The subject of this diploma thesis is the design of a new boarding house in Vyškov. The building is designed as a detached house. The land on which the building is designed is located in the southern part of Vyškov on Brněnská Street. The proposed building has 1 underground floor and 3 above-ground floors. The first floor has an L-shaped floor plan with the dimensions of the longest sides 43x28.9 m. The other two floors are different shapes. In the basement there is a technical background of the building and storage space. The other two floors are used for accommodation and have a total of 13 room units. On the second floor there is also an operating office. The construction system of the building is transversely brick. The perimeter of the building is made of ground Porotherm brick blocks, insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. The ceiling structures are designed as reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. The roof of the building consists of 3 different flat roofs. The roof cladding above the first floor is designed as a walkable terrace with a tread layer of concrete paving on rectifying pads. The roof above the second floor is designed as a vegetation and the roof above the third floor is designed as a single skin with a classic order of layers.

The project documentation addresses the design of a wellness hotel with a restaurant on a plot in the village of Pasohlávky. It is a two-storey partly basement building of an interesting quarter-circle shape. The vertical load-bearing walls are made of the Ytong system, the ceiling structures are reinforced concrete monolithic and the roof is warm flat with vegetation treatment. The plan also includes the connection of engineering networks to the building, modification and strengthening of adjacent areas on the plot, establishment of an internal area transport road to connect to the existing service road, parking space and landscaping.

The subject of diploma thesis is a new-build of boarding house with restaurant. The building is situated in village Opatov. The building has three floors and another one underground. The underground floor is just under the part of the building. The building is situated on the edge of village Opatov and the terrain around is slightly steep. The object has shape of rectangle. The first floor is slightly wider than second and third floor. On the wider part of first floor is situated terrace for second floor. In the underground floor serves as technical background and storage facility. On the first floor is situated restaurant with kitchen, facilities for staff, reception with office and some other storage facilities. The second and third floor are used for lodging of guests. The capacity of pension is 42 beds and in restaurant about 64 quests. The ventilation of first floor is secured by air-handling system situated in underground floor. The second and third floor are ventilated by local air-handling systems with recuperation air conditioning. The roof of the object is saddle roof with sheet covering. The supporting construction of the main roof are truss girders. The terrace is built like flat roof with concrete pavage, the circumferential walls in the underground are made from concrete with insulation of XPS and in the upper floor are made from brick blocks with insulation from EPS with mineral wool. Interior walls are made also from brick blocks. The horizontal constructions are made as reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. Part of project documentation are assessment in terms of building physics and fire safety solution of building.

The diploma thesis is focused on creating a business plan for establishment a new restaurant that will dedicate itself to serve slovakian, hungarian and czech cuisine. Part of the thesis is to put together sales and costs prediction model in a pertinent subbranch. It also contains internal and external environment analysis, financial and business continuity plan.

Diploma thesis is occupy with the design of winehouse and the hotel nearby vilage Strachotín in South Moravia. Projekt solve architecture of producing and presentation wine, and the additive function is the building for short-time living. The design of nearby landscape belong to thesis also.

This thesis analyzes caciquismo as a temporally and spatially specific type of clientelistic relations in the Restoration Spain (1874 - 1923). First, the analysis primarily focuses on Spanish historiography of caciquismo/clientelism, its development and current situation of research including contemporary reception of the problem. Second, it also deals with the discussion of contemporary manifestations of caciquismo/clientelism in relation to the issues of terminology, corruption and political clientelism in modern Spain. In both cases the researcher sonsiders other important non-Spanish theoretical works. The thesis is based on interdisciplinary approach: besides of a historical perspective, it also brings to the topic view of anthropology, political science and sociology as well. The contribution of this thesis is refuting the concept according to that the contemporary critics (regeneracionists, Generation of '98 and Generation of '14) condemn caciquismo as a wholly negative manifestation of social interaction, which is based on a psychopathological and ethno-geographical perspective destined only to the Spanish nation, the idea, which is attributed to the contemporary critics of the Restoration Spain by the historians of caciquismo. The main target of my diploma thesis is a new synanogue for Jewish village in Olomouc, which is suggested to the place of the original synagogue that was burnt down in the year 1939. The requirement of the assignment for the new synagogue and also a connected seat for the Jewish village in Olomouc with connected operations a place for museum of Jewish cultures. The Jewish village in Olomouc is of rather closed character. The target was to created a complex with connection of areas closed to the village members and opened for the public. Based on the ideas, a complex of three buildings was established and their mapping out suits perfectly to the basic principle. The objects in the area are situated in order to their basic function can be supported. The synagogue together with the Jewish village are very closely directed into calmer, easwest part of the area. Against to this place is a muzeum, designed by the street tř. Svobody, which is also very frequented pedestrian connecting line. From this chosen mapping builds a public area with connection to a park. The complex include a kosher restaurant, administrative place, library, ritual bath mikve and private morespaced area for the village activities.

The presented diploma thesis was elaborated as an architectural study of a new synagogue in Olomouc according to the assignment. The goal of the thesis was to design the architectural proposal of the synagogue as well as of the new centre for the Jewish community and Jewish museum. The final proposal is two buildings connected by a courtyard. The synagogue is designed on the same place where the original synagogue stood. Part of the building for Jewish community is mikveh ritual bath, kosher restaurant, community hall, library and offices. The Jewish museum is partially recessed below ground level and covers an area beneath the synagogue and the courtyard. Shielding the building from the bustling Avenue is solved with park proposal. The entrance to the underground garage with 32 parking spaces is from the street Lafayettova.

The presented diploma thesis was elaborated as an architectural study of the Moravian wine center in Brno according to the assignment. The aim was to create a multifunctional object, which will serve as a center of winery in South Moravian region and also as a cultural center related to wine and gastronomy. The proposal of the building was created with the five above-ground floor and one basement. It is situated in a rowhouse on the street Hlinky, which is historically associated with the cultivation and production of wine. The wine center consists of the restaurant, hotel, gallery, winehouse, shops, congress halls, offices of the Wine Institute and a garage with an automatic parking system.

The study deals with the reconstruction and new functional use of the castle in Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. He is currently unused and disillusioned. The owner of the castle is the town of Hrušovany nad Jevišovkou. City leadership takes steps to save the building. The proposal takes into account the city's wishes regarding the use of the building and the arrangement of dispositions is designed to meet today's operational requirements. The design tries to highlight the architectural values of the castle and offers a dignified use of this monument.
