The next part of thesis includes the choice of suitable sensors and conception of device. The next part of thesis contains design of the schematic of outdoor station and control unit. The last chapter is focused to testing accuracy and measuring basic parameters of disigned conception.

The aim of this work is development of an optical sensor for surface-velocity measurement based on ordinary optical mouse sensor. The proposed sensor should have find its usage in industrial applications for low-cost contactless measurement of conveyor belts or semi-finished products, thus some other gauges could check quality of products. Theoretical part of this thesis includes introduction to optical sensors and their usage. Rest of the work describes practical part consisting of programming of communication between sensor and PC in MATLAB and Arduino environments, development of simple device based on Arduino hardware, the set-up of experimental workplace and providing speed tests.

Práce se zabývá návrhem stabilního a rychlého bezdrátového spojení mezi dvěma body. K vytvoření tohoto spojení bude použita technologie Bluetooth a nebo její moderní alternativy vzhledem k tomu, že tato technologie již byla v daném pracovním prostředí testována a byla prokázána její stabilita. V této práci a v navazující diplomové práci budou diskutovány výsledky časových analýz zvolených senzorů, komunikace mezi senzorem a zvoleným mikrokontrolerem a nakonec návrh kompletního řešení, na jehož základě bude vytvořen funkční prototyp požadovaného zařízení.

The general aim of Master’s thesis is to design and execute electronics in the SMT device view for thin film gas sensors and to study principle of gas sensor functionality based on semiconducting oxides. The SMT device contains temperature controller and electronics which is able to scan the concentration of gas on the sensor surface. It is designed for controlling of four sensors and has to communicate with computer for setting of initial conditions and scanning of concentration of gas. The practical part of Master’s thesis contains design and construction of electronics and software making.

The device can be connected with PC through USB interface for saving measured values or automated control with other instruments.

<p>U doktorskoj disertaciji razmatra se merenje sile i pomeraja pomoću<br />senzora koji mogu da se integrišu u već postojeće elemente na<br />robotskim i industrijskim sistemima. Sila se meri merenjem<br />deformacije elastičnog elementa. Za merenje pomeraja postignuto je<br />na dva načina: optičkom komponentom i induktivnom strukturom<br />izrađenom štampanjem na fleksibilnoj foliji i njenim odgovarajućim<br />sečenjem. Merenje sile demonstrirano je na primeru klatna sa bazom<br />kod kojeg se meri sila kontakta sa podlogom, a merenje pomeraja je<br />pokazano na primeru merenja vibracija. Sistem za merenje vibracija<br />dopunjen je i sistemom za automatsko podešavanje radne tačke koji se<br />može iskoristiti za automatsku kalibraciju.</p> / <p>In this thesis, measurement of force and displacement has been analyzed<br />using sensors which can be embedded into existing elements of robotic and<br />industrial systems. Force is measured by measuring the deformation of<br />elastic elements. Two mehtods have been applied to displacement<br />measurement: an optical component and an inductive structure fabricated by<br />printing on flexible substrate and its subsequent cutting. Measurement of<br />force has been demonstrated on a pendulum attached to its base, where the<br />contact between the base and its support is measured. Displacement<br />measurement has been shown by measuring vibration. The vibration<br />measurement system is supplemented with an automatic operating point<br />adjustment system which also adds an automatic calibration feature.</p>

First two chapters of this paper deals with the division of optical fiber sensors, digital signal processing and includes price comparison of four experimental sensors. In chapter three analysis, description and evaluation of measurment has been demonstrated on Mach - Zehnder interferometer. Last chapter is about application for signal analysis from vibration sensors. Description contains snippets from source code and graphical user interface. This paper includes three fields - fiber optics, digital signal processing and creation of application - and thanks to them it provides solid basis for study of optic fiber sensors.

<p>Disertacija istražuje primenu fleksibilne elektronike za<br />kapacitivne senzore ugla i ugaone brzine tipa apsolutnog i<br />inkrementalnog enkodera cilindrične strukture. Razmatraju se dve<br />strukture, apsolutnog i inkrementalnog enkodera. Izvršena je analiza<br />uticaja mehaničkih nesavršenosti na funkciju kapacitivnosti.<br />Razvijena su dva prototipa kapacitivnih senzora za statičko i<br />dinamičko ispitivanje karakteristika senzora. Razvijena je<br />elektronika za obradu senzora inkrementalnog tipa sa<br />autokalibracijom senzora.</p> / <p>In this thesis a research on application of flexible electronics for capacitive<br />angular position and speed sensors, referred to as absolute and incremental<br />encoders, is done. It considers two structures of absolute and incremental<br />encoder type. An analysis of mechanical inaccuracies influence on a<br />capacitance function is conducted. Two prototypes are developed and used<br />for static and dynamic measurements of capacitive sensor&#39;s characteristics.<br />An electronics front-end for a capacitive two channel incremental encoder with<br />auto-calibration is developed.</p>
