Vývoj konstrukce školního nábytku pro rozvojové země

Začal, Jaroslav January 2014 (has links)
Thesis is focused on design of production, material specifications and construction technology simplifications of school chairs and seats for developing countries. The use of locally available materials and equipment of local industry with application of low-technology manufacturing processes are emphasized. In developing areas this functional school furniture represents the basic comfort for pupils and facilitates the learning process. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part is focused on and deals with experimental assessment of mechanical parameters of various rectangular joint designs. In this case joints are stress-loaded in transversal direction. The second (practical part) of the thesis deals with designing the functional shape of seats with use of joints described and tested in the first part. The third part of thesis deals with manufacturing of designed chair model due to specifications mentioned in first part of thesis and also with design of simple tool for manufacturing the joints with low-end and low-cost technology. Further the thesis introduces my own design of simple seat construction made from massive wood material manufactured by low-end technology with regards to achieving the due specifications. The task of this thesis is to design the viable manufacturing process of seats and chairs from raw wood and scrap material. Essential part of thesis is also manufacturing of seat prototype and simplified model of proposed mortise and tenon drill. The thesis encloses the literature overview, experiment methodology, description of potentially usable and really used materials. In last chapter the testing results are summarized and the sample of manufacturing is documented.

Využití jazykových her ve výuce češtiny jako cizího jazyka pro děti / Use of Language Games in Teaching Czech as Foreign Language to Children

Kaprasová, Karolína January 2015 (has links)
The thesis deals with an analysis of language game repertory found in textbooks of foreign languages - Czech, English and German - for children of primary school age, and with a research of the use of language games in classes, which is conducted by means of a questionnaire survey. The first part contains a description of the issue of a game as such, its importance for ontogenetic and personality development of each individual based on specialized literature. The attention here is also concentrated on the existing game typologies and on defining appropriate classification according to which the game activities found in the selected textbooks will be sorted. The game activities are, in the second part, classified by belonging to the individual types of the selected classification and they are supplemented with a more detailed description in terms of language levels (phonetic, lexical and grammatical) and linguistic elements which can be practised through these activities. The questionnaire survey analysed in the third part of the thesis monitors if and to what extent teachers of foreign languages use game activities in their classes with regard to their usefulness and efficiency. Keywords: didactic game, language game, textbooks of foreign languages, phonetic level, lexical level, grammatical level

Polotělesa a planární funkce / Semifields and planar functions

Hrubešová, Tereza January 2018 (has links)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to introduce the topic of semifields and to explain its connection with planar functions. From its beginning the thesis leads to the formulation of relation between commutative se- mifields of odd order and planar Dembowski-Ostrom polynomials, which R. S. Coulter and M. Henderson introduce in their article from 2008. At the beginning of the thesis there is a short introduction to projective and affine planes. The thesis further describes coordinatization of projective plane by planar ternary ring. It also aims to investigate properties of ternary ring depending on the number of perspectivities in the projective plane. One of the chapters is dedicated to the isotopy of loops, which can be applied directly on the isotopy of semifields. The thesis mainly focuses on the proof of denoted correspondence between commutative semifields of odd order and planar Dembowski-Ostrom polynomials. Finally, several corrolaries of this relation and the isotopy of semifields are declared. 1

Kuželosečky v projektivní rovině / Conics in projective plane

Veselá, Klára Alexandra January 2022 (has links)
This master thesis deals with conics in the real projective plane. The goal was to com- prehensibly introduce conics in the projective plane to high-school students and teachers. In order to fulfill this goal, the projective plane and homogenous coordinates were intro- duced, and harmonic set and priniple of duality were studied closely. The conics in the projective plane were approached from the perspective of history, and various definitions. Well-motivated introduction of a pole and a polar was emphasized.

Extremal Polyominoes / Extremal Polyominoes

Steffanová, Veronika January 2015 (has links)
Title: Extremal Polyominoes Author: Veronika Steffanová Department: Department of Applied Mathematics Supervisor: Doc. RNDr. Pavel Valtr, Dr. Abstract: The thesis is focused on polyominoes and other planar figures consisting of regular polygons, namely polyiamonds and polyhexes. We study the basic geometrical properties: the perimeter, the convex hull and the bounding rectangle/hexagon. We maximise and minimise these parameters and for the fixed size of the polyomino, denoted by n. We compute the extremal values of a chosen parameter and then we try to enumerate all polyominoes of the size n, which has the extremal property. Some of the problems were solved by other authors. We summarise their results. Some of the problems were solved by us, namely the maximal bounding rectan- gle/hexagon and maximal convex hull of polyiamonds. There are still sev- eral topics which remain open. We summarise the literature and offer our observations for the following scientists. Keywords: Polyomino, convex hull, extremal questions, plane 1

Grid representations of graphs and the chromatic number / Grid representations of graphs and the chromatic number

