Cultural and Public Center is located on the dam in Brno dock, addressing the promenade between the marina and Kozí Horka, starting points and bicycle path , and include marine terminal and a natural amphitheater with a restaurant. Promenade is the multilevel net of wheelchair interconnected trails and green spaces with objects of public amenities covered by reinforced concrete shell structure with walkable green roof and with color features as landmarks. The building of the cultural center is fitted in the field wave that rises and opens towards the audience. The back part of the building is composed by field wall with employees' inputs, which forms a barrier between the amphitheater and the bike path behind the building. The object reacts to different heights of promenade's trails by Raumplan arrangement. It is divided into performers' background with store of properties, public toilets and restaurant facilities. The supporting structure is a monolithic reinforced concrete wall system in module 4 m, which carry exposed reinforced concrete shell structure with walkable green roof. The main walls are rotated by 5 °. Overall height ranges from 2700 mm to 4750 mm and headroom ranges from 2300 mm to 3800 mm according to the curved shell structure. Nationwide building foundation by the base plate with circumferential bands into the frost resistant depth is affected by bottom water pressure.

The content of this thesis is the documentation for the project of Microbrewery in Hodonin. This microbrewery is a detached building on building plot in the urban area of Hodonin. In the building is located a microbewery with planed beer production 3500 hl per year and restaurant for 150 guest with the summer terrace planed for 35 guests. Building is a ground floor structure with cellar under the part of it. The ground floor is divided into the section for guest and a part for restaurant’s services with kitchen, storages and background for employees. In the restaurant is located a brewhouse which is a heart of the object. Microbrewery – fermenting room, lager cellar, tank cellar, boiler room, engine room for ventilation, storage of barrels and drinks are located in the basement. Bearing system is formed by walls- in the ground floor by ceramic blocks and monolithic concrete walls, in the basement by the concrete formwork blocks. The building is insulated. The roof above the kitchen and the restroom for guests is a flat roof. The roof above the restaurant consists of a wooden chest nailed trusses with a slope of 4%. As the roof covering is used a PVC foil

The project designs engineering documentation of a mountain sport hotel for temporary accommodation for 55 people including firstly those with limited ability of movement and secondly a housekeeper flat with one room and a kitchenette plus sanitary facilities. The building is situated in a sky resort of the Krkonoše boarder village Dolní Malá Úpa in National Park KrNaP.The three-storey building is typical for its tin ridge roof, gable fronted and shed dormers, wooden facade, and a slope location with longitudinal parallel ground plan with level lines. Accommodation is projected on the second and third flours. On the first floor there are hotel premises like a restaurant with a kitchen, a sport requisites rental, storerooms, an office, a gym and a rehab with its own background. Construction system of the first floor is masonry whereas the second and third floors are designed as assembled wooden houses.

The dissertation Pension for recreation is composed in a form of project documentation which comprises all the reguisites required by current regulations. The designed Pension is placed on the site numbered 947 in Kardašova Řečice. In this three-storey building,there is 19 housing units, sauna , restaurant and gym. Constructional system is projected from lime-sand bricks, prestressed concrete ceiling panels, wooden girder trusses. External surface finish of the building is contact thermal insulation system.

Newly built Wellness hotel. The building is partially basement. The building has three parts. The central part is made of reinforced concrete skeleton and has five aboveground floors. This part serves as the main entrance hall and staircase. The side tracts have four aboveground floors and their support system is a transverse wall, brick, from the system Porotherm. In the basement there is a swimming pool and hotel facilities. There is located a restaurant too. On the second floor there are rooms, a gym and services. On the top floor there are only hotel rooms. The building is based on thecontinous footings. Roofing is made arched trusses.

The subject of master´s thesis named „Holiday centre“ is elaboration of project documentation of building part. The building is consists of accommodation units, relaxation centre and restaurant joint with kitchen. Holiday centre contains 15 accommodation units for 45 persons, one accommodation unit for two persons is designed as barrier free. Capacity of restaurant is also 45 persons. Building has 4 floors. Base construction system is bricked, amended to tensioned ceiling panels. Object is positioned to foundation strips. Building roof is partially composed from gabled and partially from flat roof.

This master´s thesis deals with the design of the Mountain hotel with restaurant. The project is elaborated in the form of an implanting-level documentation. The object is situated at the land parcel No.115/5 in village cald Červená voda. The object is designed as tree-storey with the partially cellarage, the roof is propose as saddle roof.

Master´s thesis solves the design of an object of restaurant and guesthouse in Libomyšl. The building has a rectangular shape with a additional building on the north side. The building has three floors. Above the house is designed backgrounds access service for flat roof duplex apartment located in the building. Project's goal is to test the large buildings' design options in regards to permanently sustainable construction. The author's aim is to design energy efficient multipurpose building, with minimal negative effects on environment. The positive impact on environment is visible on the preference of natural materials used in construction. External constructions of thermal conductivity coefficient at the level of passive standard are designed using objects of renewable energy. The location in Brno has been chosen for the proposed building, specifically the location known as brownfields. Lot is accessible from the street of Jan Babak, where public transport is available. The shape of the lot is in the form of incomplete oval with internal open atrium. The administrative part of the building takes half of the area with the rest of the area being used for other businesses, such as fitness centre and restaurant. Garages are proposed to be located underneath the main building, which is built on rigid structure. This rigid structure is a steel skeleton one with linked ceilings. The foundation of building is on stilt. The roof is of a flat type with variable slope, its structure and slope are of metal construction. Claddings are designed in the form of wooden structure filled with straw bales, the exterior is thermally insulated using fibreboard thermal insulation. Inner tract facade is proposed to be panelled with wooden planks. Photovoltaic panels will be placed both from the south and southeast of the outer oval. The rest of the facade will be panelled with grate for creepers. Only environment-friendly sources of energy are considered for the proposed building. Heating and cooling is based on the heat pump air-water system; using the rainwater as an example of renewing natural energy. Object SPORT & RELAX CENTER is a new building made by reinforced concrete monolithical skeleton. Filling masonry is creating with porous concrete blocks YTONG. Thermal insulation is attended by blocks made from mineral wool. Facade is ventilated and made from fibre cemented blocks. Object has two floors and cellar. The foundations are reinforced concreting monolithical stretches and foots. The stairs are three-arm monolithical reinforced concrete. Object is roofed by flat one-housing roof, over restaurant part is intensive green roof and terrace with ceramic tile.Object is supposed to use for sports and relaxation needs for the public of Chotěbor’s city and vicinity. In first floor we can find two courts for squash, restaurant with the terrace, in second floor is fitness center and in 1S we can find wellness center (massages, relaxing baths, whirlpool, relaxing room, 3 kinds of sauna-finland, steam and steam solt sauna). On the east and the south part of the parcel will be providing parking lot for visitors and employees. On the west part of the parcel is enter for supply. On the north are situated 2 courts and a volleyball pitch. The rest of the parcel cover light grass.
