The diploma thesis deals with designing newly built hotel with restaurant in the village Pasohlávky. Hotel is detached building. Hotel is located at parcel no. 3163/364, Mušov territory. This is a two above-ground floor with partial basement building. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of reinforced concrete wall and column. The building is based on foundation slab and strips. Hotel is roofed with a flat roof. In 1.PP is garage. In 1.NP is hotel rooms and restaurant with kitchen. In 2.NP is only hotel rooms.

This diploma thesis deals with the marketing audit of customer satisfaction. In the theoretical part are presented the basic terms and definitions related to marketing, marketing audit, marketing research, services and customer satisfaction. In the next part, marketing audit, questionnaire survey and calculation of NPS and customer satisfaction index are performed with the help of theoretical knowledge. The final draft section contains a discussion of the results and recommendations for changes.

Slepá dekonvoluce je metoda, při které je rozptylová funkce a skutečný obraz rekonstruován zároveň. Cílem této práce je představit různé metody slepé dekonvoluce a najít optimální metodu rekonstrukce původního obrazu a rozptylové funkce. Jako nejvhodnější metoda slepé dekonvoluce byl zvolen algoritmus střídavé minimalizace, který byl upraven a testován. Vlastnosti navrženého algoritmu byly testovány na uměle degradovaných datech a na reálných datech pořízených skenovacím transmisním elektronovým mikroskopem. Účinnost algoritmu byla hodnocena hned několika hodnotícími kritérii. Byla zjištěna omezení algoritmu a tím specifikováno jeho využití.

The Subject of this diploma thesis is design documentation of Relax sports facility with accommodation in Suchdol and Odrou. Mixed-use building is three-storeyed with partial basement. Roofing is flat single-skinned roof over the entire building. From the material point of view, the basement is made from lost formwork, all aboveground floors are bricked from ceramic blocks. The facade is designed as ventilated. Ceilings will be made from cast-in-place reinforced slabs and the sports ground will be covered with glued lamellar beams. The basement part of the building is relaxing - there are various types of saunas, cooler, whirlpool and massage room. On the first floor there is a restaurant with backgrounds and kitchen, a café, and sports activities in the form of badminton, squash and gym. Two more floors are used mainly to accommodate guests in the hotel. All operations are functionally connected by the reception hall.

The aim of this diploma's thesis is to develop design documents for a building construction of a winery guesthouse in a cadastral territory of a village Milotice u Kyjova. The house is situated in the existing built-up area intended for winery cellars near of the village. Plots, where building is situated are sloping and object is embedded into the terrain. The proposition and the design of the building respect a commune plan of village Milotice. The project designs the new basement building of the winery guesthouse with 2 above ground floors, where are situated hotel rooms with a total capacity of 63 guests and accommodation facilities. In the basement is situated restaurant with facilities, social space, wellness with a whirlpool, massages, sauna and solarium. A structural system of the building is designed like a wall and brick structural system from concrete brickwork in the basement and the lime sand brickworks in the above ground floors. A roof is designed partly as a saddle roof with slope 22° and 24,3° and partly as a green roof with a roof terrace.

The topic of this thesis is project and documentation for montane recreative komplex, which is situated in Loučná nad Desnou. The object is located in land-registered area Kouty nad Desnou. In this region is famous ski slope and from the hotel is nice view on this ski slope. The montane hotel respects criteria of protected landscape area Jeseníky. Architectonic plan is designed with respect to mountain scenery. In the hotel are 18 rooms with possibility 9 extra beds for 51 guests. There is a option to visit restaurant all-day. This restaurant is part of the hotel. Recreative zone is situated in north part of the hotel and this zone is devided into two parts. First part, is public and serves for all guests. This zone includes pool with whirpool bath, sauna and steam bath. Second zone is private. This zone provides privacy in massage rooms or in rooms for aromatic bath. The object is devided into four floors. Three floors are overground and one floor is underground. In the second and thirds floors are hotels rooms and rooms for clean-up and employees. First overground floor containes restauration with kitchen, coffee-bar, main hall with reception and all recreation zone, which passes to the second floor. Basement is consists of air handling units, technical rooms and housed mass garages with 21 places. Main entrance to the hotel is from south-eastern side and it is open space which passes to gallery. Type of constructional system is reinforcement framework. It is made of monolithic pillars placed on reinforcement column base with beam PEIKKO DELTABEAM. On this beam are located reinforcement ceilings elements SPIROLL. Fulfil brickwork is SILKA covered by combination of heating EPS with MW, ISOVER TWINNER with 200 millimetre thikness. Roof is combination of double cover flatbed roofs and single cover flatbed roofs. In the second floor is roof with posibility to walk to a terrace. Project was process in program ArchiCAD like BIM. The goal of the thesis is to suggest a study of Moravian wine and cultural center (MVKC) in the locality historically tied to the cultivation of wine. The plot of land is also attractive because it is a part of the southern slope below the castle Špilberk. The property is a house with a developed network of cellars which the new proposal must take into account. Urban and mass solution of the proposal assume completing the street lines as well as the creation of the original solution which consists of a street facade formed by a large glass wall shaded by perforated aluminum plates. The plates create a unique mosaic with the design of grapevine.

The subject of the diploma thesis is new stand-alone hotel with a catering service and a relaxation zone including a fitness room, a table tennis room, massages and a solarium. The individual functional parts are separated and can be operated independently of each other. The Building consists of three floors. The ground floor will serve to run a restaurant with a background and a for relaxation zone, the remaining two floors will be used to accommodate guests and the necessary facilities. The maximum capacity for the accommodation is 59 people and requires four employees to operate it. The restaurant is designed for 81 guests and a total of 7 employees. The relaxation part is for guests only and is not accessible to other people. The structure is based on strip foundations from plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. Peripheral vertical load-bearing structures of the first above-ground floor are designed from permanent formwork system, all others loadbearing walls will be walled-up from vertically perforated block laid on thin-film adhesive. The floor structures are designed as an assembly of prestressed hollow core slabs. Roofing of the building will be made as a flat vegetation roof.

The master's thesis deals with the restoration of audio signals that have been damaged by clipping. Used methods are based on sparse representations of signals. The introduction of the thesis explains the issue of clipping and mentions the list of already existing methods that solve declipping, which are followed by the thesis. In the next chapter, the necessary theory of sparse representations and the proximal algorithms is described, including specific representatives from the category of convex optimization problems. The thesis contains declipping algorithm implemented in Matlab software environment. Chosen method for solving the task uses the Condat algorithm or Generic proximal algorithm for convex optimization and solves minimization of sum of three convex functions. The result of the thesis is five versions of algorithm and three of them have implemented psychoacoustic model for results improvement. For each version has been found optimal setting of parameters. The restoration quality results are evaluated using objective measurements like SDR and PEMO-Q and also using subjective listening test.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of the pension with the possibility of wellness activities, which is located in the village of Holásky, on the level of documentation for the construction. The new building is located in the cadastral area Holásky. It is a three-storey, basement building in the shape of two bounce rectangles with separate parking for visitors to the pension and wellness. The supporting system consists of a reinforced concrete skeletal column system with a ceiling structure made of Spiroll core panels. Porotherm ceramic blocks with contact insulated facade according to ETICS are used for filling masonry. The roof structure is a single-skin flat roof.
