Mazánek, Karel January 2014 (has links)
This diploma thesis is trying to critically look at education via e-learning, with the main topic being the possibilities which (with elaborated learning strategy) this form of education is able to offer. E-learning, in this work, is set into a society-wide context of education in the 21st century with regards to demographic development of the Czech population. Apart from the introduction and description of the main parts of e-learning courses, the thesis focuses on the creation process of these courses as such. Company/corporate experience, which is particularly beneficial here, is being widely used throughout this thesis. We consider it very important to theoretically elaborate on the term of 'creative learning' and show its contribution to the description of possibilities of e-learning in education. Afterwards, in the practical part, we focus on researching e-learning in chosen companies; in which we are trying to outline which way and how effectively e-learning is being used at chosen institutions. Key words: e-learning, e-learning course, education, e-learning possibilities, creative learning, corporate practice, education strategy.

At the school organizations, where the relations of power are present, as unfoldings of these relations, relative aspects to the authority, hierarchy (fruits of its bureaucratic organization) that they are disclosed through laws, decrees and papers the one that if the participants of the educative process submit. For Taylor, the recognition is basic for the construction of the identity, what it does not occur in the isolation but in the space of interlocution and with the significant contribução of the interlocutors. In this way, anchored in estimated taylorianos on recognition and the construction of an identity, and without losing of sight the pertaining to school organizations where if it finds the professor, this dissertação investigated if the conditions where the teaching work occurs, in the pertaining to school organizations, could have been important for the recognition or not the recognition and construction of the identity of this professional reasons for which to analyze the concepts pertaining to school organization, recognition, identity and teaching work with the objective to create one theoretical framework to enter into the pertaining to school universe and to understand what it occurs in its interior, to find answers for this research. In this work, for the joints of the final considerações, the meeting that we had in Montreal, Canada, with Charles Taylor, in September of 2010, was very important / Esta dissertação de Mestrado investigou a problemática da construção da identidade docente analisando as possibilidades de reconhecimento do trabalho do professor nas organizações escolares, em especial das escolas públicas, tendo como referencial teórico o filósofo canadense Charles Taylor.
