Úloha Německa v současném integračním procesu v Evropě / The Role of Germany in Today’s Process of Integration in Europe

When debt crisis fully started in the Eurozone, the attention was concentrated not only on states of southern Europe in debt, but also on Germany. If we consider that Germany is the biggest economy in Europe and its policy is tightly connected with EU, the decisions of the German government are important in the process of European integration. The thesis talks about actual role of Germany in today's crisis of the Eurozone. Because of the size of the problem the thesis is concentrated on last three years and it is focused on key events, whit caused the biggest discussion. The goal of the research is to find out which role Germany plays within EU and if it becomes or has already become a regional hegemony. In the analysis was partly used the role theory and also neomramscianism, that works with the hegemony concept. Results of the research shows that Germany becomes more self confident player. Player which today leaves the strategy of restraint and takes the role of a regional leader. The question of hegemony stays open, even though Germany refuses to identify itself with this role.

RESUMÉ The topic of this thesis is the issue of two roles - a role of a teacher and a parent. The goal of the thesis is to research the main key features arising from the issue of the conflict of dual role of a parent and a teacher at the same time. The empirical part of the thesis tries to outline problems which the parents, or let me say, teachers experience in the home and school environment based on the fact that their child or children attend the same school where they themselves work as teachers. Furthermore, the thesis deals with their experience regarding the representation of these two roles in relation to their own family. The data analysis also tries to point out the advantages and disadvantages of the teacher job and also the advantages and disadvantages of the intermingled role of a teacher and a parent. The thesis presented here is written on the basis of the qualitative method of data obtaining and processing. The method of interview analysis is used as well. Statements of four women and four men, woman teachers and man teachers in the secondary school whose children also attended this particular school have been analyzed.

"Jeux de rôle" ve výuce francouzštiny jako cizího jazyka / Role-playing in French as a Foreign Language

The work is dealing with the "Role-playing" ("Jeux de rôles") in teaching French as a foreign language. The aim of theoretical part is to describe the history and definition of the activity as well as its didactic use and benefits. Furthermore, respective phases of its realization are described. The practical part begins with showing the results of application of this activity in practice. Then, presence of the activity in some current French textbooks is examined in more detail. Finally, thanks to the survey method, the present situation in the Czech Republic and Slovakia is monitored, from teachers' point of view on the one hand and from students' one on the other hand. The goal of the research is to find out if teachers of French language use the activity in theirs lessons and if so, what their experience is. This paper presents the role theory and the role conception power for peace which was created for the European Union on the basis of its values, norms and rules. Five criteria that define power for peace were applied to the peace mission EUFOR Althea in Bosnia and Herzegovina. After verification of all criteria it was proved that the EU has acted as power for peace in Bosnia and Herzegovina and it has therefore fulfilled its role conception.

The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze the strategy of selected private sector organization in the field of work - life balance and to propose measures to improve the current situation. The thesis specifies terms such as role conflict in the framework of work-life balance, gender and equal opportunities policy, the “flexicurity” concept as well as outlines a variety of measures leading to work-life balance. During the analysis, investigation via questionnaire and interview with manager of the relevant organization has been used. Based on acquired results, specific measures leading to more effective balance of work and personal life of employees of selected organization, including financial aspects of their introduction, has been proposed in the conclusion of this thesis.

This thesis deals with the work-life balance issues encountered by cardiologists and cardiac surgeons. The main objective of this study was to find out on how these young doctors in cardiology specialization training combine their work and other areas of their lives that they consider important and draw attention to the problems of being junior doctors with a vision to use the obtained results to improve their conditions both for work and for quality of life. Qualitative research techniques were utilized and data were obtained from semi-structured interviews with our respondents. The theoretical part of this thesis presents the informations and concepts regarding balance between work versus private life concerning their interdependencies. It focuses both on professional and social aspects and their eventual conflict. Partly, it maps motivation: motivators (motives and aspirations), which led these young doctors in their lives and careers, as shared motives characterize the level of content and identification with professional roles and their professional aspirations. Widely, it deals with the working conditions of junior doctors that the de/motivation to contribute. 1 Abstract This dissertation concludes teaching experience of several years which was dedicated to examining the possibilities of role playing in history teaching. The theoretical part offers an excursion into the area of didactic literature and observes the importance which is attributed to role playing by general teaching methodology, teaching methodology of history, personal and social education as well as drama education. The author focuses especially on recent examples of role playing in history teaching, she comments and interlinks them. The rules and principles for practical usage of role playing in history teaching are provided at the end of the theoretical part. The empirical part describes the progress of two-phase action research realized during the years 2007-2011 at grammar school with four-year study programme. At the beginning of the empirical probe there were two general questions: Can the role playing in history teaching help the development of students' personality? Can the role playing in history teaching help to fulfil the educational goals of history teaching? These were gradually more specified and modified according to the progress of action research. Jan Siřínek, The Scenic Principle in Psychotherapy Abstract This dissertation explores the effectivity of a targeted application of body/drama- oriented therapy in the act of inducing a corrective emotional experience. The term scenic- symbolic principle is introduced and meant to 1) ascribe symbolic significance to people, objects, or parts intrinsic to the therapy room; 2) enable these as roles for dramatization; and 3) employ the symbolic significance of physical contact and body motion. Therapeutic schools that use the scenic-symbolic principle are summarized. Detailed attention is given to Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor (PBSP) therapy, in which the scenic-symbolic principle serves as the central instrument in achieving a corrective emotional experience. After examining the theoretical concepts and intervention procedures of PBSP, this paper describes an experiment, in which 40 persons were randomly distributed between experimental and control groups (N = 20 for each group). The goal of the experiment was to achieve a change in attitude towards a job, task, or duty that the subjects were facing, in an effort to reduce negative emotions.
