The thesis deals with gender issues. It is divided into two parts, theoretical ? based on literature review and practical ? based on research. The theoretical part deals with the concept of gender as a social construct. It is focused on manifestation of gender stereotypes in various aspects of girl?s and woman?s life. The first chapter defines the most important terms (gender, sex, socialization, identity) and is followed by a chapter dealing with gender stereotypes related to female and male social constructs (of femininity and masculinity). The next part describes manifestation of gender roles, (differences and behaviour) in family. The following chapter shows the picture of woman which is presented in the media (magazines for women, advertisement, publications for children). The last chapter describes manifestation of gender roles in school environment. The practical part presents results of the quantitative and qualitative research. The quantitative research is based on questionnaire investigation. The qualitative research was conducted through controlled interviews. Both types of research were focused on gender problems ? whether the girls participating in the research realize the effects of gender roles and how they perceive them. The result of this research is that girls are aware of pressure based on gender differences. They realize the conflict between their wishes and reality, but they fully respect the traditional gender division of the worl into the male and female world and they lead their lives in accordance with the traditional gender stereotypes.

The thesis focuses on educational methods and principles of those working with children with autistic spectrum disorders. The theoretical part describes the typical symptoms of autism, reasons for development of autism. Also, It covers the conditions of inclusive education and the influence of children's free/quality time on their educational process. The empirical part describes the specifics of the work of special educators and peda?gogických staff working with children with autism spectrum disorder after-school club. The research joined seven respondents from primary/secondary schools in Prague. The aim of this part is to set particulars for educators working with children with autistic spectrum disorders. The research can be determined that the communication skills of children with autism spectrum disorder, require the teacher to preserve a coherent communication style with the principle of structuring communication. Social behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders is distorted. Based on respondents' answers the need for the teacher in the educational process, enable the child to integrate into a group of their peers. Recreation and leisure activities include the development of children and youth with autism spectrum disorder. The principle of voluntary and elective underpins formal and informal education of children.

The influence of dog education on their behaviour in maturity was described and documented in this diploma thesis. The dog handling and relationship to other members of family and to other dogs were studied. Questionnaire investigation was made in the area of Trhové Sviny town. It was found, that not only the time of removing the puppies from their mother, but also the way of the care for the dog before the removing play important and primary role. The way and the degree of social cognition by the new owner and the knowledge in field of ethology and in dog communication signals of the new owner are important as well.

The child?s entry to school is an important developmental milestone. Each child is a personality, so there are different variants of adaptation to new conditions. The theoretical part of the thesis acquaints the reader with basic concepts of the pre-school period, school period, and children?s adaptation. On the basis of a qualitative survey, the thesis, then, compares them with presented results. The practical part follows the theoretical one and focuses on comparing success or failure in specified categories. To observe adaptation of very different children to the primary school, children with varied skills and abilities were selected for the survey already in the nursery school. To obtain as much information about children as possible, observations, tests, interviews with teachers in both types of educational institutions as well as questionnaires for parents were used.

It justifies need to develop cooperation between pupils. The drama in education discussed in conjunction with cooperation and describes its methods and exercises. The practical part is used quality research for monitoring, analyzing, implementing and reflecting cooperation in third grade of elementary schools. This thesis seeks to use dramatic methods as tools for the development of cooperative skills of pupils.

The goal of the thesis is to specify the position of homeschooling in the Czech Republic and to discuss its effectiveness in the fulfilment of the common educational aims. For this reason, the theoretical part is firstly dealing with the common educational aims, and their official formulation in the Czech Republic. The thesis then continues to focus on homeschooling and its capabilities in fulfilling these aims, in which these areas are crucial: the family as an environment where learning takes place, current legislation, individualization, socialisation, and the change from home-schooling to regular schooling. The afore mentioned area is discussed in more detail in the research part of the thesis, where we find the statements of the graduates of homeschooling which were gained through a questionnaire. As a whole the thesis offers an unconventional point of view on education and provides specific tips for parents, pupils and teachers. In the 1990s when enlargement of Euro-Atlantic organizations was slowly becoming reality, a theory exploring interaction between an organization and its member states gradually resigned from primary perception of the state as a socialized actor (socializee) and this concept was substituted by the notion of political actors. It was the theory of socialization that became more and more important in terms of examining impact of political organizations on political representatives of Member States, their behaviour and possible interaction between them. This recent and dynamic theory was often confronted with obstacles, especially in terms of its theoretical anchoring. Even within the framework of ongoing academic debate, this theory did not obtain clear recognition. Researches examining causal relationship between socialization and subsequent behaviour of politicians come up with various results. The aim of this thesis is to enter into this debate and verify the hypothesis assuming that the decisions of foreign policy actors are influenced by socialization of respective political actor. This thesis is focused on the issue of children coming from socially and culturally disadvantaged environment before their entry to the compulsory education from a socially- pedagogical point of view. It describes the influence of the environment the child lives in, its family, the community, and the living conditions affecting its readiness for admission to an elementary school. The nature of work is theoretical work and research. The theoretical part of the thesis in quires into such terms as socialization, family, social and cultural disadvantage, the Roma, preschool education, and their interdependence. It describes the current methods used for recognizing the school maturity and preparedness for an entry to the compulsory education of children in the Czech Republic. It compares the most common institutional forms of preparation for the compulsory education, i.e. nursery school and preliminary classes at elementary schools that are designated especially to the children of socially and culturally disadvantaged background. Diploma thesis with the title "Analysis of queer child through the movie" is situated to the context of queer theories. These theories are discussed through the movie "Tomboy" (2011). Theoretical part of the thesis discusses fundamental theoretical background including attitudes towards to concept of gender within gender studies. The thesis is also focused on the theory of performativity and also discusses the normative socialization of children and their nonconformist behaviors. Key opinions to queer theories in context of sexuality and identity are introduced in this part of the thesis. I also present Stockton's arguments on queer child. Research section presents methodological part of analysis of the movie Tomboy. It also presents the specific method, which is Stuart Hall's theory of representation. In the analysis of the movie there are major themes reflected - how the category of gender, queerness, sexuality and identity are constructed in the context of queer child.
