The object is divided into a public part and the operating part, which is the operation of the restaurant. The roof is pitched with a slope of 35 °. On the second floor are offices leadership pension. In the basement there is a technical background.

Theme of this diploma thehis is a newly buil hotel on the beach of Vranov reservoir. The building is surrounded by sloping terrain. The building has one underground floor and three floors. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up of system Porotherm. Ceiling construction is made up of reinforced concrete. The building is covered with a flat roof.

Theme of diploma thesiss is a Sport hotel on the Vltava riverbank. The thesis is concerned with a proposal of multifunctional building - hotel with restaurant and sports center. Proposal includes outdoor playground. Ther are a restaurant, sports center and changing rooms in the first floor. The building is located on the Vltava riverbank and all hotel rooms have a view on the river. Hotel rooms are located in the second and third floors. There is an access to the terrace on the second floor with view of the entire area. The whole building is wheelchair accessible.The building is placed on the footing. The structural system si consists of a reinforced skeleton. The roof of the building is flat.

The topic of this diploma thesis is design of new Mountain hotel in the cadastral area of city Michlova Huť, part of city Vimperk. The hotel is designed as a monolithic reinforced concrete wall structures based strip foundations. The ground plan is designed as a rectangular object, to which is attached a smaller rectangle providing the main entrance to the building. Load-bearing structure of pitched roof is designed by a reinforced concrete structure. The roof is solved as a double-layer with air gap for ventilation. The total capacity of hotel are approximately 70 guest and 15 workers.

The diploma thesis deals with project design documentation of a Relaxation – recreation hotel Dubník in Stará Turá. The object is designed as a two floor building with basement below ground level. Object´s ground plan is rectangular shaped. First floor contains a lobby, restaurant, a kitchen, and a hotel administration part. Second floor is meant for accomodiaton. Sauna and ice pool is designed in basement. Construction system is combinated. Coping consists of a double sloping roof made out of wooden roof trusses.

The subject of this thesis is the construction and maintenance of project documentation for the implementation of the multipurpose building in Jihlava. Designed building is located in the southern town of Jihlava, in the slightly hilly terrain on the west side. The house is rectangular ground plan, with a projecting portion bowling lanes. Roofing form a single-slope roof. It is a multifunctional building, the first floor consists of a restaurant with bowling lanes in the second and third floor houses the Tax Office. They used conventional and traditional building materials. The thesis also specializing on the subject of air conditioning and heating.

Diploma thesis deals with the complex design documentation of newly-built motel near the Novomlýnských ponds with separate buildings. The building is situated near the D52 motorway in the cadastral Perná. The motel is designed for temporary accommodation, eating and recreation. It is a two-storey building with flat roof and without a basement. Besides the main building, there are also four bungalows. The building is designed with traditional building materials. The hotel is desingned for visitors with limited mobility and orientation.

The project deals with new building of guesthouse and restaurant in Křídla. This work aims to develop design documents for building construction. Guesthouse is for 41 guests. The part of the guesthouse is restaurant. The building has 2 above-ground floors and basement. The building is based on brick system Porotherm. The guesthouse and restaurant has a flat roof. The building is situated on slightly sloping terrain.

The topic of this Diploma thesis is the project documentation of the new hotel building in Moravany u Brna. Hotel is designed as a detached building with 3 floors. In the first floor you can find an entrance hall, administrative part, restaurant and its background and the technical background. Another floors serve as accommodation for the guests. The building is designed with traditional building materials.

The objective of the bachelor thesis is the design of the hotel. The building of hotel is free standing. On the first floor there is a restaurant with the kitchen, , including kitchen traffic, a reception office and sanitary facilities for the visitors and the staff. The second and third floor are used for the accommodation of guests. Two rooms are designed as barrier- free. Bearing walls are made of Porotherm brickwork. Ceiling construction is designed from the ceiling panels Spiroll. Roof of the building is designed two types of roofs. Three floors part of the building is covered by warm flat roof and the one floor part of the building is covered by green roof. The graphical part of documentation has been processed in the Autodesk Autocad software. Thermal assesment has been processed in Svoboda software.
