THESIS ABSTRACT The thesis named The Radar Group deals with one of the creative groups that entered the Czech artistic scene after 1956, after the 20th Congress of the Soviet Communist Party (SCP) in February 1956, when the establishment of minor associations within the Union of Czechoslovak Artists was allowed. The Radar Group announced its foundation in 1960 and presented its first independent exhibition in 1961. It introduced eighteen members, of whom the most significant authors from the ranks of the defunct Group 42 (Skupina 42) - František Gross, František Hudeček a Ladislav Zívr - belonged to the established artists of previous generation. The majority of younger members born between 1923 and 1930 introduced their painting, sculptural and graphical works at the exhibition mostly for the first time. The members of the Radar Group may be regarded as the representatives of so- called "tame modern art" who took up to the pre-war modernism in the loosening period of the late 1950's. Their status within the contemporary scene was very high as they were coming out of the positions shielded by the Union - most were the Union members, some even functionaries in the Union senior management. Obsahem diplomové práce je výzkum, jak jsou v současné době prezentovány role mužů a žen v reklamě a jak se jejich zobrazení změnilo za posledních deset let. K výzkumu byla použita metoda kvantitativní obsahové analýzy. Pomocí této metody byly analyzovány inzeráty v časopise Týden, publikované v letech 2005 a 1995. Další užitou metodou je diskusní skupina. Byly realizovány dvě diskusní skupiny, jedna se ženami, druhá s muži.

The thesis deals with the pension schemes of the countries of the Visegrad Group. Literature review chapter introduces the reader to the issue of pension systems and pension reforms. The next section is a comparison of pension systems in the countries of the Visegrad Group and as a basis to identify significant differences in these schemes. The thesis analyzed the possible scenarios of further progress of the pension reform in the Czech Republic, including their benefits and impacts.

Diploma thesis is focused on "Organized crime in the Czech Republic", includes a theoretical part and research. The teoretical part defines the notion of organized crime and the types of groups that perpetrated. Furthermore, the work presents the most common forms of organized crime and institutions such used to fight both nationally and internationally. Finally, there is outlined the situation in the Czech Republic and those groups that are in our country most often perpetrated by organized crime now. Research part examines whether the frequency of articles on the subject in the selected journal corresponds to the actual situation and widespread forms of organized crime in the Czech republic in 2015. The context was given to data obtained from the content analysis of the largest number of articles of particular forms of organized crime and was compared with interviews carried out by experts estimates and research. The result was that the data corresponds with 2/3 and the only major difference became violent organized crime, which occurred in a number of articles on second place, but it is no longer among the most frequent activities of organized groups in the Czech Republic.
