The subject of the diploma thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a new multifunctional building in the cadastral area Židlochovice Židlochovice. The building is designed as a separate, partly barrier-free building with three above-ground and one underground floors. On the first floor there is a restaurant with a capacity of 60 people and there is a café on the second floor, adjacent to a terrace with a capacity of 30 people. It is also located here restaurant facilities, in other parts of the first floor there are three retail outlets with facilities and dentistry with five offices and backgrounds. The second floor is divided into two separate units, where four residential units and a part of the aforementioned café and office premises are located. In the underground floor there is a parking lot with 16 parking spaces and a technical background of the building. The building is based on base concrete and base reinforced concrete floors. The load-bearing structure consists of a brick system made of ceramic Therm-type fittings. The building is roofed with a flat vegetation roof. The drawing part is processed in the program AutoCAD.

The theme of diploma thesis is project of guesthouse and restaurant. These are two new buildings on the flattened land plot no.5767, which is located in Pasohlávky. The guesthouse has two floors and a partial basement. Capacity of the guesthouse is 26 beds, one double room is designed as accessible room. In the basement of the guesthouse there is a wellness area and technical facilities of the building. The restaurant is designed as single-storey building with a capacity 50 seats and kitchen with a capacity 250 meals per shift. The main material of vertical load-bearing structure are sand-lime bricks with a certifies contact insulation system. The roof of the guesthouse is saddle roof, the roof of the restaurant is green roof.

The diploma subject was to design a new synagogue, jewish community centre and kosher restaurant in Gustav Mahler Park in Jihlava. The new synagogue respects location of the foundations of the former synagogue. The buildings are arranged to create elevated square, where people can rise up to synagogue which was inspired by rising up to the Temple Mount in Jerusalem. Water reflecting pool is designed above the foundations of the former synagogue to create water reflections on the facade and interior of the new synagogue. The new jewish community centre take care of the whole jewish community in Jihlava. The jewish garden in atrium of the jewish community centre serve as a place to celebrate jewish holidays. Kosher restaurant is designed for the public and jewish community in Jihlava and creates atractive place to enjoy free time at Gustav Mahler Park with the view towards historical city walls and the Gate of Holy Mother.

Abstract The subject of the thesis is architectural study of the Winery hotel Hrůdek with a salon of wines, with a wellness and with a congress centre. The locality of the local name of Hrůdek is situated north of the Velké Pavlovice municipality, at a small hill behind the Upper Fishpond, in place of a former henhouse. The building site, owing to its uphill position, provides admirable view of the Trkmanka stream valley. The object designed is separately standing and due to its emplacement it creates an outstanding view point of neighbourhood. The object is designed in such manner tat it would fit together with the surrounding landscape. There are applied natural materials as wood, stone. Mass of the building is divided into two objects, A and B, connected by means of a subbasement. The public outdoor areas are fixed between these buildings and are terraced. From the upper terrace there is situated entrance into the building A with the reception desk, restaurant, congress hall and wellness. We can get into the building through the connection corridor in the subbasement or from the upper terrace. In the B building B there is situated accommodation of the **** standard. Then leaseable wine-cellars and a wine bar accessible from the lower terrace. The object layout is interestingly solved. Such layout offers to the visitor countless interesting sights and views of the surrounding landscape. The diploma project handles the design of the synagogue and other buildings of the Jewish community in Jihlava. The project is formed as an architectural study. Apart from the synagogue, the proposed set of buildings also includes a kosher restaurant, which is characteized by a specific cooking convention, and the administration of a Jewish community with a lecture hall and a community library. The entire complex is complemented by underground parking and the necessary technical facilities. The area is located on the edge of the historical center of Jihlava and the character of the place is strongly determined by the presence of fortifications and fortification greenery. The concept is based on legible urbanism, which copies the line of fortification. Between the proposed building complex and the walls of fortification the park is preserved and valorises the urban potential of the site. The functions are divided into separate objects. A uniform architectural language of simple cubic volumes was chosen for all buildings. The principles of the construction and inner disposition of individual buildings vary according to their characteristics.

In this proposed technical documentation for a detached mountain hotel Corleone. This hotel includes wellness, restaurant and 2 breefing rooms. The hotel is designed for a 24 guests. The proposed new building is located in the village Velke Karlovice, near Vsetin. The bulit up area is 496,70 m. The hotel Corleone has three above – grand floors and one underground floor. The object based on basic pass from plain concrete. The perimeter masonry (brickwork) in the first S is made from lost formwork and reinforced concrete. Otherwise the entire hotel is worn from building system called Porotherm. The roof is solved as a sloping hipped with inhabited attic. The diploma thesis includes study and preparatory work, situational drawings, architectural-building solutions, fire safety solutions and building physics. Part of the study and preparatory work is also a visualization of the hotel, which is called Corleone.

The aim of the Diploma thesis is elaboration of a design documentation for execution of a wellness hotel. The building is operationally divided into two parts – part accommodation and wellness part. The accommodation part includes four above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. In the under-ground floor are situated garages. In the first above-ground floor is designed restaurant and in other above-ground floors are situated hotel rooms. Wellness part is designed with two above-ground floors and one under-ground floor. In the under-ground floor are situated garages. In the first above-ground is designed wellness, which includes relaxation pool, whirpool, five indoor saunas, three outdoor saunas, kneipp and relaxation rooms. In the second above ground floor are designed solariums, massages, beauty salon and hairdressing salon. The part of the floor is also café with large terrace. A roof above 2.NP is designed as vegetative with extensive grassing. A roof above 4.NP is designed as a one-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers. The building is designed as prefabricated skelet. Filling masonry is from a POROTHERM system. Floor structure is designed from prestpressed panel SPIROLL.

This Master's thesis deals with design of accommodation facility. The building si situated in the town of Boskovice, close to sports complex Červená zahrada. The buiding was built on slope. It contains three above floor, one basement floor which is accsesible from the ground. On the basement floor, there is sports complex. On the first floor, there is restaurant. The second and the third floor is intended for accommodation. The building has capacity of 50 beds. These are divided into one to four-bed rooms. The bricked construction system is made of sand-lime blocks. The ceilings are from prestressed concrete floor slab. The buiding has green roof. The work includes project documentation for the construction.

The subject of this diploma thesis is a project for design documentation of boarding house which is oriented at south Moravia in the village Pavlov. The object is solved as four-storey with a partial recession of the first floor into the terrain. Boarding house will serve for the accommodation of 52 people. In the first floor, there is an entrance hall with reception, relaxing area and technical equipment of the building. In the second floor, there is a restaurant with a terrace and all necessary facilities for guests and restaurant staff. Two second highest floors are determined for guest accommodation. The construction of foundation is made from strip foundation. The structure is from bricks with monolith reinforced concrete frame in the first floor. It is a longitudinal wall system transversally reinforced by staircases. The perimeter walls will be insulated with ETICS system. The ceiling will be created from the prestressed reinforced concrete panels. Construction of roof is made from truss girders saddle type.

The thesis deals with modern methods of audio denoising. Reconstruction of the audiosignal is primarly based on utilization of phase information of signals and phase derivatives. Denoising methods also use sparse signal representations. In thesis is described the way of searching sparse coefficients using proximal Condat algorithm and following computation of reconstructed signal using this coefficients. The reconstruction algorithms are implemented in the MATLAB software with toolbox LTFAT included. Results of the reconstruction are compared using objective evaluation method Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and also by subjective evaluation.
