Systém řízení vytápění objektu komunikující přes Zigbee / Building Heating System Controller Using Zigbee

This thesis is focused on the design and implementation of heating controller system of the model house. In terms of design is the emphasis on simplicity, efficiency and scalability. Implemented heating controller system includes a central controller unit and modules that are placed around the model house and can perform several functions - temperature measurement, control actuators or remote parts of the wireless link. This thesis describes the complete development from the initial system design through assembly of all elements of hardware, firmware implementations for each module type and a control program running in the control unit. It also describes the communication between system elements. Suitably chosen solution combines wired and wireless connections, depending on how it is ideal in terms of the model house. The whole system of functional prototypes was tested and the results were summarized in the conclusion.

This master's thesis is describing analysis and concept of control panel for camera systems. Communication interface of control panel is ethernet. Corntol interfaces are joystick and keyboard. Chapter analysis describes interfaces RS-485, ethernet and protocols IP, TCP and UDP. The thesis also contains a proposal involving the control board and printed circuit design. The work is describing the communication protocol of control panel at the application layer and the control algorithm in detail. The thesis includes a proposal for robust box for control panel including drawings needed for construction.

The thesis deals with the design of wireless communication system using Wireless M- Bus, which works in the 169 MHz band. This system is designed to collect data from meters that are not equipped with a radio and have pulse outputs. The thesis describes the Wireless M-Bus standard and the current components of the communication system used by ModemTec. It also describes the selection and design of a suitable hardware implementing the receiver and transmitter modules and the firmware design for these modules. The thesis deals with the parameterization of the transmitter module in order to specify the parameters of the transmitted measured quantity.

Thesis is oriented to analysis of existing solutions and making own solutions of SW mo- dules for NI VeriStand. These modules are meant to enable communications with CAN, ARINC429, RS-485, SPI and SDLC buses in scope as defined by Honeywell company. To work on base of existing solutions is highly suitable, and in case of existence of sufficient implementation no additional work is appropriate. Analysis of current state of availa- ble SW resources revealed, that sufficient components for CAN, ARINC429 and RS-485 exist, so I continued to implement only SPI and SDLC. Components are designed as NI VeriStand Custom Devices and have their own FPGA parts.

The master’s thesis deals with the design of the Smart Home System (SHS), which takes advantage of the 'Raspberry Pi' single-board computer. Background research about the theoretical concept of SHS is carried out, which reveals weaknesses in that field. The aim of the thesis is elimination these weak points and takes into account reliability, extensibility and low acquisition price. The practical part is introduced by design of particular modules, which include both hardware design and software. The project is concluded with integration all components into the single functional universal system together with the extensibility presentation.

Today’s robotics technology is often extremely user and location dependable, meaning that only a specific user using a specific hardware or software interface in a specific location can access that technique and alter it. This thesis focuses on an oil-monitoring system called Orilink, with those exact constraints. Orilink is only accessible through a specific computer using a serial port located in a special place. It is neither accessible from elsewhere nor through the cloud. This thesis removes that constraint and enables the access to Orilink independently of the user’s location or software / hardware interface.

This term paper deals with subject of wireless communication of city rail transport cars. In this paper are described individual modules for transmission and receiving of data containing communication between city rail transport cars and measures of siding switches. Then there are discussed possibilities of design of system for testing functionality of transmitting and receiving modules and the system is consequently designed. There are also described communication principles and protocol used for wireless communication and MODBUS protocol used for communication over RS-485 serial line. In the end was the system manufactured, completed and equipped with necessary software.
