Vošalíková, Jana January 2019 (has links)
Thesis is aimed to analyze effects on the length of pregnancy, calving interval, service period, insemination interval and number of inseminations in the herd of the Czech spotted cattle. The study was performed on 1697 animals. The length of pregnancy was significantly affected by parity, twins, death of calf and gender of calves. The calving interval was significantly influenced the length of pregnancy, number of inseminations, length of insemination interval, service period and month of calving. The length of service period was influenced by the length of insemination interval. The number of insemination was significantly affected by parity. Reproduction in the herd is affected by a number of factors, so it is necessary to pay special attention to them.

Faktory ovlivňující zabřezávání a trvání gravidity u Starokladrubského koně

Malinská, Martina January 2017 (has links)
Diploma thesis is concentrated on analysis of selected factors affecting gestation length in mares of warmblood breed Old Kladruber horse. Gestation length was significantly affected by the month of conception, the month of foaling and the year of conception. The age of mares in the time of conception or foaling did not influence gestation length. Even the sex of foals or alive and dead foals did not significantly affect gestation length. In conclusion, gestation length in mares is affected by a large number of factors and not all of those have been discovered yet. The knowledge of these factors is very important for the most accurate determination of parturition date.

Genetické a environmentální faktory ovlivňující délku březosti u mléčného skotu s vysokou užitkovostí

Trávníčková, Ivona January 2017 (has links)
The diploma thesis focused on the analysis of selected factors affecting the length of gestation period of cows. The observation was performed on 6 836 individuals. Results showed that duration of pregnancy was influenced by parity, sex of born calves and interaction between month of conception and parity. Duration of pregnancy was also influenced by month and year of born calves and sex of singletons and twins. Likewise, the duration of pregnancy was influenced by interaction between the month of conception of cows and the sex of singletons, alive and stillborn calves and parity. In conclusion, the results suggest that the duration of gravidity is affected by many factors which have not been fully clarified yet.

Zhodnocení reprodukčních ukazatelů ve vybraném chovu prasat / Evaluation of reproductive parameters in a herd of pigs

Houdek, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to choose important reproductive parameters of sows from the available data, according to which it would be possible to statistically evaluate achieved reproductive level of analysed breed. It is necessary to define these parameters as accurately as possible with the shortest time required for measuring and collecting data. In the reproductive company SPV Plevnice were chosen 110 sows from different litters for the purpose of experiment. The day of weaning was on the 5th August 2015 and the sows were separated into 8 groups according to the order of actual litter, sow genotype and boar genotype, used for sow insemination. 13 basic reproductive parameters and 10 reproductive parameters reflecting sow genotype (BLBA x BAL) and boar genotype (4 breeds) BLBA = Czech large white x Landrace x Topigs, BAL = Czech large white x Landrase x Topigs x DanBred. The average value of born company piglets was 13,94. More specifically, total number of livebirths was 13,25 and total number of stillbirths was 0,68, which represents 4,88% of whole litter. Average number of weaned piglets per one sow and one litter was 12,16 with the loss of 1,06 piglet and statistical signifikance of risk and producing (p = 0,0436). The pregnancy rate after the first insemination reaches 89,82% and is influenced by average number of unproductive days 10,84 days. All these factors (including average lactation period of 27,06 days) forms meantime (154,03) with turnover 2,37 litters per year. As the most important factor is considered the indicator of weaned piglets per year, which in this case reaches 28,82 piglets/sow per year. In the next chapter there were given parameters in the term of old sow BLBA genotype and BAL genotype compared. In the next chapter the same comparation was used for boars. The impact of the breed was the best at sows of the last reproductive season, when the best boar L1536 had the highest number of livebirths with the average breeding loss (-1,1) 12,28 weaned piglets. Practically the same results had L1538 boar. However, in this case the number of livebirths was very low, so that the number of nurse sows was higher. The youngest L25 boar has the highest number of livebirths/sow per year, however concurrently the highest losses to weaning and therefore least weaned piglets in comparison with other boars. In terms of the distribution of the season, the worst results for the summer season (12.7 piglets born alive / litter).

