Vliv sklonu okluzní roviny na funkční stav orofaciální oblasti. / Influence of the occlusal plane inclination on the functional condition of the orofacial region .

Yurchenko, Maksim January 2020 (has links)
The functioning of maxillofacial complex as a one unit is an important condition of fulfilling several functions connected with this area of human body. A maxillofacial region and other parts of the body are connected through occlusion, one of the basic characteristics of which is occlusal plane. According to the number of researchers, 3D orientation of occlusal plane, its shape and possible deformation can have an influence on other anatomic structures via a system of a complex neuromuscular reactions. This theory assumes that the adjustment of occlusal plane inclination causes redistribution and redirection of the chewing forces in the adjacent structures which will subsequently manifest itself in the adjustment of the tension of different muscles. Aim The aim of an experimental part of the research was to define the influence of occlusal plane inclination on the function of maxillofacial region with the focus of jaw joints and chewing muscles. The next goal was to determine the figures of sagittal and frontal inclination of occlusal plane which can be considered as physiological. Patients and Methods The research was based on the examination of 87 people of both genders, different age groups with a complete set of teeth and without chronic diseases. The participants were divided in two groups...

Fonologické schopnosti dětí s dyslalií v předškolním věku / Phonological abilities of children with dyslalia in preschool age

Jusková, Denisa January 2021 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the issue of phonological abilities of children with dyslalia in preschool age. The main goal of the thesis lies therefore in the analysis of the phonological abilities of the stated target group. Based on the main goal, partial objectives and research questions were defined. A method of qualitative research strategy - a case study was used to fulfil the objectives of the thesis. To gather the data, test methods and analysis of the available documents were used. To create a comprehensive picture of the monitored children, the methods mentioned above were supplemented with an interview with a clinical speech therapist. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical part. The theoretical part consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the definition of key terms such as communication, communication skills, as well as the development of speech, language and communication. In this chapter, attention is paid also to a preschool child. The second chapter describes the issue of phonological abilities, which are presented in the context of the phonetic- phonological language level. The last chapter looks into the issue of dyslalia. The empirical part is then devoted to the description of the whole process of the research survey....

Komunikativní dovednosti u mladých lidí s mentálním postižením / Communication skills of young people with mental disabilities

Löffelmannová, Anna January 2016 (has links)
The thesis discusses the issues of communication of young people with mental disabilities. The theoretical part of the diploma work defines mental retardation. It shows the life of a mentally-disabled young person and explains the educational and employment opportunities of such young people. The theoretical part further focuses on the speech of persons with intellectual disabilities. It provides information about the development of speech and about impaired communication abilities. The work outlines the possibilities of speech therapy, its diagnostics and intervention. A diagnostic test oriented on the communication of young people with mental disability in selected situations of daily life was created within the practical part of the thesis. The speech of pupils was analysed on the basis of a test used in a selected two- year practical primary school, and on the basis of available documents and interview with the class teacher. A proposal of communication development was created for every pupil, which can be used in the preparation of the pupil's individual education plan. The contribution of the thesis is in the created proposal of measures for the development of communication of pupils at two-year practical schools, which is consistent with the school curricular documents. Sociální užití komunikačních schopností u uživatelů pobytových sociálních služeb / Social use of communication by clients of residental care

Žáčková, Odeta January 2019 (has links)
The diploma thesis deals with the topic of special education. It deals with the definition of basic knowledge in interpersonal communication and speech development in general, and especially in symptomatic speech disorders in people with mental disabilities. In context of communication, it presents four language levels with focus on the pragmatic language and the social-use communication. This thesis connects knowledge of intact speech development with speech development in children with intellectual disabilities, and knowledge of the pragmatic language level with the specifics of pragmatics of people with intellectual disabilities. The research of this thesis is produced by the interpretation of the results obtained by using the evaluation material which was created for this thesis - it is based on theoretical knowledge and inspired by evaluation materials of other authors. The research surveys the level of pragmatic language as a social use of communication among people using residential social services, specifically one home for people with disabilities. The conclusion of the thesis is the evaluation of the partial parts of pragmatic language level in persons with intellectual disabilities and recommendations for practice in improving the deficiencies on this level. During the evaluation, it was...

Problematika výuky výslovnosti německého jazyka na prvním stupni základní školy v Čechách / Issue of teaching the pronunciation of the German language at Czech primary schools

Habánová, Eva January 2017 (has links)
This master thesis deals with the teaching of pronunciation in primary schools in the Czech Republic. The theoretical thesis explains the importance of pronunciation, of phonetics and of phonology, because of achieving communication skills. It explains terms, that are related with pronunciation, describes phenomena in the German phonetic system, that are difficult for Czechs, and discusses methods of teaching German pronunciation in the context of primary school. It also points out that the inclusion of teaching German pronunciation is insufficient in RVP and very diverse in the school educational plans. The practical part of the thesis introduces three textbook files and analyses the degree of the inclusion of pronunciation in their concepts. Afterwards, it shows research that took place in five classes in primary school. It conducts observations and interviews with teachers in this research. The mastery of the very difficult German sounds by the pupils was found out. Finally, the results of the research in all classes are compared. The results of the research show that there is some connection between the teacher's teaching skills and the pupil's pronunciation skills. However, pupils don't manage the pronunciation of German sounds after two years of learning German. KEYWORDS German as a foreign...

Prostorová zobecnění vlastností trojúhelníku / Spatial generalizations of the properties of the triangle

Šrubař, Jiří January 2010 (has links)
TITLE Spatial generalizations of the properties of the triangle AUTHOR Jirˇı' Sřubarˇ SUPERVISOR Prof. RNDr. Adolf Karger, DrSc. DEPARTMENT Department of mathematics education ABSTRACT The present thesis describes various interesting properties of a triangle. The aim is to find and prove similar properties of its spatial generalization - a tetrahedron. Even though both synthetic and computational methods are used for proving spatial relations, synthetic approach is preferred whenever possible. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part, the properties of the tetrahedron analogous to the centroid and the orthocenter of the triangle are described. Also, conditions on the existence of the orthocenter of the tetrahedron are derived. Moreover, for tetrahedrons without an orthocenter, the so-called Monge point is introduced as its generalization. In the second part of the thesis, some further properties of the triangle are studied - - the Simson line, the de Longchamps point, the nine-point circle, the Euler line, the Lemoine point, the isodynamic points, the Lemoine axis and the Brocard axis. As the main contribution of the present thesis we define and prove the existence of spatial analogues of the above mentioned properties for the tetrahedron - the de Longchamps point, the twelve-point and...
