Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a za jakých podmínek dochází k přenosu hodnot mezi generacemi v kontextu socio-profesní třídy. Práce se opírá o Kohnovu hypotézu, která tvrdí, že hodnoty jsou také kromě samotného procesu socializace formovány pracovní pozicí jednotlivců. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část pojednává o hodnotách, samotné socializaci jedince a shrnuje také poznatky Kohnovy práce, která se zabývá zejména diferenciací hodnot na základě profesních tříd. Analytická část se opírá o data z výzkumu "Distinkce a hodnoty 2008". Pozornost je zaměřena na zkoumání výchovných hodnot (které vlastnosti by měli být v dětech doma podporovány). Analytická část se také dělí na dva základní okruhy. První je věnován analýze hodnot potomků i rodičů skrze jednotlivé profesní třídy. This diploma thesis deals with the issue of consumer socialization. Socialization is influenced by four main factors, which are the media, family, peers and school. The aim of this work is to examine the role that the media play in the process of consumer socialization. The media are examined in the context of other factors that are inseparable from each other and therefore cannot be studied separately. The theoretical part deals with the phenomenon of consumption and consumer society, which are a prerequisite for consumer socialization. It also presents basic knowledge in the field of socialization, the media as a socialization factor and, last but not least, existing knowledge and research associated with consumer socialization. Through qualitative interviews with children aged ten to twelve, data were collected, which was then interpreted by thematic analysis. The analysis shows that children reflect their consumption and consumer desires by what is happening or seen in the media. The media itself is also consumed by children, but in the environment of new media it is often a matter of prosuming, ie that children are both producers and consumers of media content. The main goal of the thesis is to present and describe a project, that project aims to work with the young people in the children's home, who are preparing to leave this facility. The aim of the project is to facilitate specific communication between the young people and the staff of the children's home to talk to each other about the topic of leaving. The thesis is focused on the education and socialization of schoolchild - foreigners in classrooms of primary school. In the theoretical section it summarizes the findings of the Vietnamese ethnic minority living in Prague and Chomutov, the legal anchoring of the education of schoolchild - foreigners on teacher competences. The thesis summarizes the problematic questions of inclusion of schoolchild - foreigners and the importance of multicultural education in primary school. In the research part it collects and evaluates experiences of teachers with education of Vietnamese students in some elementary schools in Prague. This diploma thesis "Development of representation of crime in the Czech print media" deals with the way of the representation of crime in the Czech press and its development from 1995 to 2010. It found out how much space is devoted to crime, compare the representation of domestic and foreign events, find out if they are among surveyed journals some differences. It also analyzes what crime is the most highly publicized, and focuses on the personality of the perpetrator and the victim of a gender perspective. The theoretical part treat of crime and deviant behavior and discusses their possible causes. It also deals with the central sociological issues, such as social norms, social control and socialization. Also based on the findings of science that deals with crime, criminology, refers to its concept of the classification of the crime and information about the investigation of the crime, take expectation to the issue of statistical data.

The diploma thesis is focused on the socialization and integration of children with autism spectrum disorders. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of the disorders, the process of socialization, the rules of successful inclusion of children in society. It deals with ways of education, especially structured learning. The empirical part focuses on research off socialization and education from the perspective of parents and pedagogical staff. The research is performed through casuistry and interviews.

In the first part of my thesis I deal with a theoretical basis of the issue of environment and education influence on human psyche, socialisation, addictive drugs and addictions. In a practical part I have set a research target to find out some selected characteristics of family and school environment in connection with appearance of experiment children with addictive drugs, it means concretely with use of nicotine, alcohol and cannabis. I have chosen anonymous questionnaire for the data collection. The research was taken at stage 2 primary school Hrotovice in Vysocina Region. The total research complex is comprised by 112 respondents.

The main objective of this thesis was the definition of issues in children relationships, mainly in bullying cases at primary schools, their diagnosis, possibilities of correction and prevention. The thesis is dividend in to theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, I am looking into the definition and explanation of the basic terms. At the beginning I am dealing with the socialization of pupils, the influence of the family and malfunction of behavior. In the next step, I am defining bullying, its forms and characteristics of the bullying protagonists. In the end of the theoretical part I am focusing on the diagnosis and prevention of bullying. In the practical part, I am focusing on the occurrences of bullying forms in primary schools using questionaires. The practical part is composed by research, which was performed at four primary schools, two rural and two urban. The research was carried out with the participation of 151 pupils of third and fourth grades. The results of the research are graphically represented and evaluated.

The thesis, ``Social development in the time of adolescence``, has a theoretic-empirical character. It deals with terms of adolescence, social development, emotionality, identity and socialization in the theoretical part. It also describes individual phases of adolescence, social and psychological features of adolescents. The thesis also gives brief information about characteristics of secondary schools. Practical part deals with questionnaires and personality tests which were fulfilled with the first, the second and the third year students of multi-year gymnasium. Illustration of attitudes to studies and relationship with oneself, authorities and with contemporaries are the main aims of the practical part. The survey deals with cognitive and emotional maturity and with the scale of significance of adolescents as well. It also should point out potential differences between evolution and maturity of boys and girls.

Social situation of children suffering from enuresis In the process of socialization, people often achieve a certain social status (grading on social ladder). The social development and position of the person are principally influenced by their health state. This is the basic determinant of the whole socialisation process and of maintaining the achieved social status of the man/woman, as the social position of a completely healthy and efficient man is completely different than the position of a chronically ill person, with a defect or limitation of movement. Enuresis is one of the most frequent long-term problems in paediatrics. A number of epidemiologic studies has shown that 15-20% of five-year-old and 10% of seven-year-old children have problems with urine leakage. Incontinency brings psychological and social problems to children. These problems may cause considerable handicaps to children. Enuresis may be stressing for children, may initiate the feeling of shame, failure, inferiority. Moreover this means a limitation in the usual activity for a number of them (travelling, participation in camps, school trips etc.) The target of the thesis was to find out if the illness worsens the social status of the child in the society of contemporaries and how. The research was performed at the summer camp for children suffering from enuresis and encopresis, organised by the Faculty of Health and Social Studies of the South Bohemian University in České Budějovice. In the thesis, the following methods and techniques of data collection were applied: method of observation (hidden participant), method of document analysis (contents analysis), method of questioning (non-controlled interview). It was found out by the research that the social status of children suffering from enuresis is endangered. Within social interaction these children avoid the other children on one hand as they are ashamed because of their illness, on the other hand they need social contact with contemporaries. However, all the children with enuresis do not have necessarily such experiences. The thesis has shown that the orientation on the personal identity of the child is necessary in the social work (i.e. the children have to learn to respect their own personality and to strengthen their good and healthy self-confidence).
