Andresová, Nela January 2019 (has links)
Thesis deals with social life of asexual people in the Czech Republic. The author focuses on the areas of acceptance of their own sexual identity as asexual, coming out and feelings of stigmatization, relationships and intimacy, belonging to LGBT+ community and the perception of the existence of a separate asexual community and the visibility of asexuality in society. For the purpose of the work was carried out qualitative research among asexual people, who selfidentify as asexual. The aim of the analysis was to determine how social life of asexuals differs within the heteronormative society. Thesis is based on differences between asexuals and heteronormative majority, especially in relationships and sexual behavior. The difference is also in other aspects of their life. People often don't know the meaning of asexuality, which can result in social stigmatization of asexuals due to pressure to accept a traditional model of relationship. In some respects, asexual people are similar to other sexual minorities, but not everyone feels to be part of LGBT+ community. Czech asexuals feel to be invisible in our society and they form networks among themselves through the internet forum asexual.cz. However, they don't create a separate community or social movement and they still remain socially invisible....

Pohlavní rozdíly ve výskytu, realizaci a obsahu sexuálních fantasií / Sexual Differences in Presence, Realization and Content of Sexual Fantasies

Binter, Jakub January 2012 (has links)
Large number of researches proven sexual differences in frequency and content of sexual fantasies (SF) in men and women. Results of the recent studies consent on fact that male SF are more frequent, and there are more types of SF compared to female SF. Study that we propose is one of the first to investigate repertoire gaining in both sexes based on different presumptions for each. Among mechanisms we will test are: higher frequency of masturbation among man which gives more space to form larger repertoire, selective attention to external erotic stimuli related to different evolutionary-biological relevance in men and women and gaining the content of SF trough realization of activity that SF later represents. Also we present factor analysis of SF content. Significant difference was found in number of SF in man and woman in absolute number of different types of SF related to objects (F=10,06, p= 0,002) but not activities. Largest impact on amount of SF related to objects was found in age when person had most orgasms - negatively (r = -0,347, p = 0,003), amount of orgasms in that age per week(r = 0,930, p = 0,011), frequency of masturbation (r = 0,776, p = 0,030) and erotica exposure (r = 0,353,p = 0,001). Reflexe sexuality v díle Toyen z pohledu teoretiků/teoretiček umění / Reflection of Sexuality in Toyen's Work From the Perspective of Art Criticism

Fousková, Veronika January 2014 (has links)
Toyen and sexuality is a frequent topic of art history texts written about the artist in the last twenty years. Toyen provoked with her erotic drawings and illustrations, her appearance and mysteriousness shrouded around her. Where did the roots of her desire, depicted in her work, came from? What was the role played by contemporary context? How her contemporaries wrote about sexuality? Were there any interpretations of the artist's work based on the known information about her person or personality? What was the Toyen's position as a woman? The empirical part of my thesis is based on research, where I try to seek for answers to the questions found in the texts published in Czechoslovakia. The research is bounded by years 1922-1947. Years when Toyen entered respectively left the Czech art scene. Her work has therefore been interpreted by persons who lived in the same cultural context, some of them were actually her personal acquaintances. I will also try to answer the question whether the contemporary texts differ from the texts written after 1989, eventually how. Within the examining the reflection of sexuality in the work of Toyen I will also ask myself whether the perspectives of view are different in the eyes of men and women. The question put in this way accompanies, depending on the answer,...
