La Tesis presenta el desarrollo de una metodología de análisis y diseño de sistemas distribuidos de tiempo real estricto, y su aplicación a una implementación práctica en lenguaje Ada.Se han optimizado los métodos existentes para la planificación y análisis de sistemas distribuidos de tiempo real mediante un algoritmo heurístico para la asignación de prioridades, y la aplicación del algoritmo de servidor esporádico a la planificación de redes de comunicación de tiempo real. También se ha ampliado el campo de aplicación del análisis a sistemas más complejos en los que existe sincronización por intercambio de eventos o paso de mensajes.Se ha demostrado que la metodología propuesta se puede implementar en sistemas de tiempo real prácticos, a través de su aplicación a sistemas distribuidos programados en lenguaje Ada. / The Thesis presents a methodology to analyze and design distributed real-time systems, and its application to a practical implementation.Existing methods for scheduling and analyzing distributed real-time systems have been optimized through a new heuristic algorithm for assigning priorities, and with the application of the sporadic server algorithm for scheduling real-time communication networks. The area of application of the analysis has been extended to more complex systems, like those with synchronization through event exchange or message passing.It has been demonstrated that the proposed methodology can be implemented in practical real-time systems, through the application to a distributed system programmed in the Ada language.

El presente proyecto se enfoca en el diseño de una red de banda ancha inalámbrica para interconectar las oficinas registrales del Registro Nacional de Identificación y Estado Civil (Reniec) en Lima Metropolitana. Se diseñó una red de microondas de banda ancha que cumple la regulación del MTC, según el Decreto Supremo n.° 006-2013-MTC, y las normas de las UIT, que son las siguientes: UIT-R P530-12, UIT-R P530-13, UIT-R P.526.9 y UIT-R P.525. Para el dimensionamiento de los enlaces, considerando las coordenadas geográficas de cada una de las oficinas registrales, se realizó la simulación mediante el software LINKPlanner y, luego, se analizaron los resultados obtenidos. Posteriormente, se evaluó el equipamiento de banda ancha para que cumpla los requerimientos técnicos evaluados en el estudio de tráfico y radiopropagación. Se evaluaron dos equipos microondas de marcas diferentes. Se realizó el cálculo del tráfico actual de consumo de ancho de banda en cada oficina registral teniendo en cuenta los servicios de red, tales como telefonía IP, video vigilancia e internet, además de los aplicativos en línea. Por otro lado, el diseño cumplió un sistema que soporte el tráfico requerido, considerando los diferentes servicios de la institución y un crecimiento del 15 % en cinco años. Finalmente, se propuso un diseño que permita reducir los costos generados por la interconexión de las oficinas registrales del Reniec, haciendo la evaluación de capex y opex. / This project focuses on the design of a wireless broadband network to interconnect the registry offices of the National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (Reniec) in Metropolitan Lima. A broadband microwave network was designed that complies with the regulation of MTC, according to Supreme Decree No. 006-2013-MTC, and the standards of the UIT, which are the following: UIT-R P530-12, UIT-R P530-13, UIT-R P.526.9 and UIT-R P.525. For the sizing of the links, considering the geographical coordinates of each of the registry offices, the simulation was carried out using the LINKPlanner software and then the results obtained were analyzed. Subsequently, the broadband equipment was evaluated so that it meets the technical requirements evaluated in the study of traffic and radio propagation. Two microwave equipment of different brands were evaluated. The calculation of the current traffic of bandwidth consumption in each registry office was made taking into account the network services, such as IP telephony, video surveillance and internet, in addition to the online applications. On the other hand, the design fulfilled a system that supports the required traffic, considering the different services of the institution and a growth of 15% in five years.
