Pojetí vlastnických práv v Národním parku Šumava / A Property Rights Concept of The National Park Šumava

Krejčí, Lucie January 2013 (has links)
The theme of the work is the management of the Sumava National Park. Publicized problems concerning the intervention rate, zoning, construction, management and status of local communities are conceived in the context of state ownership of the park and its public administration. Institutional change is possibly the logical solution. The cause of conflict in the SNP is searching with the use of stakeholder analysis. The method takes the form of interviews with representatives of interested parties, followed by a synthesis of observed attitudes and opinions. Despite some differences and divergent views on specific issues they see as the main obstacle agreements failure and legislation disregard, so it is a socio-political problem. The following is an economic aspect (lack of funds and poor management of them) and environmental (especially the form of zoning). Regime management change, however, they do not evaluate as a solution of the existing disagreements.

This paper aim is to identify and describe the main types of these schools and understand their functions. The first part is to comprehend the shift in education and stress out the influence and role of new actors. This is achieved through providing the different perspectives on education and through description of supply and demand for education. This new phenomenon is also supported by the Theory of Exit, Voice & Loyalty which explains behaviour of private school's initiators and founders. The thesis also examines different authors' and publications' views on alternative and traditional schooling, private, public and non-public schools and the difficulties in comparison across different educational systems. The practical part and its research offers systematic and objective evaluation of the new schools being established and how they work. Platform governance triangle: Případ Nařízení Evropské unie o prevenci šíření teroristického obsahu online / Platform governance triangle: The case of the EU Regulation on preventing the dissemination of illegal terrorist content online

Miksová, Karolína January 2021 (has links)
The thesis focuses on the relationship between the European Union and platform companies, and it tries to explore a debate about binding regulations regarding the moderation of illegal content online. The Regulation on preventing the dissemination of illegal terrorist content online from 2018 was applied as the case to test the arguments. The thesis applies the concept of platform governance triangle to analyse whether the Regulation has the potential to be effective. The research argues that the effectiveness of the Regulation depends on the actors competencies, the legitimation of the Regulation and how it was contested during the decision-making process, and finally on the power relations between actors and the tools to monitor and enforce the Regulation. The research shows that the EU has extensive competencies in areas of independence, representativeness and expertise due to the work of EU specialised agencies. Platform companies, on the other hand, possess unique technical competencies to moderate terrorist content online. Furthermore the specific design of the Regulation, and the fact that it was designed under the ordinary legislative procedure and was contested by various actors, suggest the Regulation is legitimate. Finally, the monitoring and enforcement tools in terms of sanctions could...
