Analýza reprodukční užitkovosti prasnic ve vybraném chovuHajátková, Iveta January 2017 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis was to analyze reproductive performance of sows in the selected breed. In this breed, data was collected in the year 2016 and early 2017. The basic statistical characteristics were monitored for the number of all pigs born, the number of live births and the number of weaned piglets evaluated for the influence of litter rank and the influence of the boar used. The test data was tested by paired t-test. The total number of sows with reproductive parameters was number 63. The number of live piglets in the monitored period was 12.9 pieces / litter. The indicator of the number of weaned piglets was 11.9 pieces / litter. The highest average number of live-born piglets was 36 for boar, but for the change had the highest piglet losses against other boars. The litter's influences on the number of live-born piglets was 12.8 pieces / litter in the 2nd litter and in the 3rd litter 13.5 pieces / litter, this difference was statistically significant. It follows that the highest average number of live piglets in litter rank was reached on the third litter order.

Vyhodnocení úrovně reprodukce skotu a růstové intenzity telat v zemědělském podniku zaměřeném na chov masného skotuSchild, Marek January 2017 (has links)
The Master´s thesis is focused on the rate of reproduction and growth intensity of calves Aberdeen Angus breed. In the research was monitored the offspring in organic farming located in the Zlín region during the period from 2007 to 2016. Data were obtained from the performance testing of beef cattle and from the register of the farm. There was achieved following values in the reproduction: pregnancy rate after the first insemination 62.5 % in heifers and 60 % in cows, service time 80.7 days, meantime 365.5 days, crude natality 107%, pure natality 102%, live reared calves 93%. It is obvious from these results that the rate of reproduction of this breed is very good. With the growth intensity of calves there was monitored the influence of sire, year and sex on the weight, gains and hip height of offspring. Influence of sire on birth weight, weight at 120, 210 and 365 days of age, gains and height of offspring achieved often highly significant (p < 0.01) differences. Statistically important (p < 0.05) differences in weights of calves due to influence of year were recorded at birth day and at 120 days of age calves, while at 365 days of age calves were revealed significant (p < 0.01) differences in weights and gains between years. In case of the influence of sex between bulls and heifers were revealed highly significant (p < 0.01) differences confirmed generally known principle that the males have a higher birth weight and have a higher growth ability than females.

Interakce rostlin a živočichů v ekosystému inselbergu: Vliv na reprodukci vybraných druhů / Plant-Animal Interactions in an Inselberg Ecosystem: The Effect on Reproduction of Selected SpeciesVlasáková, Blanka January 2010 (has links)
Conclusions This thesis provides detailed insight into plant-animal relationships that are involved in reproduction of inselberg species. The results are interpreted in relation to the ecosystem functioning and they also contribute to the general knowledge on specialization in plant-animal interactions (Chapter 2 and 3), floral resources (Chapter 2, 3, and 5), pollinators' attraction (Chapter 2), relations between diaspore's characteristics and animal dispersal (Chapter 4), and conflicts among plant life stages that follow ovule fertilization (Chapter 4). As Clusia aff. sellowiana dominates the shrub vegetation, the study on its reproduction is the initial step to understanding the dynamics of the shrub patches and potential succession on the inselberg. The nocturnal pollination system of Clusia aff. sellowiana bears unusual characteristics and signs of specialization. Only one pollinator species, a cockroach Amazonina platystylata, was recorded and this species is apparently sensitive to olfactory attraction cues emitted by the flowers. This is the first evidence of pollination system that involves cockroaches as pollinators and is to some degree specialized. Clusia aff. sellowiana is dispersed by small birds. Because its diasporas are consumed by birds and there is a time lag before they are deposited,...

Využití metody repopulace ke zvyšování reprodukční užitkovosti prasnicNevrkla, Pavel January 2014 (has links)
The aim of the dissertation thesis was to analyze reproductive performance of sows recovered by the means of repopulation, in operating conditions of a production farm. Another objective was to analyze productive parameters of piglets and losses of piglets from birth to weaning. Based on achieved results it can be stated, that repopulated group of sows showed significantly higher reproductive performance compared to sows before repopulation. An anylsis of reproductive performance of gilts coming from two commercial programs was also conducted. The differences in reproductive performance were not found significant, however the differences in the losses of piglets were significant in favor of the program II. From the analysis of the productive parameters of piglets it is evident that piglets in the commercial program I had better growth intensity compared to piglets in the commercial program II, demonstrated by significantly higher weaning weight and daily gain of piglets. Also reproductive performance of repopulated sows from the 1st to the 4th litter was analyzed. The results indicate that there is a significant difference between parities. Reproductive performance had increasing tendency up to the 3rd litter and in the 4th litter it decreased. The most frequent causes of discarding of sows were problems with musculoskeletal system and abortions.