Vyhodnocení reprodukčních ukazatelů u dojnic holštýnského plemene

Pokorná, Veronika January 2016 (has links)
In this Master´s thesis with name Evaluation of reproductive performance in dairy cows of the Holstein breed was an analysis of the reproductive indicators in heifers and cows of Holstein breed on the farm in the Vysočina. In the thesis was evaluated in cows and heifers level first inseminations, all inseminations, number of reinseminations, pregnancy after the first insemination, pregnancy after all inseminations and index pregnancy. Furthermore, cows were evaluated reproduction indicators: interval, service period (SP), calving indterval, insemination index and the number of insemination doses. In 2014, it was in dairy cows in the barn 1 average monthly done 26,58 first insemination, 57,50 all inseminations, 6,75 reinseminations and index pregnancy was 1,96. The barn 2 this year was average monthly done 26,33 first insemination, 59,75 all inseminations, 16,33 reinseminations and index pregnancy was 2,09. In 2015, it was in dairy cows in the barn 1 average monthly done 23,33 first insemination, 56,58 all inseminations, 8,83 reinseminations and index pregnancy was 2,15. The barn 2 this year was average monthly done 22,25 first insemination, 57,25 all inseminations, 16,25 reinseminations and index preganancy was 2,28. In dairy cows pregnancy after the first insemination after all inseminations were both barns in 2014 and 2015 below 40 %, and the both barns average in 2014 38,94 % and in 2015 37,53 %. In 2014, in heifers was average monthly done 16,17 first insemination, 32,58 all inseminations, 1,58 reinseminations and index pregnancy was 2,01. In 2015, in heifers was average monthly done 23,25 first insemination, 46,42 všech inseminations, 2,75 reinseminations and index pregnancy was 1,93. In 2014, pregnancy after first insemination in heifers was average 48,08 % and in 2015 39,92 %. Pregnancy after all inseminations in heifers was average in 2014 47,36 % and in 2015 45,85 %. In 2014, in dairy cows was insemination index 3,61 and number of insemination doses was 5,26 pieces. Interval value in both years on average around 68 days. SP in 2014 was average 109,81 days and in 2015 was average 111,33 days. Calving interval in 2014 was average 405,46 days and in 2015 was average 391,5 days.

Vyhodnocení reprodukčních ukazatelů u otcovských a mateřských plemen prasat se zaměřením na efekt superplodné linie

Válek, Libor January 2016 (has links)
The aim was to analyze the reproductive traits in pig breeds CBU, CL, BO, D and H 84 pedigree breeding. The monitored parameters and the number of live born piglets, a number of surviving piglets, sows milk production, the length of the interim period, the number of litters per sow per year pregnancy rate. For super fertile lines (SPL) and the evaluation of the number of piglets born alive per sow, birth weight, meantime, serenity litter. Evaluation of reproductive performance in boars according to the breed. I analyzed the percentage of gestation and production of piglets, and all live births. It also monitored the birth weight of piglets depending on the gender of a boar. The obtained data were analyzed by appropriate mathematical - statistical methods. For maternal breed pigs CBU was better parametrs at all piglets born in a litter of 3.5 pc, at 1.7 live births pieces of litter and preserved 1.3 pieces per litter. In parameter milking, the difference was 2.8 kg. Results after the first pregnancy rates were the best Insemination of sows CBU and 87.3%. For super fertile lines sows were better results in all (2,1pc) and live (1,3pc) born piglets and uniformity of litter (0.7%) for sows CBU. CBU breed had the highest percentage of death13.7%, the lowest percentage of paternal breed White11%. For CBU was the best of breed boar Insemination boar EDL with 23 straight 100%. Most of all, and that 17.4 pc of live piglets and 15.4 pc were born piglets after boars DSU 21st among boars maternal breed in the results were successful pregnancy rates boars breed CL with 89.38%. For CBU breed male pigs had the highest weight after 45 boars BTK (1.52 kg) in gilts and boars after FMB 46 (1.54 kilograms). In boars breed CL had the highest average weight for male pigs (1.99 kg) over 33 AGC boars and gilts (1.77) kg after boars EJR 27th best results for piglets breed Duroc boar has EDG 21a to 1.91 kg in male pigs and 1, 71 kg in gilts. After H84-158 boars are male pigs weighing at 2.46 kg and 1.9 kg gilts. Evaluating the impact of boars on the weight of piglets born alive. It showed a statistically significant difference for birth weight of male pigs and gilts. Weights were found statistically significant differences at levels of signifikance.
