1	Förutsättningar för implementering av obligatorisk samhällsintroduktion : Finns förståelsen, förmågan och viljan hos tjänstemännen på Migrationsverket att implementera policyn? Brännmark, Alexandra January 2022 (has links) Syftet med den här studien är att studera vilka förutsättningar tjänstemän på Migrationsverket har, för att implementera regeringens beslut om obligatorisk samhällsintroduktion. Sedan 1 oktober 2021 är det en obligatorisk policy, för alla som ansöker om asyl för första gången. Metoden som använts i denna studie är en kvalitativ fallstudie, där datainsamlingen skett i form av semistrukturerade samtalsintervjuer med fem respondenter. Med hjälp av Lundquist modell och aspekterna ”förstå, kan och vill” undersöktes förutsättningarna förimplementeringen av samhällsintroduktionen (Lundquist, 1992). Lipskys teori om närbyråkrater har använts för att förklara hur handlingsutrymmet hos närbyråkrater kan bidra till ett annat utfall än vad som egentligen är tänkt av de som styr (Lipsky, 2010). Till hjälp att besvara syftet ställdes följande forskningsfrågor: – Hur förstår tjänstemännen uppdraget från regeringen angående samhällsintroduktion? – Upplever tjänstemännen att de kan utföra sitt uppdrag? – Hur betydelsefull anser tjänstemännen att policyn samhällsintroduktion är? I resultatet framgår följande: Samtliga respondenter har god förståelse av syftet och målet med samhällsintroduktion. Det finns även vilja bland tjänstemännen att genomföra uppdraget som de fått av regeringen. Det är tydligt att de som arbetar med policyn tycker den är meningsfull. Däremot finns det brister när det handlar om förmågan att implementera policyn. Det finns svårigheter och otydligheter som behöver förbättras. Det framkommer även att tjänstemännen har ett visst handlingsutrymme vilket kan bidra till att policyn får olika utfall. 2	Akta dig lilla hand! : Hur framställs den avhuggna handen i en specifik scen i filmen "I Lost My Body" (2019) som både artefakt och fiktiv karaktär enligt karaktärsklockan? / Watch out little hand! : How is the severed hand in a specific scene in the film “I Lost My Body” (2019) represented as both artifact and fictional character according to the clock of character? Aljundi, Nagham January 2024 (has links) The purpose of this study is to examine how the severed hand in the animated film I Lost My Body (2019) is presented as its own character, based on Jens Eder character analysis: the clock of character. This study aims to answer the question: How is the severed hand in a specific scene in the animated film I Lost My Body (2019) presented as both an artifact and fictional character according to the clock of character ? Through the application of Jens Eder character analysis model, a specific scene in the film was captured through screen shots, described, and analysed. The theoretical framework of this study includes characterization theories on anthropomorphism, body form, body language, and emotions in fictional characters as well as a cognitive theory examining the connection between hand and mind. The study’s result suggest that the severed hand is conveyed as a character due to its behaviour, characteristics, and body movement, which place it on the border between animal, human and a fictional creature. The human intelligence of the hand, along with its animal-like reactions and luck in navigating its environment, lends credibility to it as an independent, conscious character. Furthermore, this study discusses ways that this research could be expanded on and how it can be used by filmmakers and animators.
