THE AIM OF MY THESIS ON THE TOPIC OF "RISK MANAGEMENT CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS" IS TO DESCRIBE THE PROCESS OF RISK MANAGEMENT OF CONTRACTOR CONSTRUCTIONS WORK. THIS PROCESS BEGINS WITH THE IDENTIFICATION OF RISKS BY USING DIFFERENT METHODS. FOLLOWED BY ANALYSIS OF THESE RISKS. THE MAIN GROUP OF RISKS ARE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUBCONTRACTING SYSTEM. THESE RISKS I WILL DESCRIBE THEIR SIGNALS AND TRIGGERS. ON THE BASIS OF THEIR IMPORTANCE TO THE PROJECT, I WILL DEFINE THE MANNER OF THEIR TREATMENT. IN THE LAST PART IS A PROPOSAL OF A MONITORING RISKS, WHERE I SUGGEST A WAY, WHO WILL LOOK AFTER THE RISKS DURING THE CONSTRUCTION AND WHEN.

The goal of this work was to create a system of risk assessment in companies engaged in software development. In the aplication part three already finished projects were analysed. The result of the analysis was compiling a register of risks. The register contains a list of 14 causes and 4 key risk factors. At first these risk factors and their causes undergo an expert evaluation by a subjective probability of their occurrence and intensity of their potential impact in the system. Experts' estimation of the impact strength is complemented by a sensitivity analysis. Subsequently, the system evaluates the risks and compiles a list of key risks. System also provides with arrangements that serve to reduce the extent of key risks. In conclusion, the system carries out a quantitative analysis in the form of a probability tree.

The diploma thesis deals with risk management in a selected company, which is ČSAD LOGISTIK Ostrava, a. s. This thesis is divided into two parts, where the first part deals with the analysis of the current situation, which is the transport sector in the Czech Republic and its relevant legislation. Subsequently also deals with the terms related to the identification, analysis and elimination of risks. In the second part is the theoretical knowledge is applied in such a way, that from the results obtained with What IF and FMEA analyzes is later created a suggested plan for risk prevention and its elimination.

The diploma thesis titled Risks of logistics management in a company deals with the analysis of flow quality in the logistics chain of selected internet shop Notino.cz. The work is divided into three parts. The theoretical part describes the theoretical bases on the basis of specialized literature. The analytical part analyzes the current state of quality, processes in the enterprise, and an analysis of the causes and consequences. The design part draws conclusions from the analyzes, proposes and looks for measures to reduce or eliminate the identified risks.

The subject of the master’s thesis is a risk analysis in transport infrastructure projects. In the theoretical part, I deal with public sector, life cycle of the project, evaluation of public projects, conception of risk, clasification of risk, risk analysis and valuation of the risk. In the practical section I process risk analysis of the project in transport infrastucture.

This Thesis deals with creating system for controlling risks based on critical analysis for chosen company. The company is called Vinařství Kovář and it's owned by Mr Miroslav Kovář, who is a wine producer. The first part of the Thesis is focusing on theory of controlling risks. The second part analyses current state of the company, it's risks and evaluation of the risks. The assessment of the risk is done by doing an FMEA analysis. This helps to find the most severe risks which are then eliminated with set actions. The last part of the Thesis contains suggestions of controlling the risks for the company to prevent or minimalise potential risks.

This diploma thesis deals with risk management of a selected company. The described company is called PLASTIC BOX CZ, Ltd. and it is engaged in the manufacture of plastic products. The theoretical part contains the definition of components, which are mainly identification, analysis and methods to reduce individual risks. Appropriate analytical methods related to the risk management process are subsequently defined. In the analytical part, risks of the business entity are identified using selected methods. Risk analysis is performed by the FMEA analysis and elaborated in the specific process of running the company. The last part of this thesis includes the design of a risk management system of operating the company PLASTIC BOX CZ, Ltd., which is meant to ensure minimization and prevention of possible risks.

This master's thesis focuses on the knowledge of risk management. The core of this issue contains risk management process, risk identification, monitoring and risk analysis. The text in the first part explains stages of identifying the risks and the methodology used. The aim was to create, after a thorough analysis, the detailed design, then proceed to implementing individual parts of the system and to create a functional system for the support of identification of risks in IT projects. The system was implemented in PHP programming language, working with the MySQL database system on the database level. In the end there is an assessment and discussion of possible expansion.

The diploma work is devoted to the isme of risk management in retailing. The method of SWOT analyse on the ground of interview with management of company Ahold Czech republic, a.s. was used to analyse of risks. Further information gained on the ground of questionnaires among employees of the company were used. There were re-commendations to management of the company set as a result. These recommendations were created in reference to actual trends and posibility of application of risk manage-ment processes with use of IT support and CSR conceptions.

The ornamental aquaculture comprises both outdoor and indoor keeping of aquatic animals and plants for ornamental purpose which is a very popular hobby with many followers worldwide. It is also commercially profitable for specialized producers and vendors. Associated environmental risks include particularly introduction of non-native species, biological invasions and intensive field capture of exploited and marketed species. Since subsequent regulation, mitigation and eradication of naturalised alien species is very difficult and ineffective in many cases, the most important above all is to prevent new introductions. This trend is accented with a short delay in European legislature. The European Union (EU) currently initiates formation of list of the most invasive alien species. Although invasive potential of certain ornamental species such as red-eared slider (Trachemys scripta elegans) is well known, the vast majority of traded species has never been tested and analysed from this point of view. Publications attached to this thesis are focused on monitoring and survey of market with ornamental animals, such as fishes and crayfishes, with special emphasis on list of advertised species, size classes, prices, origin and availability on market. With use of predictive models the probability of naturalisation and potential invasiveness of mentioned ornamental species were estimated. These information are supported by analysis of hobbyist behaviour. Results in present thesis highlight known environmental risks associated with ornamental aquaculture and also show detailed information about overlooked risks from the Czech Republic's as well as from EU perspective. Therefore this thesis should to help formation of aforementioned list of the undesirable species.
