Šiame darbe analizuojamos sąvojo aš paieškos mene, taip pat teorijų apie sąvajį aš analizės filosofiniu ir psichologiniu aspektais. Praktiniame darbe pateikiamas fotografijų ciklas - pinhole fototehnika atlikti autoportretai. / In this work analysed the self search in art, and the theories analyze of the philosophical and psychological aspects. In practical work presents series of photographs - self-portraits by pinhole technology.

Kokius įvaizdžius jie pateikia ir kokią informaciją siunčia visuomenei rengdamiesi dalyvauti konkurencingoje darbo rinkoje? / Image – is the management of communication and behavior, representation of external prospect with character features such as self confidence, talents, exclusive features and abilities. Image creation – is personal marketing, which describes person’s social, economical and cultural status. Good image leaves the right and persuasive impression for surrounding people and stimulates self confidence. Considering the aim of the law of science and studies of The Republic of Lithuania, which upraises the task to educate well-rounded, ethically responsible, creative, enterprising personality and strive to develop the process of studying and warrants modern studies accordant to expectations of students and employers, at the same time helping to increase student competitive abilities in the lab our market. Formative problematic questions students image of Šiauliai University: what images creates students from Šiauliai University, when they become creative, enterprising persons? What kind of images they present and what kind of information they send to society when they are preparing to appear in competitive labor market?

This analyses the assessment of competence for the primarys schools teachers. It is very important to overlook the requirements of society and the teacher‘s self assessment. There are lots of reasons why task for schools becomes more and more challenging. And a person, who realizes all these tasks, is a teacher. He needs to make a group, where he can collaborate with principle, other teachers, micro and macro environment. So teacher becomes a person, who stands between the society and a child. Although teacher is trying to do his work as well as he can, but as society requires more from teacher, it makes more challenging work in competences area for the teacher. So it is important to see how teacher is able to look at the problem and if he is able to solve it.
