Sexuality protocol regulates rights and obligations of social services providers, their employees and users. The aim of the diploma thesis was to confirm or disprove an existence of sexuality protocols or documents with an identical meaning in chosen social service facilities in the South Bohemian Region, to analyze found documents and to realize interviews with selected social workers. The diploma thesis contains a theoretical and research parts. In the theoretical part the author deals with a definition of a human sexuality, sexual norms and functions, as well as a person with a disability in terms of his rights for the sexuality, characteristics of their development and ultimately social services in the context of a fulfilment of human rights of the person with a disability to experience his sexuality. The research of the diploma thesis consisted of a preliminary research and the research itself. The preliminary research was realized as a public inquiry investigation. The researched was designed with a regard to the infrequent and unexplored topic, a qualitative form with an application of methods of content analysis of documents and interviews, more precisely using a technique of depth semi-structured interviews. Based on the performed research 4 sexuality protocols or documents of the identical meaning were analyzed in the target group of the social services providers. The analysis showed a diverse representation of coherent themes in the found protocols in comparison with a model sexuality protocol, which has been described in the professional literature. Further the author shows considerable differences in an internal structure of the coherent themes in the documents themselves which leads to a distorted reporting, particularly in a field of the parenthood for people with mental and multiple disabilities. Based on the analysis of the model document, the author proposes a fixed structure of the various protocol topics for an objective and balanced form of the protocols. The experience of the social workers with the sexuality protocol can be summarized in three basic lines: an indispensable cooperation of the management and direct care workers in developing the sexuality protocol, a sense of the securing in the work with a sexuality of the users as a benefit of the protocol for the employees and a change of an approach to the users in terms the organization and employees.

Aim: This study was designed to examine the influence of female urinary incontinence on development of sexual dysfunctions. By means of the questionnaire investigation we inquired how often and how the sexual behaviour and response were modified. Our goal was to determine the prevalence of coital incontinence, describe the most common sexual disorders and to find out how women deal with the urinary incontinence in a partner relationship and how such situations are resolved. Attention was given to the interests of health care professionals in this area, the quality of their communication with patients, effect and satisfaction with therapy. Research sample: The study included 106 women with urinary incontinence (aged 30-44 years and 44-59 years). Characteristics of their sexual behaviour were compared between the two age groups and in relation to assessed diagnosis. Changes in sexual behaviour were evaluated both in relation to the population group who were a part of representative research study of Czech women in 2008 and control group of 112 healthy women of comparable age. The goal of my thesis was to determine what is the awareness of students from different types of grammar schools and reveal the critical points in knowledge. I also wanted to find out what the pupil's attitude to sex education. In the theoretical part I described these issues - sexuality, sexual development, sexual rights and sex education. The second part is the research and deals with awareness and attitudes of students and teachers on sex education.

The diploma thesis on "Gender perspective on the provision of paid sexual assistance to people with disabilities" deals with the topic of sexual assistance. How is sexual assistance perceived in our country and abroad. For our country, the project is quite new and not yet fully resolved. The questionnaire survey was focused on men and women with disabilities as they perceive their own intimacy, whether they are interested in sexual assistance and whether they would like to use it. Gender differences in the issue were clearly apparent. This survey has confirmed the needs of people with disabilities in the sexual area. The constant evolution of ICT changes the habits and way of life of today´s generation. At the same time, it affects their sexuality and the associated sexual life. Generation Y represents the generation of young people who come into contact with ICT from the young age and excel in high-level information literacy. This diploma thesis is offering a comprehensive view of the impact of ICT on Generation Y in terms of human sexual-ity and pornography. The social research brings findings on ICT usage issues in differ-ent places (at work, at university, etc.), security and privacy protection in the virtual world, and ICT pornography. The research of studies from foreign countries passes to the author´s own research. It also reflects new trends in ICT; the 3D virtual reality. In the final part of the diploma thesis the author discusses and compares the results ob-tained by his own research with foreign studies. At the same time, author´s own find-ings are formulated. Author is also proposing questions that could form the basis of research at the organisational level.

