Genderová diskriminace na trhu práce

Bárová, Aneta January 2017 (has links)
The master´s thesis of Gender discrimination in the labor market focuses on one of the current problems of our society, which has implications not only for women themselves. In the theoretical part, the basic concepts that relate to the above mentioned topics are defined first. Secondly, on the theoretical level, the discrimi-nation of women in the labor market is characterized there along with the legisla-tive regulation of this issue. Finally, the current situation on the labor market in our country is analyzed in terms of the possible occurrence of gender discrimina-tion. In the empirical part of the thesis are presented the results of the research survey, which was realized to find out the opinions of the respondents on the issues solved in this thesis. At the end of the thesis, some measures are suggested to alleviate gender discrimination in the labor market.

Segmentace klientů obchodních bank v České republice a navržení produktového portfolia pro vybraný segment z pohledu Československé obchodní banky, a. s. Poštovní spořitelny / The Segmentation of Clients of Commercial Banks in the Czech Republic And the Proposal of the Product Portfolio For the Selected Segment In Eyes of the Československá obchodní banka, a. s. Poštovní spořitelna

Mikoláš, Petr January 2007 (has links)

Sémantická segmentace v horském prostředí / Semantic Segmentation in Mountainous Environment

Pelikán, Jakub January 2017 (has links)
Semantic segmentation is one of classic computer vision problems and strong tool for machine processing and understanding of the scene. In this thesis we use semantic segmentation in mountainous environment. The main motivation of this work is to use semantic segmentation for automatic location of geographic position, where the picture was taken. In this thesis we evaluated actual methods of semantic segmentation and we chose three of them  that are appropriate for adapting to mountainous environment. We split the dataset with mountainous environment into validation, train and test sets to use for training of chosen semantic segmentation methods. We trained models from chosen methods on mountainous data. We let segments from the best trained models get evaluated in electronic survey by respondents and we evaluated these segments in process of camera orientation estimation. We showed that chosen methods of semantic segmentation are possible to use in mountainous environment. Our models are trained on 11, 5 or 4 mountainous classes and the best of them achieve on 4 class mean IU 57.4%. Models are usable in practise. We show it by their deployment as a part of camera orientation estimation process.

Segmentace vrstev sítnice ve snímcích optické koherentní tomografie / Intra-retinal layer segmentation in optical coherence tomography images

Zlotý, Petr January 2012 (has links)
This work describes optical coherence tomography, it's principle and methods for automatic segmentation intra-retinal layers in OCT images . There is proposed algorithm for boundary detection of two intra retinal layers, RFNL and RPE layer based on thresholding and second algorithm for detection of seven layers, which is based on graph search algorithm. In summary is compared accuracy against manualy segmented layers and there is also proposed solution for problematic parts.

Segmentace dýchacích cest v CT datech / Segmentation of airways in CT data

Votoupal, Pavel January 2015 (has links)
This thesis deals with the segmentation of lung parenchyma and extraction of airways tree from three dimensional CT scans. The external mask of the lungs is created and subsequently used to ease the process of airway segmentation. In this work, some published methods for airways segmentation are described with focus on one, which is described more in detail and also implemented in MATLAB. The proposed approach is based on morphological grayscale reconstruction. Method is tested on the real patient CT scans and finally, the results are discussed.

Segmentace trhu dámských doplňků / Segmentation of Women s Accessories

Sutnerová, Kamila January 2010 (has links)
The aim of my diploma thesis is to reveal, describe and develop the profile of segments. To gather the primary data I used the method of on-line questioning. Using the aggregate analysis tool -- the statistics program SPSS Statistics for Windows 19 -- I revealed four segments, consequently I focused on the development of the profile. Each of the monitored segments showed certain specifics based on which I suggested a marketing recommendation.

Segmentace trhu sušenek a oplatek ve vztahu k vnímání značky Kolonáda mladými / Segmentation of biscuits and wafers market in relation to the Kolonáda brand perception by young people

Malecká, Eva January 2011 (has links)
The main objective of the diploma thesis is to determine the perception of the Kolonáda brand by young people and how to become relevant for them. This would not be possible without specific knowledge of the whole market and without knowledge regarding the segments of biscuits and wafers consumers. The market segmentation is based on MML-TGI data collected by the research agency Median, five segments are revealed. I have also implemented my own questionnaire research on a sample of 480 respondents aged up to 34 years including. Based on the results of the practical part, recommendations for the Kolonáda brand are proposed -- how to become more relevant for the young consumers and stay attractive for the current consumers.

This master thesis is focused on the analysis of the real estate market and its segmentation. The beginning of the thesis deals with the basics of the real estate economy and consequently with the main segments on the real estate market. Different statistical and mathematical methods are used in the segmentation of the housing market. The thesis is closed by the analysis of the real estate market and the demonstration and description of how to separate the segment from the market. The output of the work is the recommended methodological procedure for the appraisers.
