In this diploma thesis at the first part I will discuss the creation of a business plan for an online store with fashion. This means that I will draft the characteristics of business opportunities, determine the objective of the business plan, analyze the market and competition and create marketing and financial plan together with a timetable for implementation of the project. The second part of this work will focus on the legal aspect of doing business online. So I define the rights and obligations for the establishment of electronic commerce, mention consumer protection according to current legislation and especially describe cooperation with foreign suppliers.

The objective of the thesis is to inform about new trends in internet marketing and its application for creation of the marketing strategy of the beginning internet shop Originálníbrýle.cz. In the first part, I compare e-commerce in Czech Republic with other states of European Union. In this part I also explain traditional marketing terms and their adaptation to changing environment of internet. In the second part of the thesis, I analyze the market on which the internet shop is trying to succeed. I also carry out a questionnaire survey that is supposed to unveil additional information about customers. In this part of the thesis, I create the marketing strategy. In the end of the thesis I introduce which of my recommendations the internet shop executed. I also state their overall output.

This diploma thesis concerns with electronic business. The technology of the trade, the internet and it's services and the history is described in the first chapter. Next chapter concerns with the general theoretical issues of electronic business. Defines relationships of particular subjects, such as client, seller or government service that appear in the terms and conditions of electronic business. Then describes the general model of electronic business. The third chapter is dedicated to general approach to creation of the electronic shop project. The fourth and the last chapter describes the project of implementation of the electronic shop to the company M&N in detail, from setting goals, evaluating expenses, to actual creation of the electronic market as a enhacement to existing store. At last there is the contract between M&N and the software development company that will create the internet application in the attachement of the thesis.

Využití copywritingu při optimalizaci internetových obchodů / Use copywriting during optimization of online stores

This dissertation is focused on copywriting or writing advertising content for online stores. Its main objective is to create instructions for writing successful text for online stores based on synthesis. Simultaneously, another aim of my dissertation is to use these findings in copywriting for selected e-shops. Both theoretical and practical parts are based on professional resources and my own experiences with copywriting beginning in 2006. This document is structured in three main parts. In the first part, I focus on theoretical recommendations for writing advertising content. In addition to creating product descriptions, this chapter deals with the preparation of texts for categories, home pages, shipping and payment sections, about us pages, articles and microcopy. In the next chapter, I describe measuring and evaluating the performance of advertising texts for online stores. The third part is devoted to the application of theoretical knowledge and to writing texts for selected eshops, including an evaluation of their success. Thanks to the selected structure, this dissertation covers almost all issues of copywriting for eshops. Chapters are structured in the same way as my usual copywriting process. I believe that my dissertation will become a useful knowledge resource for beginners and advanced copywriters, Internet marketing experts and online store owners. Selected parts of my dissertation are enhanced by my own experience, knowledge and demonstration examples. Most of them can be found on real company websites and online stores. Also, I continually refer to related resources that may be useful for every reader with deeper interest in this issue.

La tendencia en el cuidado de los animales cada vez tiene más relevancia. Esto ha conllevado un importante crecimiento en la industria de alimentos y accesorios para mascotas. A pesar del impacto económico de la pandemia en nuestro país, las familias aún reservan un monto mensual para sus mascotas como un gasto de prioridad. El presupuesto destinado a estas compras asciende a 300 soles mensuales, según Felipe Paz, country manager de Marketplace Priority Pet. El objetivo del presente trabajo es diseñar una plataforma para nuestro modelo de negocio y determinar cómo nuestros planes de suscripción apoyados en una tienda virtual, en el rubro de mascotas, puede generar una rentabilidad atractiva y una estabilidad en el mercado a largo plazo.  La investigación que hemos desarrollado se basa en información cuantitativa y cualitativa que hemos recabado mediante encuestas y entrevistas al público objetivo con el fin de entender e interpretar el comportamiento de los clientes potenciales y sus expectativas. Como resultado, podemos definir que esta industria está en plena expansión y que nuestro modelo de negocio se adecua a las nuevas necesidades del 90.5% de personas que tienen al menos una mascota en nuestro mercado meta. Esto se puede comprobar a lo largo de la investigación y lanzamiento del producto, donde se mostró una gran cantidad de interés y ventas efectivas de Pet Society haciéndolo un emprendimiento con un gran potencial de crecimiento y escalabilidad. / The trend in the care of animals is becoming more and more relevant. This has led to significant growth in the pet food and accessories industry. The objective of this work is to design a platform for our business model and determine how our subscription plans supported by a virtual store, in the pet sector, can generate attractive profitability and long-term market stability. The research we have developed is based on quantitative and qualitative information that we have collected through surveys and interviews with the target audience in order to understand and interpret the behavior of potential customers and their expectations. As a result, we can define that this industry is in full expansion and that our business model adapts to the new needs of the 90.5% of people who have at least one pet in our target market. Polyfunkční dům / Multi-purpose building

The diploma thesis deals with the design and elaboration process of project documentation of newly-built multi-purpose building in Sturovo. The building is designed as a three-storey building with a partial fourth storey. A footprint of the building is created by the irregular shape of the letter „L“ with an angle of 110 °. The building is roofed with a warm flat roof. The roof above the third storey is designed as a walkable flat roof divided in a green roof part and part with concrete paving. Spatial zoning of the building consists of three main spaces. There is a bookstore zone and coffee shop situated on the ground floor. The second and third floor is designed for administrative spaces. Premises of the second floor are designed as an activity-based office with open spaces. Third floor focus on closed offices. The meeting rooms, chill-out zones, break rooms with kitchenettes are available in both of them. Technical facilities and utility rooms are situated also on the ground floor. There is a room with kitchenette, storage rooms and utility rooms in the fourth ground. Public zones of building and administrative zones are accessible. The structural system of a building is designed as a cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame in a combination with a shear core. Ceilings consist of cast-in-place beam-supported reinforced concrete one-way slab. The structure is based on foundation pads and strip foundations. infill wall is made of vertically perforated blocks. Exterior walls and insulated with ventilated facades system.
