Sportovně - rekreační centrum Vsetín, Ohrada / Sports and Recreation Centre Vsetín, Ohrada

Košňar, František Unknown Date (has links)
The architecture and urban planning study of the Ohrada sports grounds examines the possibility of building a multipurpose sports and recreation centre in the Vsetín – Ohrada location. Currently, the grounds are in a very poor condition. With respect to the dimensions of the grounds, the roofed stands of the Spartakiad stadium serving a lodging house along with the tennis club facilities fail to fulfill its potential. I approached the area layout in a way which enables a clearly identifiable morphology of the buildings with an accentuated maximum utilization of daylight, open space, greenery, and social interaction to combine ideas and needs of the future generation and thus give the location a new genius loci. The biggest challenge of the complex layout of the whole site was to find a meaningful use for the great amount of soil found in the decaying stands. I find the best solution in creating an accessible, walkable mass that provides several different sections with various atmospheres and purposes. This concept resulted in a study which uses the qualities of the premises and complements them with a number of sports and recreational activities. The fundamental idea was to create a public leisure space with a focus on a great variability of the purpose of the grounds to make it useful for a wide range of public across generations. This led to the creation of several main masses which divide the location, reduce the scale of the area and give it a different atmosphere. At the same time, the grounds are freely accessible and open to the public. A long-term, functioning society demonstrates an ability to treat public and semipublic space with respect. The area in front of and in between buildings becomes, therefore, more important than the buildings themselves. At such a moment, one can talk of a sustainable public life.

Sportovně - rekreační centrum Vsetín, Ohrada / Sports and Relaxation Centre Vsetín, Ohrada

Németh, Ondřej January 2019 (has links)
The design of the sports and recreation center in Vsetín solves the complete revitalization of the unused territory on the periphery of the town in the Ohrada district. The aim of the project is to revive the poorly accessible and neglected area and its use not only for a wide range of sports activities, but also for leisure activities and recreation. The whole area should be freely accessible and open to a wide range of public. Four main buildings are designed in the complex: a multi-purpose sports hall, a hotel, a tennis club and a snack bar with a bicycle service. There is a football field, a basketball court and a small football pitch on the open spaces between these objects, as well as two climbing walls, an outdoor gym and a parkour area with many obstacles. The rest of the areas are pavements and free grass areas intended for leisure and recreation of visitors.

Machala, Tibor January 2020 (has links)
This thesis presents a design of a new building — hotel, containing thirty accommodation units, space for employees, restaurant and vine bar meant for both customers of the hotel, and public. Hotel is situated in a cadastral area Brod nad Dyjí. Building consists of basement and five floors with proposed accommodation capacity of sixty people. The basement perimeter walls are designed from reinforced concrete with the width of 300 and 400 mm. The walls are insulated by XPS polystyrene which is 220 mm wide. Perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are proposed as a combination of reinforced concrete and reinforced skeleton concrete supplemented by masonry wall of therm type. All these constructions are insulated by 220 mm wide glass wool facade insulation. The building envelope is a light ventilated facade. All horizontal constructions are projected as reinforced concrete slabs with the width of 250 mm. The roof of the building consists of three flat parts. The lowest part of the roof is designed as a vegetation roof with extensive layer. The roof of the hotel is proposed as walkable with wear layer made of concrete pavement of dimension 400 x 400 mm. Construction of the roof above the fifth floor is designed as one layer flat roof on concrete slab with the width of 250 mm. Inside the object are three reinforced concrete staircases (main staircase, emergency staircase and staircase for staff). The main entrance to the object is situated on the south side of the property, while the staff entrances are located on the east and north-east part. Hotel / Hotel

Neuwirth, Filip January 2020 (has links)
The diploma thesis processes project documentation for the construction of a hotel building with a restaurant facility, which is situated on the outskirts of the western undeveloped part of the regional town Jihlava. The building has three floors and is covered by flat roofs. The hotel meets the conditions of a four-star (****) economic standard. It is designed with 24 accommodation units with a capacity of total 52 persons (4 persons with reduced mobility on the 3rd floor) and restaurant service for 92 guests, social facilities and kitchens. The apartments and guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floor. On the ground floor there is a representative space of the hotel composed of the entrance hall with reception , space for hotel management, space for technical facilities of the building and restaurant with its own kitchen. The building meets the requirements for zero-energy buildings with a combination of a high-quality construction solution with thermal insulation of building and other technological solutions such as photovoltaic power plants or deep boreholes for stepping pump heating The overall character of the building is emphasized by its architectural design in the light of modern lining of the ventilated facade using cement-fiber boards, whose two-color articulation emphasizes both simplicity and shape function of the building. This solution is combined with large glazed areas that give the building a feeling of spaciousness and evocative cleanliness.

VINAŘSKÝ DŮM NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV / WINE HOUSE NIKOLSBURG MIKULOV

Valová, Markéta January 2020 (has links)
The topic of this diploma thesis was to design a winery house in the open landscape in a traditional wine landscape of Mikulov. The designed building serves as a four stars hotel with apartment rooms, restaurant, wellness, wine shop and a small wine farm with a storage of wine. There are unique views to the Mikulov city, Turold hill and surounding vineyards. The longitudinal axe is oriented on northeast–southwest. Majority of rooms, terraces and both atriums are directed on prospective axes. The object has one basement and three groundfloors. It is (situated) into the sloping terrain and constrasts with the wavy landscape of Mikulov for its racional and linear conception. It is inspired by terracced formations in near suroundings and uses it for its mass as well. It creates a new landscape dominant that remainds the geological formation of limestone situated in the surroundings of the Mikulov city. The regular rhytm of windows on facade refers to the Mikulov´s renaissance. The regular placement of window openings, and their rhythm are inspirated by Mikulov renaissance. Smaller holes, glass surfaces, light color of facade, green roof and shielding elements prevent from overheating the object during the summer. The water element in the courtyard offers pleasant refreshment for the visitors.
