The thesis is focused on risk management, which should devote every manufacturing and non-manufacturing business. The main objective is to describe and evaluate the risk management process in the company with a focus on fire risks and risks related to traffic safety and to suggest possible improvements. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the notion of risk, it´s types and impact of risks on business entity. The practical part includes the basic characteristics of the company, described the risk management process and documentation related to this process. From the analysis of documentation and qualitative research include the measures. The conclusion indicated evaluate the risk management process and overall suggestions for improvement.

This thesis focuses on Project Risk Management in selected company. Attention is dedicated to the topic of Risk and its relation to the project Project. Risk is perceived in a broader perspective as a threat and an opportunity. The theoretical part also describes the process of risk management and related concepts. In the practical part the author describes the initial situation of Project Risk Management in selected company and proposes adequate methodology for Project Risk Management. The proposed methodology involves the optimal process of Project Risk Management, including all documentation and charts. The proposed methodology of Project Risk Management is applied to a particular project from the practice of the company.

This diploma thesis deals with risk management and its applications. The aim of this work is to explain not only the management, but also apply it in practice. The first part deals with the theoretical interpretation of the history of engineering risk. It also deals with the description of modern methods of risk management. The second part deals with how this could be used in practice.. For this purpose was chosen cylindrical test room for tractors and cars at Mendel University in Brno. After reviewing and examining the rehearsal were found risks that threaten not only the person controlling rehearsal room, but people close to the machine. These risks was subsequently reduced using safeguard measures on acceptable risks. Not all went to be reduced, therefore you must noted the operator to avoid danger to persons.

The thesis deals with risk management in a minibrewery. Its aim is to create recommendations that can be used to eliminate risks or prevent them. The work is divided into two parts; the first one is a theoretical part and is mostly a search retrieval. The second part includes writer's original work. Here, through the analysis of the external and internal environment, threats that affect the company are being identified. Also carying assets that may be affected by risks are specified as well as the risks are identified. Cílem této diplomové práce je zmapování dopadů implementace BASEL II na poskytování úvěrů, a to zejména malým a středním podnikům, a na základě této analýzy poskytnout základní rady, jak by se malé a střední podniky měli těmto změnám přizpůsobit. Hlavní důraz je kladem na malé a střední podniky z toho důvodu, že u nich je dopad BASEL II předpokládán jako nejcitelnějším vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že si nemohou z důvodu svých omezených zdrojů dostatečně personálně ošetřit rizikový management a nemohou si ani dovolit najmout specializovanou poradenskou firmu, která by jim příslušné procesy zavedla. Diplomová práce je členěna do několika kapitol. V úvodu se zabývá především posledním vývojem v bankovnictví v oblasti řízení rizik, důvody, proč jsou rizika v bankách řízena a rozdělením rizik. Jsou zde také popsána pravidla řízení rizik stanovené Basilejskou komisí pro bankovní dohled. V další části je popsán dopad BASEL II na poskytování úvěrů malým a středním podnikům. Je zde nastíněn obecný proces poskytování úvěrů v bankách a pravidla, kterými se banky při poskytování úvěrů řídí, a to s ukázáním změn způsobených novou basilejskou kapitálovou dohodou (NBCA - New Basel Capital Accord Basel II). Dále je zde popsáno několik pravidel, kterými by se měl zájemce o úvěr řídit.

This thesis deals with the issue of a waste management. It does not represent only the current legislation but also the new act on waste. The essence of the thesis is an analysis of the production and waste management in Prague. It evaluates the functionality of the integrated waste management system (IWMS) and compares it with the general requirements for an integrated approach. The new ways of efficiency, including a proposal for an environmentally and economically friendly waste management, are based on the acquired data as well as the data from the investigation. The new IWMS leads primarily to an increase of waste sorting in the region.

Práce se zabývá problematikou projektového řízení, popisuje hlavní procesy řízení projektových rizik a jednotlivé metody analýzy, shrnuje nejčastější rizika projektů a na základě těchto východisek navrhuje vlastní metodiku řízení rizik a podpůrný softwarový nástroj.

Master's thesis deals with risk management of enterprise which business in branch of providing software and software / hardware support. The goal of my work is to create recommendations how to control risks on the base of internal and external environment analysis and risk's analysis. Thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains general definition of risk and its categorization. The practical part contains environment analysis and risk's analysis. Identification of carrying assets and threats, which endanger assets, are part of risk's analysis. On the base of risks identification are created recommendations for risk management.
