Nekvindová D. Change Management of Business Strategy and Internationalization of Trading Company, Diploma thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The main objective of the diploma thesis is to create a complex methodology for the change of business strategy when a company wants to internationalize which will be applicable and utilizable in SMEs. The principles of the theory of change management and project management will be used. The change management will be based on Lewin's Three-Stage Model of Change completed by the project management and risk management, and the situation analysis will help the identification of the company's position. A partial purpose of this thesis is to define conditions of internationalization for enterprises specified above which is closely connected with the change management of business strategy within the European Union. The last part of the thesis is focused on the application of the methodological proposal to a real company under real market conditions.

The main aim of the diploma thesis is to suggest a sophisticated methodology of change management while changing marketing strategy in a company. The result of this thesis is the consistent methodology that can be used by any company that desires to change their contemporary strategy. Managing change is based on Lewin’s model of change management in this work. The practical part will comprise two sections one of which will be devoted to the mentioned methodology of the strategy change management process and the latter to the application of the methodology to a particular company intending to change its current strategy.

Primary aim of this diploma thesis was to create proposals for the risk management in chosen accommodation facilities. Based on tools, that have been commonly used for analysis of external and internal environment, identification of the risks was made. After that, the value was assigned to each of the identified risks and based on the results, concrete proposals were created. At the end, these proposals were generalized for the hotel industry.

The risks of Extasy Use This topic is very present in Czech Republic as the use of soft drugs, including the extasy is becoming increasingly popular. Extasy is considered as a weekend or experimental drug that is mostly used by the young population. Our society is tolerant towards the use of the soft drugs; consequently these drugs are becoming a common part of our lives. Extasy is represented as a soft and safe drug. Nevertheless the use of any addictive substances is far to be without risks. Such risks are often neglected or totally ignored. This diploma thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and practical part. First part, the literature review is embracing all different aspects of the dance drug extasy and its culture. History of the drug, description of its effects, identification of its users, hazards related to its use and also preventive measures - harm reduction programs are being defined. The aim of this work was to present complex information about the extasy drug and yet to describe the hazards linked to the drug abuse and draw attention its dangers. First part also includes the description of the means for minimising such risks and the harm reduction preventive programs {--} analysis of an extasy tablet. Practical part of this work results from several interviews of the formal extasy users. The endeavour of this part was to get more information about the drug. The interviews consisted of a number of parts. Questions in these parts focused on frequency of attendance of the dance parties, number of the extasy tablet used on average and the circumstances of the drug use, knowledge of the drug and its incidences and motivation to stop using it. Other set of questions enquired about the dangers of extasy in combinations with other drugs, ``fake extasy{\crqq} issue and dangerous behavioural under the influence of extasy. In the following part of the interview extasy users were asked to describe their awareness of the dangers and risks linked to the use of the drug, what precautions are they taking to avoid such risks and weather they know about possibility to get the pill analysed for purity and further if they care about the importance of the fluid intake. This thesis demonstrated that the extasy users are well informed about the risks, hazards and dangers of the drug however they overlook it and act as they are not aware of the hazards.

The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes several selected methodologies and best-practices related to information technology risks management, with focus on documents and guidance developed by ISACA. It builds a set of ideas and basic requirements for effective model of an IT risk register. Strong emphasis is placed on mapping CobiT 4.1 based Risk IT to COBIT 5. The practical part describes implementation of an exploratory web-based IT risk register in Python programming language utilizing the Django framework and employs concepts from the analysis.

The priority of this work is to show the importance of risk management and the proper operation in electricity trading companies. In the theoretical part of the thesis are summarized basic information about the energy market in the Czech Republic and also a brief overview of the risks observed in the electricity trading. In recent years there have been several cases where a company did not observe their risks or even did not monitor these risks at all. This had a negative impact on the entire Czech energy market. In the practical part of this thesis are described the cases of companies Moravia Energo a.s. and Korlea Invest a.s., setting its risk management and also consequences of their falls. Furthermore, this work describes the different tools to support risk management, which are not the cheapest definitely. Also work contains an example of calculating the limits for credit exposure of the two companies that I calculated based on the analysis of the annual reports of these companies and I managed to get a lot of interesting information during writing this work that the reader will definitely appreciate.

This diploma thesis is concentrated on problematics of the project risk management of the construction of the new building in the company Huhtamaki Czech Republic, Plc. The first part of the thesis is focused on the theoretical knowledge of project management, the analysis of risks, the planning of the project and the strategic situational analysis. The second part analyses the current state of the company. Analysis of external and internal environments and their summary to SWOT were formulated where strength and weakness, opportunities and threats. The last part contains the suggestion of the own solution for the realization of the project. There were identified risks which were evaluated through the method RIPRAN. There were suggested precaution to the chosen risks which reduce the probability and the impact of the risk on the project.

This master’s thesis is focused on business entity’s risk identification in the field of marketing services by using selected methods of economic and strategic analysis. The selected methods are theoretically described in the first part of the thesis. Then, in the following part, we executed these selected methods and, based on the outcomes of these methods, risks are identified and evaluated. Further, three risks of the highest score were chosen and dealt with. Measures to decrease the value of each risk are formulated. At the very end, each of three risks, after the measures were implemented, is evaluated again to prove the suitability of the recommended solution.

This thesis considers of process FMECA analysis that is applied to the process of implementation the information system in the bank. The theoretical part focuses on risk management and using of methods FMEA and FMECA. In the practical part of thesis is introduced the company, for that the process of implementation of the information system is designed. In addition the analysis of the external and internal environment in relaiton to the information system is made. The result of these analysis is SWOT analysis. Then the process of implementation the information system is described and FMECA analysis is performed. Based of the results of the analysis are designed appropriate measures that will eliminate the risks or that will reduce their impacts.

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of risk management during the contract of the chosen company, which deals with printing and sale of advertising and gift items and related services. The work is divided into three parts. The introductory part introduces the theoretical basis based on professional literature. The analytical part focuses on introducing a company, a detailed description of the course of the contract, and an analysis of all the risks that may arise. The aim of the practical part is to determine the most risky factors on the basis of the analysis and propose measures for their reduction or elimination.
