The diploma thesis titled Risk of dropshipping and B2C sale deals with the analysis and evaluation risks in proces of executing an order at e-shop Zahradavpohode.cz. This businnes subject in this proces uses two business models – dropshipping and B2C sale. The theoretical part is serving to gain information about problmatics. In the analytical part this knowledge is used for analysis of currnet staus, proces, identification and evaluation risks. The design part is making conclusions from the analyzes, proposing and looking fot a available use of company businness models view finances and risks.

This thesis deals with the issue of risk management of SCIOX Box machinery. The theoretical part provides an introduction to the basic concepts and procedures in the area of risk management, whose implementation into practice then deals with the analytical part. In the analytical part, the risks of selected machinery are analyzed and evaluated in accordance with the ČSN EN ISO 12100: 2011 norm together with other relevant norms. In the final part there are suggestions and recommendations for making the risk management process more effective in the selected company, which is the manufacturer of machinery - ELEDUS s.r.o.

The diploma thesis titled Risk Management of the course of the contract in the company deals with the risk analysis of outsourcing accounting and tax company Accace Outsourcing s.r.o.. The work is divided into three parts. Part theoretical describes theoretical base based on specialized literature. The analytical part analyses the current state of the company and describes the contract’s progress. The design part draws conclusions from analyses, proposes and seeks measures to reduce or eliminate identified risks.

The thesis deals with strategic and financial analysis in the company Účetnictví a daně OSNOVA, s.r.o. It is divided into four parts. In the first part, the thesis deals with the theoretical basis according to the literature. The analytical part introduces the company. In the practical part, strategic and financial analyzes are performed. In the last part, conclusion and suggestions, concrete measures to reduce the value of risks resulting from the performed analyzes are then discussed.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management in storage facilities of a brewery. The objective of the thesis was to identify and evaluate possible risks connected to the storage of handling units, which are part of the working environment in the brewery. The evaluation of the risk analysis has been created on the basis of FMEA and FTA methods. To minimize the risks, the measures were subsequently proposed to reduce potential risks when working in the warehouse which led to accident reduction. Then these measures were financially evaluated and assessed for their cost-effectiveness.

Includes analysis of all risks and suggestions of an insurance portfolio that can help the company minimize the most serious risks to its activities through commercial insurance and reduce to lowest level the threats to those activities.

This diploma thesis deals with the risk management issue of a projection of regional aqua-park Jeseník, with the aim to identify risks connected with realization of this project. This particular process of risk management adjustment is isolated proceeding with its characteristics, and expertise, with replenishing purpose of project management awareness for possible risks, and their impacts on the project and its surroundings. Using a system approach and risk management weaknesses, which are the most threatening for the project as well as financial formulation of particular risks, are identified. Using lessons learned from the practical part contains recommendations on the elimination of risk.

This diploma thesis deals with a problem of risk management of investment projects in building industry. The first part makes us familiar with basic terms and classification of risks. We continue with the importance and the content of risk management in investment projects. This part includes detailed description of technique of managing risks and describes chosen applied methods in this thesis. In the second part the real investment project´s risk management is designed following the information from the first part. The aim of this real project is building up an administrative building in Ostrava. The important data and the identification of danger was work out for elaborated risk management document. The identified risk was analysed and extended with suggestion of its controlling.
