Typy úsměvu dítěte během rané interakce s matkou / Infant Smile Types in the Early Mother - Infant Interaction

Pulcová, Michaela January 2019 (has links)
The thesis deals with different types of smile of an infant during its early interaction with mother; or more specifically, it focuses on occurrence of smiles during social game routines as compared to other individual interactions, while also mapping the effect of mother's stimulating touch. The predictions were tested on data obtained by a quasi-experimental study, where natural interaction of 32 dyads of mothers with their four-month-old infants was coded for the occurrence and duration of four types of smile (simple, duchenne, play, and duplay), social game routines, and stimulating touch. The results showed the presence of all observed smiles in four-months old infants. Furthermore, there was a significantly higher incidence of all types of smiles during individual interactions as compared to social game routines, and at the same time the association of smiles with mother's stimulating touch was confirmed. Keywords: Smile, early interaction, play, social game routines, stimulating touch.

Příspěvek k možnému původu a současnému stavu bývalého kláštera v Pivoni / Contribution to the origin and temporary state of the former monastery in Pivoň

Frdlíková, Markéta January 2019 (has links)
Contribution to the origin and temporary state of the former monastery in Pivoň Abstract This Thesis is contributing to the issue of establishment of former Pivon Monastery, belonging to the Order of st. Augustin between years 1266-1787. Its' origin is a bit older, probably connected with Wilhelmite order, but there still remains a possibility of another, unknown founder. To this topic exist many relevant articles, the same as architectonical surveys but without any strict solution. The oldest visible architectonic parts survived till our days in presbytery of the monastic Church of Annunciation. In the time of writing this Thesis is the area of former monastery put up for auction and its' state is unfavourible, due to the sequences of events in 20th century and unfinished renovation from previous decade. That's why is this Thesis also focused on the poor state of properties of the Monastery area and church and is trying to figure out at least theoretical solution to current situation from the view of monument care.

Mléko a mléčné výrobky a jejich vnímání mladými dospělými / Milk and dairy products and their perception by young adults

Valchová, Jana January 2020 (has links)
Early adulthood is a period of peak bone mass formation, which is one of the basics in prevention of osteoporosis onset in older age. Milk and dairy products intake as a source of well-absorbed calcium is still very substantial at this age, as it was in the previous period of adolescence. However, it is also often a time of finding a person's own diet and a time of eliminating certain food groups from the diet, which is often due to succumbuing to widespread myths. Thus, milk is one of the most controversial foods for the public. The aim of the questionnaire research, which was part of the thesis, was to find out, how many young adults believe and succumb to these myths. Questions were asked about eating habits and respondents' views on the health benefits of milk. The survey shows that a significant percentage of them are misinformed by such myths and exclude milk from their diet, often for no reason. Although campaigns to promote milk consumption are still ongoing and have undoubtedly had a positive effect on public perception of the benefits of milk, it is certain that this activity needs to be continued and myths (not only) about milk still need to be debunked. keywords: milk, dairy products, early adulthood, myths, peak bone mass, calcium

Genealogie apollinského a dionýského principu / The Geneaology of the Apollinian and Dioynisian Principle

Soška, Bernard January 2020 (has links)
This work is focused on the work The Birth of Tragedy by Friedrich Nietzsche. The aim of this work is an attempt to reveal the origin of the concept of the apollinian and dionysian principle. We assume that Nietzsche conceals his true sources in the Birth of Tragedy from the reader. However, in this work, based on numerous clues from the primary text, we show that both the Dionysian and the Apollonian principle derives from the German Romantic tradition of the first half of the 19th century. In this thesis we prove this statement on many examples of authentic sources which Nietzsche has demonstrably worked with. The main "discovery" of the work lies in the historical contextualization of the formation of both principles within the conflict between Romanticism and Classicism concerning the true nature of Greek culture.

Sledování imitační schopnosti orofaciální motoriky u dětí do šestého měsíce života jako součást globálního motorického vzoru / Observation of the imitation capability of the orofacial motor skill as a part of a global motor model with children in the first six months of their life

Blažková, Zuzana January 2015 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to observe the capability of imitation in orofacial area of three days old infants and analyze if the capability relates to quality of psychomotor development, thus whether it relates with a global motor model. This paper is a pilot study comprising seventeen infants. Each of them was supposed to attend four visits during the first six months of their life. It included visits in the first few days, between the fourth and the sixth week, the third month and the sixth month of their life. The psychomotor development was examined and within the first visit there was established communication with the child by means of eye contact and imitation. Each child's attempt at imitation and response was recorded. This thesis can serve as a basis for further research dealing with this topic that includes the imitation skill of mirror neurons related to psychomotor development.

Prostorová analýza raně římských fortifikací v severním Negevu / Spatial analysis of early Roman fortifications in northern Negev

Pažout, Adam January 2015 (has links)
13 Abstract The present thesis aims to answer questions regarding function of many Early Roman fortifications investigated in past decades in the region of Northern Negev, i.e. in the valley of Nahal Beersheva between modern towns of Arad and Beersheva. In past, various interpretations were provided, often conflicting with each other and therefore author sought to look at this topic from different point of view, using GIS based tools to explore spatial relationships between the fortifications and settlements in terms of intervisibility (for military signaling and control) and relation to road-system. Moreover, Early Roman Judaea was unstable region with high prevalence of banditry and thus assumption is that military responded to these threats. The results of viewshed analysis (intervisiblity) and least-cost path (reconstruction of road system) can roughly divide the region in question to the zones. In the first zone, most of the fortifications are intervisible and also exercise control of settlements and roads; while in the second zone forts cannot communicate using signals but are located on important roads providing water, lodging and security to travelers. It leads to conclusion that these forts served as stations of detached military units concerned with policing and administration (in both zones) and...

Adamčíková, Zdeňka January 2011 (has links)
This thesis focuses on functional assessments, visual stimulation and on offers of Centres for Early Intervention that provide services in the area of visual perception for children in early and preschool age. The goal of the thesis is to analyze interviews with workers in these centres on options and services in the area of visual aid that these centres provide for families and their children with disabilities. The first four chapters deal with theoretical background in the area of functional assessments of vision, visual stimulation and description of the group of children in early and preschool age with visual and multiple disabilities. Last but not least, these chapters also deal with organizations that provide early intervention services, their structure, composition of personnel and range of offered services. The content of the fifth chapter is a qualitative research investigation. The data were collected through interviews with instructors of visual stimulation and with an early intervention assistant. Analysis of these interviews then became basis for the subsequent definition of commendable suggestions for good practise.