Projekt centra reprodukce koní / Project of a horse reproduction centreNágrová, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
Due to the growing interest in the horse breeding and riding in recent years, the effort in their reproduction is also increasing. The process of equine reproduction leads to the improvement of the horse gene pool and better athletic performance. This is the reason why the artificial insemination methods were introduced besides a natural breeding, and the equine reproduction and the semen collection centers are build, as this biotechnological method requires the necessary equipment for the sampling, the evaluation and the processing of equine semen.
The aim of this master's thesis is to compose a summary of information about the necessary requirements for building an equine reproduction center and then develop a project of the specific equine reproduction center for the equestrian complex in Marienbad.
The review of literature provides general information about the building approval process, and technical requirements for agricultural buildings. In this part means for maintaining animal hygiene and veterinary measures are described as well as the requirements and minimum standards for horse stables, warehouses for feeding, bedding and paddocks. The next section focused on specific information about the approval process of the construction and the operation of an equine reproduction center, on the sanitary regulations, and the conditions for animal health surveillance and employees. Last but not least, this part of the thesis covers information about the requirements for technical equipment, the requirements for receiving and housing stallions. The majority of information is drawn from the laws and technical standards of the Czech Republic.
The following part is focused on the evaluation of the data sources. In this chapter the equestrian center in Marienbad, where the equine reproduction center will be built, is described along with all main activities of the whole complex, information about employees, about all the buildings and equipment and current breeding. These buildings, which will be rebuilt in order to be used for the construction of the equine reproduction center, are described in more detail.
The project itself begins with a business plan of the future reproduction center that analyzes an internal and an external business environment. The external environment is analyzed by competitors, suppliers and customers, and the internal environment is analyzed by marketing and HR strategy. Furthermore, the work is focused on the project itself, as all the buildings and parts of the reproductive center are described, for instance sampling room, laboratory, warehouse for insemination doses, stable for stallions, warehouse for feeding, paddocks and more. There is also a proposal for the necessary equipment and the economic evaluation of the reproductive center.

Analýza užitkovosti ovcí v ekologických a konvenčních chovech v ČR / Analysis of sheep utility attributes in ecological and conventional flocks in the Czech RepublicLinhartová, Iveta January 2016 (has links)
The goal of this diploma thesis was to perform an analysis of sheep breeding of Suffolk breed in basic reproductive performance and meat production traits aspects. The information for rating these aspects was used from two farms. The first of them used conventional way of breeding (ZVOZD Horácko, družstvo) and the second one used ecological way (EkofarmaKosařůvmlýn, s.r.o.).
Fertilization, fertility, intensity and rearing belong among monitored reproductive indicators. These reproductive indicators are expressed in percentages. Regarding meat production traits rating in this thesis we compared influences of year of lambing, farming method, birth month, sex, litter size and age of dam. All these influences were judge according to birth weight (kg), weight at the age of 100 days (kg), average growth (g), depth of the longest dorsal muscle (mm) and according to depth of subcutaneous fat (mm). Reproductive performance and meat production were monitored in years 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015.
In terms of reproductive performance with a few exceptions it was true that ZVOZD Horácko, družstvo reached the best values, and in most cases better than the national average. For example in terms of intensity values in 2012 ZVOZD Horácko, družstvo had 35,9% better results compared to national average. In the same year this farm reached 48,1% higher values of percentage rearing compared to national average. Ekofarma Kosařův mlýn, s.r.o. showed worse performances, however it was in most cases better than national average. In terms of intensity in 2011 Ekofarma Kosařův mlýn, s.r.o. had the same results as the ZVOZD Horácko, družstvo. Meat production properties were supported by statistical calculations and all of them were conclusive at least at the level of significance P < 0,05 in all cases except month of birth effect on birth weight. The best results of meat production in terms of effect of lambing had the year 2012, when the birth weight was one of the highest and the other properties (weight at the age of 100 days, average growth, depth of the longest dorsal muscle, depth of subcutaneous fat) were by far the highest in the period of 2011-2015. Next we found out that the ecological way of breeding (in this case Ekofarma Kosařůvmlýn, s.r.o.) has better results than the conventional way (ZVOZD Horácko, družstvo).
The effect of birthmonth has the significant influence on the indicators of meat production and the lambs born in April had the best results. In the case of sex rams are better. Litter size has very important influence on meat production the more lambs per one mother, the lower
birth weights, the lower weights until the period of weaning, the lower weights at the age of 100 days. It is affected by milkiness of the mother. Moreover, the age of mothers also play a significant role. In our research the highest birth weights had lambs of one year old mothers and all other indicators were the highest in the case of three year old dams.

Analýza ekologické farmy s chovem zvířatMartyninková, Dajana January 2016 (has links)
The aim of diploma thesis was to analyze an ecological farm in South Bohemia region with the system of beef farming with the exclusion of market milk production, and evaluation of selected reproductive and meat production parameters. Meat hybrids of aberdeen angus, galloway, charolais and hereford breed were kept on this farm. Years from 2010 to 2015 were analyzed and then following parameters were evaluated: number of births during the year and in individual months, length of gestation and calving interval, service period, insemination index and calf losses. Meat production indicators were evaluated including the resulting class of carcase classification in SEUOP system, carcase weight and the age of animals at the time of slaughtering. Subsequently, comparison with neighboring organic farm and conventional farms were made. Although it is a small farm the results of the analysis shows that the reproductive parameters are above the average compared to the conventional aberdeen angus farms. Comparing conventional farms meat production results are relatively the same.
