VICEGENERACNI SOUZITI aneb MAME SE JAK NA ZAMKU / Multigenerational Coexistence / Happy Living in a Castle

Habancová, Anežka January 2016 (has links)
Previously, the bulk of the population lived in rural areas. The whole family lived there together in the family house on the same property. Young helped the elderly and old to their offspring, with households with children, with the economy. With the advent of industrialization and mobilization, many young people moved into the cities, to work, to the newly constructed blocks of residential houses, which were rather less than they could live with a large extended family. Mutual cooperation was suddenly far away. The town has more people, more jobs and more older people, which the state took care of them - homes for the elderly - retirees concentration in one place, without daily contact with young, with family. Thanks to good quality of health care older people is increasing and this problem is must be solved. The country has still semi-detached houses and multigenerational houses, where the family lived with grandparents, but in the city is hard to find to buy or rent two apartments near each other. The main concept of my work is to create a semi-detached flats, flats with common vestibule, which connects one smaller and one larger apartment. Use the castle for this principle is more than appropriate - will be returned the housing for the family and each of generation finds in the castle grounds space for their activities or employment. This area still remains open to inhabitant of the city and offer them new possibilities for leisure (restaurants and an amphitheater).

Chosen territory is located on the Libušina street, Brno - Kohoutovice. Socio-kultural center with townhall will serve as the dominant of district. Due to its shape, which is growing up, it reflects the character of the surrounding high-rise buildings. Entrance to the building is concentrated in one space, the communication part, which connects two masses - the town hall and socio-cultural center. Office space is structured around the perimeter of the building and also organized as a contact point with the society, due to glass partitions. The interior space of the town hall is lighted by glass atrium that allows sunlight penetrates to the whole building. Socio-kultural center with townhall is an expressive architectural element and includes three functions: culture, recreation and sport. The main part of the building is the multifunctional hall, that is used for such purposes as big celebrations, performances, music and dance events and film screenings. The idea to create the function of sport is based on interview and wishes of the local inhabitants. Representatives and residents of Strachotín have for a long time been considering certain steps, construction works of varying extent, which would strengthen the population, their possibilities in using the potential of the place (wine, tourism) and the village returned the lost face. There is only a small distance between the village and the end of the village in the direction of Pálava, but there is an important urban area - the surroundings of the church - which is historically very important and it hides its potential. In my work, I have commissioned him to uncover it and try to inspect what she can offer. Not only for tourists, but also for locals.

Hoblová, Kristýna January 2016 (has links)
The Reflection of the Exclusion Crisis (1678-1683) in Contemporary Literature Kristýna Hoblová abstract This work of literary history analyses the reflection of the Exclusion Crisis (1678-1683) in contemporary literature across genres. It is based on the theory of the rise of the public sphere by Jürgen Habermas and on the theory of Michael McKeon, understanding the ideology of the late Stuarts as a last remnant of aristocratic ideology. The Exclusion Crisis is presented here as a period of unsettling negotiations between the declining Stuart ethos and the Whig ideology of the rising mercantile classes. The interpretation of chosen texts serves to discover creative transformations of the political discourse of the newly emerging political parties of Whigs and Tories, stressing the negotiations between genres, individual authors and political ideologies. The first chapter offers a brief overview of the socio-historical context, Habermas's theory of the rise of the public sphere and Michael McKeon's conception of aristocratic ideology. It also introduces the Tory political theory defending the Stuart divine right of kings on the basis of Robert Filmer's patriarchal household-state analogy and the Whig defence against absolutist tendencies of the Stuarts through asserting the priority of Law over the Royal...
