NOTA, Josef January 2014 (has links)
Dissertation thesis Acting with the Inner Partner as a Way to Develop Teacher's Personal Dispositions focuses on specifics of a psychosomatic discipline called Acting with the Inner Partner, in professional training of future teachers. This discipline represents the pedagogy of experimenting with the phenomenon of self-speech in experimental conditions. The emphasis is on the personality of future teachers, as well as on cultivation of their self-reflection. This should lead to a becoming a professional teacher with an authorial approach and authentic acting. The objective of the dissertation thesis is a deeper understanding of psychosomatic disciplines pedagogy, whereas my very own teaching experience at The Department of Psychology and Pedagogy is essential. Specifics of future teachers' personal preparation in the view of psychosomatic disciplines, represents the basic part of this work. Another part focuses on the experience with Acting with the Inner Partner, at first described by a student and later by an assistant (lecturer) and researcher. Common features of so called psychosomatic condition are discovered. The author also searches the possibility of exporting Acting with the Inner Partner out of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology at South Bohemia University. As the methodology of video recording analysis has not been accomplished yet, the starting points for further research are described. The empirical part focuses on typology documented on students' written self-reflections. The objective is to describe the assistant's experience. The interpretation of the research results shows the need to distinguish between the terms 'written teaching self-reflections' and 'written teaching reflections, commonly described as feedback.

For this purpose two questionnaires were used - sociometric rating questionnaire SORAD and questionnaire mapping experience of the individuals in interpersonal relationships and their satisfaction with the change of the school community. Based on data analysis and interpretive methods, I conclude that social status is constructed in the earliest interactions between members and there is only a little variability. Social status is made up of two categories - relational skill, which is expressed by popularity, and social force, that is expressed by the ratio of power in the group. Competence complements these two categories, this is a specific skill and it's...

1 UNIVERZITA KARLOVA V PRAZE FAKULTA HUMANITNÍCH STUDIÍ Katedra genderových studií IVANA TAŠEVSKÁ Porovnání situace matek a otců pečujících o děti formou střídavé péče v České republice Diplomová práce Vedoucí práce: Ing. Petr Pavlík, Ph.D. PRAHA 2011 2 ABSTRACT Split-up of family is not a gender-neutral phenomenon. In most cases, children are confided to the care of mother after the split-up. The family law recognizes also other forms of care, but both joint-custody parenting is rarely used in the Czech Republic. However, there is a tendency to change the state affairs in recent years. Supporters and opponents of joint custody voice their arguments in the public sphere, but relatively little attention has been paid so far to those who are supposed practice joint custody parenting, the parents. That is why, the focus of my research has been a comparison of experience of mothers and fathers practicing joint custody of their children in the Czech Republic. Concretely, I wanted to study whether, similarly with foreign studies, the mothers and the fathers experience joint custody differently. For example, whether the fathers have received a bigger support from their family and friends than have the mothers and whether the fathers experience less financial stress than the mothers. My research is explorative...

Neubauerová, Eva January 2015 (has links)
Diploma thesis The power imbalance in caring families deals with power dynamics in the caregiving situation, where mother is a care receiver and her own daughter is caregiver. The theoretical part conceptualizes terms such as the power, the power imbalance, role reversal, caregiver, care receiver and ambivalence. The practical part is presented with its own qualitative survey with caregivers. The work confirms that the factors that significantly affect the success of care are (by caring daughter) options for care giving and degree of caring tie, and (by care receiving mother) ability to give up part of their autonomy, to assess properly the subjective and objective assistance needs and satisfaction with quality and quantity of social ties. The work also reveals some of the mechanisms of power dynamics within families; for example, the ways in which the phase of role reversal is reflected in mutual negotiation, persuasion in dimension, feelings of interaction, advocacy and conflict resolution. It turned out that a higher intergenerational power has actor with incomplete role reversal.
