Mění se denní aktivita jelenů evropských (\kur{Cervus elaphus}) během migrací v NP Šumava a NP Bavorský les? / Is the daily activity of red deer (\kur{Cervus elaphus}) different during migrations in National park Šumava and Bayerisher Wald?HUBENÁ, Zuzana January 2011 (has links)
This thesis deals with a migration and other movements of red deer (Cervus elaphus) in the Šumava mountains. I analysed several parameters of migrations such as distance, pace, and timing of activity/movements in both sexes. I also analysed annual and daily activity rhythms and changes of daily activity during migrations and other movements.

Jednorázový sensor amoniaku pro inteligentní obaly / Disposable sensor of ammonium for intelligent packagingNentvichová, Aneta January 2021 (has links)
This diploma thesis is focused on the problematic of the smart packaging and deals with the preparation of disposable ammonia sensors/indicators and the subsequent color measurement of prepared sensors/indicators using the CIE L* a* b* color space. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis focuses on active and intelligent packaging, using ammonia sensors/indicators. The emphasis is placed on the main components of the sensor/indicator, i.e., chitosan as a polymer and curcumin as a dye. The theoretical part also includes the problematic of meat degradation, which plays a very important role in this thesis. The experimental part was divided into two parts. The first part was to prepare layers that will respond in different colors based on the concentrations of ammonia. Prepared layers were sensitive to ammonia across all concentrations, and based on this result, ascorbic acid was applied to compositions to achieve a calibration retention of the selected amount of ammonia. The second minor part of the experiment was the application of selected layers to packages with real meat.

This master´s thesis applies to design of power and data wiring controlle by an intelligent wiring. The aim is to get to know the issue and design a project for family house that includes fhotovoltaic power station. In the introduction is a description of the inteligent wirings, its potential, topology, advantages or disadvantages towards standard electroinstallations,it also presents an overview of widely used intelligent wiring, especially Foxtrot. What follows is the subject itself for what is the project designated for. The next topic will be a presentation of complete electroinstallation and photovoltaic power station. It all ends with an economic evaluation of the whole project.

FEM model ultrazvukového senzoru hladiny oleje / Numerical model of ultrasonic oil level sensorChutný, Pavel January 2017 (has links)
This master’s thesis verifies physical principle of ultrasound in fluids by numerical model. At first, ultrasound study is ment. In second theoretic part, diferent kind of motor oils are described. Next, equations for numerical simulation are presented. In practical part, numerical model of level sensor is examined in well-knowed fluids (water, air). Results of laboratory measurement on topic of ultrasound velocity in oil dependent on temperature are aplicated on numerical model of sensor and optimalized.

Stanovení tlakových poměrů ve zhášecí komoře nízkonapěťového přístroje / Evaluation of pressure conditions in the quenching chamber of low-voltage deviceNevrzal, Filip January 2019 (has links)
In this master’s thesis there is firstly conducted research about pressure measurement. Next there is mathematical description of thermodynamic conditions in used testing chamber by using magnetohydrodynamic and Maxwell equations. Next chapter deals with testing chamber itself, more precisely with function, model and changes done to it. In practical part there are data measured by used sensors, which are also closer described in this chapter. In next chapter there is comparison of reaction times of used sensors and their frequency specters, obtaining using fast Fourier transformation. Second to last chapter introduces very measurement on the real device and in the last chapter these data are analyzed and more closely described.

Apodizace Braggových vláknových mřížek vyráběných UV expozicí přes fázovou masku / Apodization of the fibre Bragg gratings by use of phase mask UV expositionBurian, Tomáš January 2019 (has links)
This thesis describes the problem of fiber gratings, focusing primarily on the use of Bragg's grids in the sensor. It describes the types of fiber mesh production, especially the method of writing with a phase mask. The next part deals with the possibilities of using apodization in fiber optic systems. It deals with the various functions that can be used to describe apodization. The following part describes the moire principle, especially the method of overlapping two phase masks with a different period.

Inteligentní programovatelné razítko na bázi inkoustového tisku / Intelligent Programmable Stamp Based on Inkjet PrintCrha, Adam January 2013 (has links)
This thesis deals with a concept and physical prototype of an intelligent, electronically programmable stamp, based on inkjet print. The stamp is basically a small inkjet printer. The stamp can print a simple custom text and is meant to replace regular office stamps. The benefit of the proposed stamp should include cost reduction and need for multiple stamps. The theoretical concept is followed by a prototype, which is an essential part of this work.

Optimalizace gelového elektrolytu pro tištěný UV senzor na bázi fotoelektrochemického článku / Optimalization of gel electrolyte for printed UV sensor based on photoelectrochemical cellVrbková, Kateřina January 2020 (has links)
This paper deals with the construction of photoelectrochemical cell, used for detection of ultraviolet radiation as a UV sensor. Photoelectrochemical cell consists of three layers, layer of photoactive semiconductor titanium dioxide, carbon electrodes and poly(vinyl alcohol) polymer electrolyte. The sensor layer enables the detection of UV radiation with the subsequent generation of photocurrent. Material printing techniques, such as screenprinting, pad printing and inkjet printing were used to produce the cell. Gel electrolyte was characterized by optical microscopy and rheometry. Sensor functionality was verified by use of electroanalytical techniques.
