Zobrazování záporných postav v televizních pořadech pro děti / The representation of antiheroes in TV programmes for Children

The thesis propounded below is based upon a presumption that one of the significant means of socialization is mass media. It represents a source of information since an early age of a child, constitute the models of a socially acceptable behaviour and depict the values and norms that are applicable to the society. In continuation to the ambiguous character of socialization, on one hand allowing an individual to integrate fully into the society, on the other hand, however, producing the present inequalities, the author enquires into the way how villains are portrayed in television cartoons, that is, those who violate these commonly accepted norms. In the theoretical part of the thesis the author builds predominantly on the sociological reflections of the character of the modern society, the character of socialization and social norms. In the chapters dealing with the socialization potential of media she employs primarily the modelling theory that stems from the more universal social learning theory. In the empirical part the author, using qualitative research, tries to describe how villains are portrayed in television cartoons and besides other statements, she proves that their world has a strictly dichotomic and exclude character. Values and their role in preschool education are the main topic of this diploma thesis. The mail aim is to find the answer to the question what kind of educational values nursery teachers consider to be the most important ones from their point of view concerning the curricula. In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis I describe values from different perspectives: from philosophical, psychological, sociological and pedagogical perspective which is the most important ones. It is examined how values are connected with and grounded in the binding document "Framework educational programme for preschool education", I also focus on ethical principles of preschool teachers which should be followed and I describe the influence of values on shaping of children's behaviour. In the empirical part I introduce research information, data collections and data analysis and main results. The most important values from preschool teacher's point of view can be divided into three groups: moral values, values connected with relationships and values connected with skills. The diploma thesis depicts the mode and course of collectivization of the rural areas in the district of Kutná Hora in years 1948-1960. It is based on the analysis of five villages - Bahno, Opatovice I, Petrovice I, Mitrov a Vranice (the little town of Kácov is also included for comparison reasons). The thesis describes how the unified binding principles of the state- controlled agricultural politics of KSČ reflected into the socialization of concrete villages and how they influenced the daily life and destinies of their inhabitants. The thesis also concentrates on the individual reactions towards the collectivization, especially those of local functionaries, focusing on which means and strategies these used against the ruling power. The central question is whether, and to what extent, the functionaries could influence and shape the village life and how they influenced the local form of socialization. The objective of this thesis is to show a more vivid picture of the agricultural collectivization and, at the same time, to offer a certain typology of its participants. This diploma thesis is focused on selected aspects of socialisation of adolescents. It examines natures of interactions of adolescents and adults, emphasises social relations perception and pursues the influence of authority on socialisation processes of this group. The thesis was written in a theoretically-empirical approach, given that the theoretical part clarifies the above-mentioned areas of research. The empirical part, on the other hand, applies the qualitative research design. The respondents group consists of adolescent boys and girls, all of whom are clients of OSPOD (Department of Social and Legal Child Protection) and curators for adolescence. Semi-structured interviews were conducted, analysing the issue of relations with individual socialisation variables and their reflection in the curators' point of view. It is assumed, socialisation processes and interactions are conflicting to a certain extent. In respect to their further development, it is necessary to understand these particular development symptoms and their perceptions. The outcome of this research is further elaborated and discussed in accordance to academic resources. The title: Suitability of integration of individuals with pervasive developmental disorder The aim: The aim of this thesis is to establish whether it is suitable to integrate individuals with pervasive developmental disorder into a mainstream setting Methods: To elicit the suitability of a possible inclusion of 20 children (boys and girls aged 7 to 15) with pervasive developmental disorder (PDD), two sets of questions and a free interview were used. The sets of questions focused on problematic areas specific to individuals with pervasive developmental disorder, such as difficulties in communication, social interaction and imagination. A free interview supplemented the set of questions aimed at educators. Results: The results of the research showed that our sample group of children with PDD would not be suitable for integration with regard to problems with communication, social interaction and imagination. The inclusion is impossible in cases of 30% of individuals, who suffer from selective mutism. These children do not communicate nor co-operate with their educators during the lessons. However, 70% of individuals with PDD could be possibly integrated. Nevertheless, these pupils do not keep up with their non-disabled peers as for the speech content. Anotation The thesis concentrates on a description of the action Kulak, focusing on the region Louny with an explanation of the general trends of the collectivization of agriculture. The goal of this work is to show different problems of the action Kulak by thorough analysis of whole course of events. These problems appeared as far as in final period between 1949-1953. Last chapter sketches the diversity of forced resettlement with describing life stories of the individual farmers. The work is micro-probe in proces of forcible resettlement of farmer's families from year 1951 to 1953. The thesis covers historical circumstances of the action Kulak and gains primarily from archive files.

The theoretical frame of the dissertation is, with regard to the topic of the study, aimed at the structure, dimension and socialization of student's personality, conception of behavioral patterns at school as well as group dynamics. The current development phase of students in the 7th grade is dealt with in the chapters concerning the processes in adolescence and educational problems. The dissertation describes in detail characteristics of both the agressor as well as the victim of bullying, causes of agresivity and anxiety. The theoretical part of the dissertation is concluded by rich sources of how to prevent and cure groups who have to face problematic behaviour or bullying. The practical part of the disserta- tion has a form of case study, with the help of analysis, comparison of ethopedic and special educational and educational diagnostics.Data have been gathered concerning the disruption and dynamics of social contacts among 7th grade students of waldorf school. Cohesion and climate in the class are dealt with here. The results of this study offer the basis for a realization of a preventive programme. This thesis's aim is to unite the worldschooling information available, show different educational models in various countries where it would be the easiest to execute for Czech families, suggest an advancement and an example of such education. Further on detect its benefits and weaknesses. The main contribution of the thesis lays in the comparison of the obvious benefits such as unworldliness, overview, or extensive progression in the field of language or geography as well as the negatives of such upbringing such as uprooting, instability or social isolation. Later on the latent advantages and disadvantages shall arise from the research part which will be focused on interviews with families already practising worldschooling. Mediální výchova v rodině / Media educationin the family

The master thesis "Media education in the family" discusses media education strategies of parents, or, in other words, parental mediation. This discussion is important because the family, in addition to the school system, is largely responsible for influencing the media literacy of children. The theoretical section of this thesis sums up how this topic was processed in foreign and Czech studies, and describes the main characteristics of parental mediation. Media education strategies of parents are also assessed in connection with the socialization of the child, and with the education and communication styles in family. Frequently, studies describe three types of parental mediation, which are: active mediation, restrictive mediation and social co-viewing. Although these types of mediation were defined mostly in connection with the viewing of television programs, it is possible to transfer these types, with small changes, on to other media, including the internet. This diploma thesis is focused on psychosocial issues related to vulnerable and lonely children, especially with regard to the threat of emotional deprivation. Theoretical part provides definitions of key terms, such as child needs, upbringing, family and its background, psychological deprivation and its consequences; substitute family care, socialization, etc. The aim of theoretical part is to outline development and education of children in out-of-home care facilities in comparison with the care of child in its own family environment. These differences have been analyzed in the research part of the work. The main goal was to contact several involved experts and learn their approaches and opinions regarding the vulnerable children situation in the Czech Republic, which has been facing these issues. Semistructured interview conducted by me with the above experts was focused mostly on asking questions regarding existing {\clqq}imperfections`` in the Family Code and Act on social & legal protection of children, as amended, to highlight the indicators which have negative impacts on successful psychosocial development of children. To provide better picture of the researched issue, the work is complemented by the casuistics of a family with adopted child.
