<p>This study is about inmates, who reflect upon their time in school, their experiences of school and how different things have influenced and affect them later in life. The aim with this study is to examine how different kinds of school related issues have affected the inmates in different ways. The aim is also to look at how school can spot in early years, children within the danger zone and provide for those children, so that they can be helped in different ways and so that they can be able to achieve different in life, not to end up becoming criminals later in life.</p><p>The main questions in this study are:</p><p>How did the chosen inmates experience their time in school?</p><p>Can you by looking at research tell that these persons already in their childhood were children within the danger zone?</p><p>What kind of school related issues could have contributed to a criminal lifestyle later in life?</p><p>The result of this study shows that all five have been children within the danger zone. In all five cases there have been school related issues that have affected those men. Issues such as; truancy, bullying, school defection, difficulties of concentrating and reading- and writing disorders. Issues which are to be seen as issues that could lead to a criminal lifestyle later in life.</p>

It addresses the issue of significant reading and writing disturbances in adults who have had some success and reached higher education in contexts of undergraduate and postgraduate courses. It aims to identify neurolinguistic processes of individuals with significant reading and / or writing disorders, and their specificities are identified in academic contexts, and which actions and processes are needed to aid teachers to work with students having special needs regarding the adjustments / curricular flexibilities and evaluative actions. The study also sought to verify whether there are procedures and resources for university teachers dealing with inclusion initiatives in universities and whether institutions have support to implement, giving teachers real conditions to aid students. The work aims to contribute to a better understanding of significant reading / writing disorders in their psychosocial and educational component, assisting teachers and students in their academic practice in facing accessibility construction and conditions, permanence and respect to the ways these students learn, based as regards the adequacy of current academic environments in current inclusive educational policies and legislation / Este estudo, na área de Linguística/Neurolinguística, parte da necessidade de adequação dos contextos universitários às singularidades das necessidades educativas especiais, em especial dos distúrbios de aprendizagem. Incide na problemática dos distúrbios significativos de leitura/escrita em adultos que obtiveram certo sucesso e chegaram até o ensino superior em contextos de graduação e pós-graduação. Pretende evidenciar quais processos neurolinguísticos de sujeitos com distúrbios significativos de leitura/escrita e suas especificidades são identificados nos contextos acadêmicos, e que ações e processos são necessários para o auxílio no trabalho com acadêmicos com necessidades educativas especiais, no que concerne às adaptações/flexibilizações curriculares e avaliativas. O trabalho também busca avaliar se há procedimentos e recursos para os professores universitários lidarem com as iniciativas de inclusão nas universidades e se as instituições têm apoio para pô-las em prática, instrumentando os professores. O trabalho pretende contribuir para a melhor compreensão dos distúrbios significativos de leitura/escrita na sua vertente psicossocial e educativa, auxiliando professores e alunos na sua prática acadêmica, no enfrentamento das construções/condições de acessibilidade, permanência e respeito à maneira como aprendem, com base nos termos da adequação do ambiente acadêmico às atuais políticas educacionais de inclusão e à legislação vigente
