Pojetí vztahu učitele a žáka v České republice od začátku 20. století po současnost / The relationship between teacher and pupil in 20th Century

ŠKODOVÁ, Eliška January 2011 (has links)
This thesis investigates a relationship between a teacher and a pupil and the understanding of the pupil as an object or a subject of education. The first part describes the objectivist approach to the pupil and the accenting role of the pedagogue in the educational process, which prevailed in the 19 th century. The second part concerns the reformist pedagogical movement of the 1920's and 1930's, which period brought radical changes to the approach to the pupil and an immoderate promotion of the new approach to the pedagogical relationship. The third chapter tries to reflect nationalistic and socialistic pedagogy and offers a description of a comprehensive non-differentiated school. The last chapter deals with the recent conception of the teacher-pupil relationship and their mutual interaction.

Etat et acteurs islamiques face aux enjeux de l'éducation au Niger : fait religieux et changement social / Government and islamic actors facing the education challenges in Niger : religious and social changes

Malam Sani, Mahamane Mahaboubou 20 October 2016 (has links)
This Thesis is a socio-anthropological study on Islam, politics and Islamic teaching in Niger. On the one hand, it attempts to analyze the different religious groups that emerged in Niger during the democratization process of the 1990s. On the other hand, it highlights the Islamic revival movement by the population of Niger and the changes in the religious in recent decades. Thus the Thesis explores the dynamics of the Islamists in the public sphere and their incessant collision with the political power. It also attempts to highlight the use of Islam by politicians who are caught between the secularism of the state and the strong sense of belonging to Islam of the majority of the population of Niger. Our Study also reveals how the top religious authorities from all faiths are ruthlessly competing for the control of the Islamic sphere in Niger. Through the description of the daily practices and beliefs of the followers of the two main Islamic groups in Niger, this thesis continues the analysis of the competition for power between Izala and Tijaniyya brotherhoods. The thesis continues with a case study on the town of Zinder, which allows us to understand the local dynamics of Islam showing how the reformist movement Izala has rapidly expanded and developed in this city once dominated by the brotherhoods. The different designs and construction of Islamic knowledge in the koranic schools and in the madrassas commonly known as Franco-Arab schools are here explained

No. of bitstreams: 1 Tese versão final Evelyn Morgan (1).pdf: 13240340 bytes, checksum: bb13831923483bf52511085d38de4fc2 (MD5) Previous issue date: 2014-09-15 / The present research investigates how the countryside was portrayed in the 1920s by the intellectuals from Rio de Janeiro Fluminense region. By analyzing three magazines –Illustração Fluminense (1921-1924), A Agricultura Fluminense: revista da Sociedade de Agricultura e Indústrias Ruraes (1926) and A Fazenda Fluminense (1929- 1930) – we aim to understand how the countryside alternatively paved the way to the modernization carried out in the State of Rio de Janeiro. The magazine was a media genre that symbolized modernity, producing new sensitivities and behaviors during a period of transformations. Fluminense economy had been undergoing a crisis since late nineteenth century, leading the State to play a walk-on parting the national republican politics. The aforementioned agricultural magazines analyzed hereby were willing to rebuild this Fluminense identity by proposing modernized field crops with new farming techniques together with agricultural diversification policies, counting on investments in agricultural education and small property planning. The countryside, often acknowledged as 'underdeveloped', integrated the modernist Fluminense proposals at the beginning of the twentieth century.

”By the iron hand of oppression" : The performance of the parliamentary election contest in Nottingham and Middlesex 1802-1803

Blomgren, Alvar January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this thesis is to investigate how politics was done at the level of the parliamentary constituencies at the time of the treaty of Amiens 1802-1803. This is achieved through two case studies of the elections in Middlesex and Nottingham, which are investigated as social practices. This thesis argues that understandings of masculinity and national identity, as well as questions about the nature of the constitution and citizen rights were central to participants in the extraparliamentary political process. Collective emotions were also highly important in the process of mobilising political support, and this thesis emphasises that participation in these elections was a collective effort; men and women from all levels of society were significant political actors. Moreover, this thesis demonstrates the importance of competences such as knowledge about the organisation of crowds and political violence in the performance of the election.
