Metodiky a metody snímání jednorázových dějů / Methods of single impulse detection

Juřík, Vladimír January 2008 (has links)
This thesis deals with measurement method pulsed quantities of electromagnetic field. This thesis was focused on methods, which make use of optic effect. Specially Faraday effect, Pockels effect and magneto-optic Kerr effect. Next it was focused on method makes use of Rogowski coil. At the end was shortly noticed about method makes use of calorimetric sensor. For experimentally realized has been chosen Faraday Magneto-optic Effect. In optic laboratory has been realized absolute methods and different methods making use of Wollaston polarizer on pneumatic optical desk. The main advantage of this method is the capability to measure the high frequency and high current signals. Next in this thesis has been written theory about Rogowski coil. This method has been experimentally realized in laboratory.

Senzorické vlastnosti modifikovaných vrstev oxidu wolframu / Gas sensing properties of tungsten oxide thin films

Vojík, Jiří January 2017 (has links)
The purpose of this thesis is a study of sensing properties of pure, platinum-doped and gold-doped tungsten oxide thin films. Required films were prepared by magnetron sputtering on glass and passivated silicon. Their chemical composition was investigated by XPS. The morphology of the films was measured using AFM and SEM. Sensing response of these films to hydrogen was investigated in the range from 1,000 to 10,000 ppm and temperatures between 100 and 350 řC. It was found that platinum oxides PtO2 and PtO were partially reduced during the sensing tests. The possible encapsulation of the platinum by the tungsten oxide was discovered. The sensitivity of the metal doped films was much higher than the sensitivity of the pure films. In the case of platinum-doped films the sensitivity decreased with increasing temperature in contrast to the gold-doped films where the sensitivity increased. The gold was present in two metallic and oxidized states. The gold was reduced during the reactions with hydrogen. After the sensing tests, the size of crystalline grains increased and the platinum-doped films became coarser.

Chemorezistivní senzor plynů / Chemorezistive gas sensor

Venkrbec, Lukáš January 2017 (has links)
This thesis deals with the detection of gases. Based on the research, the theoretical part is devoted to the principles and construction of chemical gas sensors, especially the chemoresistive gas sensors, mainly with the active layer consisting of metal oxides and carbon nanotubes. In the second half of the theoretical part the carbon nanostructures, their properties and the methodology of preparation are reviewed. The experimental part deals with the type of support structure, preparation of the active layer and the method of its deposition and he principle of detection. In the results and discussion, the thesis focuses on the detailed processing of the results and the evaluation of the response ammonia, the impact of the modifications and procedures. In the end, the results obtained are compared, both with each other and with the relevant literature.
