posttraumatický stres a posttraumatický růst u příslušníků hasičských záchranných sborů / Posttraumatic stress and posttraumatic growth in members of fire rescue service

Holubová, Markéta January 2015 (has links)
Posttraumatic stress and posttraumatic growth in members of fire rescue service (Abstract) Firefighters often work under circumstances that endanger their lives or physical integrity and witness traumatic experiences of other people while managing effects of devastating emergency situations. As a result of this exposure they can suffer from trauma and stress related disorders. However, traumatic experiences may also offer potential for growth. This thesis is aimed at posttraumatic stress - symptoms of posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and posttraumatic growth in members of fire rescue service. The main objective is widening of existing posttraumatic research in professional rescuers with findings from multinational sample of firefighters. Sample consisted of firefighters from Czech Republic (N=302) and six other European countries (N=2241). Study was carried out through questionnaire-based data gathering. Symptoms of posttraumatic stress were assessed via self-rating measure Impact of event scale - revised, posttraumatic growth via Posttraumatic growth inventory - short form. Comparison of Czech and European firefighters was made with the premise that among members of this professional group there would be found no differences. Subtle dissimilarities were, however, observed in several measured...

Možnosti intenzivního chovu candáta obecného (Sander lucioperca) a okouna říčního (Perca fluviatilis) v duokultuře / Possibilities of intensive breeding of pike perch (Sander lucioperca) and european perch (Perca fluviatilis) in common duoculture

MAREK, Miloš January 2012 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to assess the growth rate (and suitability) of different, (in terms of percentual representation) duoculture stocking of Euroasian perch and pikeperch, when they are breeding in the experimental conditions of intensive aquaculture. It is expected to test at least 3 different duoculture stocking and 2 single (control) stocking (100% representation of pikeperch and Euroasian perch). Culture will take place in special experimental tanks which allow quantification of uneaten feed to counting the daily feed intake. Following the own testing of growth rate (including variability), the evaluation of feed intake, survival, feed conversion, and condition indices will be performed. The main tested hypothesis is to find differences in growth and other parameters between Eurasian perch and pikeperch stocking. The own experimental testing will be preceded by a literature search on the topic.

Individuální růst a variabilita časných preimaginálních stádií vodní ploštice bodule obecné (Ilyocoris cimicoides) (Heteroptera: Nepomorpha: Naucoridae) / Individual growth and variability of early development stage of creeping water bug Ilyocoris cimicoides (Heteroptera: Nepomorpha:Naucoridae)

PILAŘOVÁ, Simona January 2014 (has links)
This thesis investigates an influence of environmental variables (temperature and food availability) on development and growth of the first three nymphal stages of Ilyocoris cimicoides Linnaeus, 1758 Individuals were housed individually in experimental cages from eklosis into adulthood. Experiments were carried out in a combination of four different temperatures (17 ?, 19 ?, 22 ? and 25 ? C) and two different modes of food availability (full-fed every day, red-fed every other day) (in eight treatments). The temperature significantly influenced the length of nymphal development. According to our expectation, shortest development was achieved in individuals reared at 25° C. Development period was prolonged by decreasing temperatures. Unpredictably, the nymphs of the 3rd instar had longest development at the lowest temperatures (17 ? C) whereas nymphal development of the 1st and 2nd instars ran faster Both, the lowest- (17 ? C) as well as the highest used temperature (25 ? C) are probably very close to the temperature limits, that corresponds to the limits of postembryonic development. The optimum temperature for development was 22 ? C. Furthermore, it has been found that food availability should also significantly affect growth and development. Surprisingly, less mortality was observed in individuals reared in reduced feeding treatment, except the only case - nymphs reared in low temperature (19 ? C), where higher mortality was found in individuals reared at the same food availability.

Tolerance raka mramorovaného vůči zvýšené salinitě vody

HRBEK, Vladimír January 2017 (has links)
Eastern Europe comprises a significant part of the native ranges for indigenous crayfish species (ICS) belonging to the genus Astacus. This region has been largely overlooked by astacologists and considered relatively immune to the impacts of non-indigenous crayfish species (NICS). The recent discovery of two marbled crayfish Procambarus fallax f. virginalis populations in Ukraine has changed this view. The potential increased propagule pressure (mainly due to pet trade), has raised concerns of NICS which may negatively impair the ecosystems of Azov, Black and Caspian Seas and their tributaries inhabited by ICS. In this study, we provide the first insight into salinity tolerance of marbled crayfish. We performed a 155-day experiment using 5 different salinities (6, 9, 12, 15, and 18 ppt) and a freshwater control. Evaluation of survival, growth and reproduction suggests that marbled crayfish have a lower salinity tolerance than other crayfish species, which may limit their invasive potential in brackish environments. However, its ability to survive for more than 90 days at 18 ppt opens up the possibility of gradual dispersion and adaptation to brackish conditions. Our study highlights the need for further studies elucidating the potential for marbled crayfish to negatively impair these ecosystems.

BLÁHOVÁ, Kateřina January 2018 (has links)
Analysis of performance of the Muscovy duck was done based on the results of fattening test carried out by the state enterprise the International Poultry Testing Station in Ústrašice. Ducks (300 pcs) were fed to the age of 70 days and drakes to the age of 84 days. The weight of both ducks and drakes on the 1st day was 50.2 g. On the 21st day the ducks weight 595 g and drakes 621 g (126 g difference). At 49 days of age the weight of the ducks was 1 802 g and the weight of the drakes was 2 589 g (902 g difference). At 70 days the weight of ducks was 2 328 g and at 84 days the weight of drakes was 4 424 g. The average daily gain was 37.7 g for ducks and 58.8 g for drakes (20.3 g difference). The feed consumption required for 1 kg gain was 3 120 g for ducks and 2 970 g for drakes (150 g difference). During the test, only 1 duck died at 55th day of the fattening due to the motion apparatus disease. 20 ducks and 20 drakes were selected for slaughter performance test. The percentage of abdominal fat was 2.8% for ducks and 2.1% for drakes. The slaughter yield was 73.8% for ducks and 73.0% for drakes. The carcass weight was found to be 1 918 g for ducks and 3 462 g for drakes (difference 1.544 g, P < 0.001). The weight of breast muscles with skin was 581 g for ducks and 1046 g for drakes (difference 465 g, P < 0.01). The weight of thigh muscle with skin was 359 g in ducks and 654 g in drakes (difference 295 g, P < 0.001).
