Memoria para optar al título profesional de Ingeniera en Recursos Naturales Renovables / Dentro de la Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental (EIA) cuando un impacto es significativo y tiene consecuencias negativas, los titulares tienen la obligación de establecer un plan de medidas ambientales, sin embargo no es sabido si esta acción se ha traducido en menor deterioro ambiental, el sector ambiental no ha trabajado como otras áreas del conocimiento en el desarrollo de proyectos enfocados en la evidencia existente. Esta situación puede deberse principalmente a que las intervenciones ambientales tienen consecuencias complejas, no distinguen límites entre el entorno social y la naturaleza. La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo determinar la efectividad de las medidas ambientales en el tramo urbano del proyecto vial Acceso Sur a Santiago (ASS), bajo un enfoque complejo y contrafactual.

[pt] Esta pesquisa tem o objetivo de examinar, sob o ponto de vista do comprador,um aspecto específico da sinergia comprador-fornecedor: avaliar a aplicação do Modelo Balanced Sourcing -Laseter, 1998- numa parceria de fornecimento de longo prazo. Foi realizado um estudo de caso entre duas empresas de grande porte, que comercializam onze mil produtos e tem suas relações comerciais regidas por um contrato, do tipo take or pay, de longo prazo -dez anos-. Os dados necessários para análise desta parceria de fornecimento foram coletados com base em um levantamento de documentos e pesquisa de campo na empresa compradora. O retrato da aliança entre as duas empresas foi elaborado por meio da Abordagem Sistêmica, que permitiu revelar aspectos intra-empresa compradora capazes de interferir na aplicação do Modelo Balanced Sourcing -Laseter, 1998-. / [en] This investigation intends to search, under the purchaser point of view, a specific synergy aspect of purchaser- vendor relationship, to evaluate the Balanced Sourcing Model -Laseter, 1998- usage in long term partnership agreement. A business study between two large companies has been developed,which includes an eleven-thousand product trade covered by a take or pay long term contract -ten years-. The necessary data for such supply partnership study have been obtained based on document and field survey performed in the purchaser offices. The overall picture of such agreement between the two companies has been prepared by means of a Systems Approach, which allowed to identify inner-purchase company aspects that might be able to interpose in usage of the Balanced Sourcing Model -Laseter, 1998-.

[pt] O objetivo deste trabalho é compreender as características da dinâmica da família em que um ou mais de seus componentes é adicto a álcool e outras drogas. Utilizamos, para este fim, o referencial sistêmico. Entendemos que a dependência química seja tanto uma patologia em si quanto um sintoma de um sistema familiar. Nas relações que se estabelecem entre o dependente químico e os outros membros da família, vai-se construindo uma teia relacional que, muitas vezes, perpetua os padrões disfuncionais que ajudam a manter a dependência . É indispensável, no tratamento da dependência, abordar os vínculos familiares para que o sistema familiar possa encontrar alternativas mais saudáveis de relacionamento, a fim de promover uma progressiva mudança nos padrões de interação que são facilitadores da manutenção do comportamento adictivo. / [en] The purpose of this study is to understand the dynamics of the addict´s family . For this purpose, we used the systemic approach. We understand that chemical dependence is not only a pathology per se but also a symptom of the family system. A web of interrelations is construed from the relationships that are established between the addict and other family members. This web frequently perpetuates the dysfunctional patterns that help maintain the addiction. It is of primary importance in the treatment of addiction, to identify family ties so that the family system may find healthier alternatives of relationships thus promoting a progressive change in the patterns of interaction that help maintain the addiction behavior.

Linguistics Functional Grammar of Halliday (1994, 2004) and followers (Eggins, 1994, Thompson, 1996) was used to analyze the ideational metafunction, so as to characterize the use of the language as representation. The studies as Grossi e Miguel (2001) and Avelar (2001) were used as a support to analyze the data and to understand the role of women in Brazilian politics. The data were collected from the magazines websites and separated in two corpora: women politician and men politician. They both were submitted to the software WordSmith Tools (Scott, 1998) and to the tools it offers, such as Concord and WordList used to assist the linguistic analyzes. Results show that although Brazil had many social and politics changes, women and men had different representations. Many times, women are represented by their private lives and their female characteristics and not by their professional characteristics and competence. Men are represented by their competition and dishonesty. The present work intends to have contributed to the analysis of the importance of women participation in politics and their role in society / O objetivo desta pesquisa é analisar a representação da mulher política em artigos de revistas de circulação nacional, como Época, Veja e Isto É, no período de 2002 a 2007. Utilizou-se a Lingüística Sistêmico-Funcional de Halliday (1994, 2004) e seguidores (Eggins, 1994, Thompson, 1996) para a análise lingüística da metafunção ideacional para caracterizar o uso da linguagem como representação. O suporte em estudos de Ciências Políticas, como o de Grossi e Miguel (2001) e Avelar (2001) serviram de apoio para a análise dos dados e o melhor entendimento do papel das mulheres na política brasileira. Os dados foram coletados dos sites das revistas e separados em dois corpora: homens políticos e mulheres políticas para serem submetidos ao programa WordSmith Tools (Scott, 1998) e suas ferramentas Concordanciador (Concord) e Lista de Palavras (WordList) para auxiliar na análise lingüística. Os resultados desta análise possibilitam dizer que apensar dos avanços políticos e sociais da sociedade brasileira, os homens e as mulheres políticas são representados de maneiras diferentes. Elas, muitas vezes, são representadas pelas suas vidas privadas e suas características femininas e não por suas características e competência profissionais. Eles são representados pelas suas disputas e desonestidades. O presente trabalho pretende ter contribuído para a reflexão sobre a importância da participação política das mulheres, bem como seu papel na sociedade

Partendo dalla constatazione che il principio di disgiunzione regna tra i diversi ambiti del sapere, facendo perdere di vista l’unità del fatto umano, si propone, di rimando, una visione sistemica e complessa dell’uomo stesso, che può essere gestita adeguatamente soltanto tramite un approccio multidisciplinare alla questione. Indagando il metodo complesso proposto da Morin e mettendone in luce anche punti critici, si osserva come esso possa essere applicato alla filosofia, intesa come consulenza filosofica, trovando in essa un significativo approccio agli interrogativi esistenziali che caratterizzano l’uomo contemporaneo. Le considerazioni di Achenbach vengono lette, poi, infatti, alla luce dell’esperienza professionale dell’autrice. Si giunge così a concludere che la filosofia, se intesa come esercizio libero e costante del pensiero complesso, può costituire un valido strumento di dialogo e di ricerca della verità. / Starting from the observation that the principle of disjunction reigning among the different fields of knowledge loses sight of the unity of the human fact, proposed, in return, is a systemic and complex vision of man himself, which can be properly handled only by a multidisciplinary approach to the issue. Investigating the complex method proposed by Morin and also highlighting critical points, we observe how it can be applied to philosophy, understood as a philosophical counseling, finding in it a significant approach to existential questions that characterize the contemporary man. Achenbach's considerations are read, then, in fact, in the light of the professional experience of the author. This leads to the conclusion that philosophy, if understood as an unhindered and free exercise away from the complex thought, may be a valuable tool for dialogue and the search for truth.
