Background: Myocardial infarction affects people around the world. Proportionally more women than men die from the condition and those women who have the greatest risk are the ones who live an unhealthy lifestyle. This includes individuals with poor dietary habits and low levels of physical activity as well as those with additional medical diagnoses such as hypertension, diabetes and psychological disorders. Aim: The aim of the study was to describe women's experiences after undergoing a myocardial infarction. Method: A method to contribute to evidencebased practise based on analysis of qualitative research was performed. Ten articles were analysed and resulted in four themes and ten subthemes. Result: Findings were: Women experience atypical symptoms before a myocardial infarction occurs. Women also need more support as they may be worried about leaving their everyday lives and letting go of everything around them. The results also highlight the recovery being difficult for the women who prioritize the family before their own health. Conclusion: It is important that all women obtain a permanent health care contact, as most of the women find that recovery is difficult. Relapsing is a possibility making it imperative that women become aware of the symptoms of myocardial infarction and how they appear.

Substance use and substance use disorders continue to impact the health and safety of people across the United States. A population in which substance use and substance use disorders tend to be the highest being with college-age populations. In response to this growing public health concern, Recovery Support Services (RSS) are being implemented across colleges and universities nationwide. With each college or university being diverse based on its location, size, and demographics RSS resources do not look the same as they spread from campus to campus. This research project analyzed the current resources, how they are implemented, and how they correspond to the student population at a midsized public university located in Southern California. Utilizing a focus group and several structured interviews a survey design was assembled. The participants interviewed were asked a series of questions based on possible personal and departmental service viewpoints of pre-existing services as well as the quality of said services. Additionally, participants were asked about services not offered, as well as any issues that are not currently being addressed, and were asked to give feedback about each topic. Qualitative data were transcribed, analyzed, and coded using Microsoft Word as the coding software. Surveys were created and distributed via email, IBM SPSS was used for the statistical analysis, and results were compiled and recorded, with the study being reported to the campus Health Center for possible future program creation.

This diploma thesis deals with mechanisms which can be used to resolve crisis of a bank. The first chapter introduces the reader to essential theoretical background and basis for following chapters. The second chapter describes and analyzes measures used by governments to support their financial sectors in 2008 -- 2012. The first part of third chapter deals with insolvency regimes for banks and general description of new recovery and resolution regimes. The other part of third chapter contains qualitative analysis of recovery and resolution regimes adopted by European Union member states in the form of BRRD. Final chapter analyzes on the sample of ten systematically important banks applicability of bail-in tool to resolution of their crisis.
