Základnová stanice pro agentní platformu WSageNt s využitím GSM modulu / Basestation for WSageNt Agent Platform with Using GSM Module

Molák, Josef January 2012 (has links)
This master's thesis describes the software and hardware extension of multiagent platform WSageNt to ensure communication between basestation and web interface Control Panel using GSM network. Sensor node FITmote is used as a basestation and modem Teltonika is used as a interface to GSM. The physical interconnection of the devices implementing the newly created bridge to connect different logic voltage levels of their serial interface. Application for basestation was extended to serial communication with modem. This extend provide communication over GSM network to Internet. Application on control server also was modified for TCP/IP communication.

Matula, Tomáš January 2016 (has links)
This thesis pays attention to electrochemical sensors for the detection of glucose. The theoretical part deals with the technology of thick film, their application and firing. It is further described electrochemistry, electrodes used in electrochemistry and analytical methods based on electrochemical reaction. End of theoretical part deals with electrochemical biosensors for detection glucose using special electrodes based on enzyme glucose oxidase. In the experimental part is processed amperometric measure for detection glucose using screenprinted sensors S10 and S8 with immobilized enzyme glucose oxidase. Next was studied effect of plasma, dissolved potassium chloride, storage, ascorbic acid and the reproducibility of the sensors.

Řízení vytápění rodinného domu / Control of house heating

Hnyk, Marek January 2016 (has links)
The aim of the final thesis is a proposal and implementation of a system which would enable a heating control on the basis of data gathered by monitoring of particular rooms inside a building. In particular, it is focused on water measurement within the heating system, TUV (non-potable hot water) and the temperature within the space of residential rooms. The system headquarters must enable an automated saving of the measured data. Selected temperature figures will be made accessible by a web interface and continuously saved on the web server.

Inerciální navigační jednotka / Inertial Navigation Unit

Dvořák, Jan January 2017 (has links)
This thesis is focused on the design and realisation of inertial navigation unit INS. The unit is capable to measure, store and send data to a PC in real-time for a later offline processing. The first part of the thesis introduces the reader with the basic principles of accelerometers, gyroscopes and MEMS sensors. An introduction to coordinate systems and measuring errors is also included. The second and third part of the thesis deals with the analysis of the solution and the implementation of the INS unit. The fourth part of the document is dedicated to the software for the INS unit. This thesis concludes with explanation how the gathered data are processed.

Řízení pohonů pomocí PLC s využitím sběrnice CAN / PLC Drive Control by means of CAN Bus

Polach, Tomáš January 2008 (has links)
The theme and goal of this diploma is a draft and a method of application of a drive algorithm of an omni directional robot. The robot is driven with the aid of a PCL from the X20 series, produced by Bernecker&Rainer. The propulsion is provided using 3 integrated regulating driving mechanisms, IclA D065 produced by SIG Positec, which communicate via the CAN bus. Furthermore, the robot uses sensors to read the positioning of its chassis and undercarriage in order to identify the traction quality of the surface of the terrain below and subsequently reduce skidding. This sensor uses the RS 232 bus to communicate with the PLC. Thanks to all the above-mentioned and characteristics of power supply, the result achieved is a totally autonomous machine.

Brána inteligentní domácnosti / Gateway for Smart Home

Čechmánek, Martin January 2015 (has links)
In area of Smart-home control, there are requirements for miniaturisation, security and advanced control logic of individual member of system at present. One of the challenges is the way of data collecting from terminal nodes and data processing, including their distribution to the others nodes of Smart-home. The goal of this thesis is to design and to produce Smart-home control node, which will be a gateway between sensoric net and database and will be developed and produced on embedded system with speci c HW boards. Functionality of this gateway should include error states, e.g. should cache sensor messages when the connection between gateway and server interrupts, or take care about time synchronising. The thesis describes theoretical side of gateway design and also practical side of programming and producing SW for the gateway in Smart-home system.

Nové fluorosenzory na bázi derivátů naftalimidu / Novel fluorosensors based on naphthalimide derivatives

Garbárová, Veronika January 2019 (has links)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to prepare and characterize fluorescence sensor systems based on fluorophores and supramolecular components - cyclodextrins - attached to solid supports. In this work, functionalized 75 µm glass beads and two types of Nafion membranes were used as negatively charged solid surfaces. Derivatives of naphthalimide with a positively charged part allowing the attachment to surfaces were synthesized. The positively charged naphthalimide derivative was then attached on negatively charged surfaces via electrostatic interactions and the binding to the solid supports was examined using UV-VIS spectroscopy. Alternatively, the positively charged β-cyclodextrin derivative was also attached to the surface in an equimolar ratio with PNI-HEMPDA. The focus of the work were measurements of fluorescence sensor responses in the gas and liquid phase to linear alcohols - methanol to n-hexanol - for all sensor systems. For the studied sensor systems, the selected sensor parameters were determined - sensitivity, the limit of detection, linear dynamic range and a sensor response time constant. A practical application of the novel sensor system for the detection of ethanol in gasoline was examined. Fluorescence sensor response measurements of the prepared systems based on naphthalimide and...

Razvoj inovativne optičke senzorske tehnologije za hemijsku analizu neorganskih polutanata u akvatičnom medijumu / Development of innovative optic sensor technology for chemical analysis of inorganic pollutants in aquatic medium

Obrovski Boris 03 July 2020 (has links)

/
The main goal of the thesis was to develop a new and innovative sensor method for measuring inorganic parameters in surface waters and waters of indoor pools. The Colorimetric Fiber Optic Sensor (CFOS) is capable for measuring five parameters in surface water (orthophosphate, total chlorine, chromium (VI), nitrite and sulfate) and for measuring two parameters in pool water (residual chlorine and total chlorine). In addition to adjusting the new method, an analysis of the quality of the Danube River in Novi Sad was performed and based on which parameters for measuring with the KFOS method were selected.