(in English): The main objective of the thesis Jules Barbey d'Aurevilly between romanticism and decadence is not only to describe Barbey's novels Un Prêtre marié and L'Ensorcelée but specially to put these two works into context of decadent aesthetics. At the beginning of this work stood the question of whenever we can consider Jules Barbey d'Aurevilly (similarly to Charles Baudelaire) to be a pioneer of the decadent movement. We will be analysing generally universal themes, such as love, pride or revolt, but we will see them through the prism of decadence, allowing them to obtain new meanings. The same motive of love, standing for passion in a romantic work, attains in Barbey's universe a character of a pathological instinct. We have divided our work into three chapters. The first one represents a theoretical part, in which we had put Barbey's work into its literary-historical context, and we had shown the topics of the generation of "disenchanted" romantics preceding the generation of decadents. Consequently, we have arrived at the main motives of decadence par excellence. The second chapter, in which we focus on the novel Un Prêtre marié, is then the essential core of our work. The media form an integral part of our everyday life and have a significant impact on how we perceive, understand and construct reality, our part in it and our own identity. This diploma thesis is therefore concerned with the portrayal of the female orgasm in selected internet media that are aimed primarily at women. Through an analysis of selected internet articles, I show that an orgasm is not (just) a biological phenomenon, but it is more a discursive construct. At the same time, I introduce the ways the media help to (re)produce a common idea of what the female orgasm is, how to experience it, and what the consequences are of (not) experiencing it. On the one hand, the analysed media create an impression of a certain sexual emancipation of women; they stress a woman's right for sexual pleasure and orgasm. On the other hand, the way the topic of female orgasm is described creates a kind of universal formula for doing and experiencing sexuality. Despite declaring plurality and diversity, the media in fact create clearly defined boundaries and marginalize those who do not fit. This thesis focusses on choice of partner, courtship, and stability of relationship. The emphasized phenomenon within this field are namely evolutionary origins of attractiveness and attraction, endocrine, behavioral, verbal and paraverbal displays. The courtship in this thesis is divided into three major phases - attractivity, proceptivity and receptivity - following suggestion of Beach, Freund and Money. Each of these phases is typical by certain types of behavior and reaction, such as hormonal response, vocal displays as is described in review of literature in the theoretical part. In the second, practical part, consists of four articles that address one specific phenomenon at time. The first article is focused on choice of partners in real world and their presence in sexual fantasy repertoire. The second article addresses vocal modulation when speaking to member of opposite sex who we find attractive or unattractive. The third article introduces hormonal response on possibility of gaining and loss of a potential partner in virtual courtship scenario. And finally, the fourth discusses role of female orgasm in relation to sexual and overall satisfaction in the relationship. This work deals with interpersonal relationships in all their komplexity including the absence of these relationships. We try to interpret the ways of singles' lives in today's world. The aim of this work is to point out several aspects of interpersonal mutuality, which is represented by eight respondents, who live as the singles. The expressions stated in this work refer to problems of this increasing group of people. The work is a probe into life of present- day single people, who live without partner, without sharing home together. The increase amount of single people makes us to ask many questions. In these theme we try to look for andresearch the motives of these people, the reasons for accentuating the freedom, their own borderlines and we try to look for impacts, which can influence making decision of single people. Diploma thesis deals with gender analysis of semi-structured interviews depicting the experience of women who have attended women's spirituals workshops. The theoretical part presents an essentialistic and constructivist approach to sexuality, deals with ecofeminism and spirituality that does not correspond to traditional religious systems, and presents concepts of the goddess. The practical part represents how the participiants of the research assume their femininity, embodiment, sexuality and spirituality. It also deals with the aspect of power and meaning of the spirituals workshops for women.