Balko, Martin January 2012 (has links)
Grid Representations and the Chromatic Number Martin Balko August 2, 2012 Department: Department of Applied Mathematics Supervisor: doc. RNDr. Pavel Valtr Dr. Supervisor's email address: valtr@kam.mff.cuni.cz Abstract In the thesis we study grid drawings of graphs and their connections with graph colorings. A grid drawing of a graph maps vertices to distinct points of the grid Zd and edges to line segments that avoid grid points representing other vertices. We show that a graph G is qd -colorable, d, q ≥ 2, if and only if there is a grid drawing of G in Zd in which no line segment intersects more than q grid points. Second, we study grid drawings with bounded number of columns, introducing some new NP- complete problems. We also show a sharp lower bound on the area of plane grid drawings of balanced complete k-partite graphs, proving a conjecture of David R. Wood. Finally, we show that any planar graph has a planar grid drawing where every line segment contains exactly two grid points. This result proves conjectures of D. Flores Pe˝naloza and F. J. Zaragoza Martinez. Keywords: graph representations, grid, chromatic number, plane

Vliv kinesio tejpování na funkční stav pohybového aparátu / Effect of Kinesio Taping on the functional condition of the musculoskeletal system

Kališko, Ondřej January 2017 (has links)
Title: Effect of Kinesio Taping on the functional condition of the musculoskeletal system The concept of the problem: The kinesiotaping method is currently very popular therapeutic method in sport as well as in physiotherapy. Although this method was primarily developed as therapeutic method, there is only a few studies, in which the kinesiotaping method is used on healthy individuals. Objective: The objective of this thesis is to evaluate the immediate effect of applied kinesio tape on changes in the range of motion of the thoracic spine in the sagittal plane on healthy individuals. Methods: The theoretical part deals with summary of the taping method as well as with anatomical and kinesiological aspects of flexion and extension of the thoracic spine. The practical part as an experiment (single blinded controlled trial) is dedicated to the application of kinesio and placebo tape, the way that both tapes were applied was specifically designed for the purpose of this thesis and for specifically selected individuals. For gathering the data and for the evaluation the changes in the range of motion, the index of thoracic spine mobility was used. Results: For experimental group - kinesio tape there were no statistically significant increase in the range of motion. Vice versa, according to the obtained...

Identifikace autora ve forenzní lingvistice / Author identification in forensic linguistics

Nováková, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on forensic linguistics, which is not well known field in the Czech academic environment, because only a forensic examiner is competent to carry out analyses of this kind. The aim of the thesis is to introduce theoretical base of forensic linguistics, especially the method of author's identification. If forensic linguist identifies an author, he/she must have two groups of texts - questioned material (texts of unknown origin) and comparative material (texts of a certain person). Forensic linguist examines the materials and he/she has to answer the question if the author of the questioned and comparative material is one person or not. The analysis is focused on author's individual language and style characteristics in the texts. This method is demonstrated in the thesis on a fictitious case. Conclusions of the analyses are worded in the form of the expert opinion, which contains the most considerable differences within texts. Key words: forensic profiling, individual identification, language level, disputed text authorship, analysis

Kam s populárními romány Michala Viewegha? / How to clasiffy Michal Viewegh's popular novels ?

Těšínská, Tereza January 2016 (has links)
This diploma thesis deals with the work of Michal Viewegh from the point of view of functional and value division of literary production. It tries to prove that bipolar model, established in Czech environment, in his case does not work, since it cannot be assigned not only to highbrow literature, nor to popular literature, because the work of Viewegh is in comparison with them too sophisticated. Therefore the author proposes to revive forgotten trichotomic model of literary classification and use it for situation Viewegh's work. The author, contrary to literary criticism, is of the opinion that every single Viewegh's novel does not substantially differentiate from each other. The author supports this argument using comparative analysis of positively and negatively evaluated novels, resulting into finding that both groups despite of differences in critical assessment contain the same constitutive characteristics that are typical for midcult. This conclusion is further investigated by comparison of selected Viewegh's works with prose works of typical writers, typically low (Lanczová) and high (Kundera) literary level, through their work with love theme. Result confirms the rightness of situation of Viewegh's literary prose into the midcult: Viewegh handles love's theme in a more sophisticated and...

Lineární kódy a projektivní rovina řádu 10 / Linear codes and a projective plane of order 10

Liška, Ondřej January 2013 (has links)
Projective plane of order 10 does not exist. Proof of this assertion was finished in 1989 and is based on the nonexistence of a binary code C generated by the incidence vectors of the plane's lines. As part of the proof of the nonexistence of code C, the coefficients of its weight enumerator were studied. It was shown that coefficients A12, A15, A16 and A19 have to be equal to zero, which contradicted other findings about the relationship among the coefficients. Presented diploma thesis elaborately analyses the phases of the proof and, in several places, enhances them with new observations and simplifications. Part of the proof is generalized for projective planes of order 8m + 2. 1
