This thesis deals with social media and their use in sport. The main objective is in the first part to describe the concept of social media and their types, and consequently their use by individuals in sports, sports clubs and the organization of sporting events. In the second part is the main objective to determine whether physical educational associations and sports clubs in the Central Region using social media and if so, what kinds of social media. This finding is based on own research with a focus on certain factors that can usage of social media affect. The two main objectives are followed by two additional goals. The first is to compare the use of social media in the USA and the Czech Republic, the other is creation of social network page on Facebook for physical educational association Sokol Vysoký Újezd.

An important part is the analysis of the club's economic cycle and financial resources. The main part of the thesis is a detailed overview of fundraising for running a sports club, from grant programs from private sponsors and membership fees. After evaluating the revenue is followed by an overview of the cost of a comprehensive evaluation of the financial cycle in the sports club.

Title: Strategic planning in sports clubs - TASK Silueta Praha Objectives: The objective of this diploma thesis is to conduct a strategic development plan for the competitive part of the sports club TASK Silueta Praha. The plan will be created for the time period between the 1st July 2011 and the 30th June 2014. The individual steps of strategic planning represent the partial tasks of the thesis. Methods: The analysis of TASK Silueta Praha takes form of a case study. In order to gain an in-depth knowledge about the current situation and the future opportunities of the club a series of research methods is used. These represent in particular: qualitative interview, analysis of texts and documents, survey and SWOT analysis. Outcomes: TASK Silueta Praha is a very attractive sports club for children and youth from the whole Prague area. Yet to become the number one Czech Rock'n'Roll sports club a number of changes and efforts towards underlining the present positive characteristics must be conducted in the next three years. The suggested strategic plan involving the areas of sport, organization, finance, marketing and social activities can most certainly help to fulfill this better future. Thesis name Strategic Development Plan of the SK Joudrs Prague Thesis objective The aim of this diploma thesis is to draw up a strategic plan for the development of Joudrs Prague softball team for the period form 1st October 2015 to 30th September 2018. Methods of work A qualitative interview with the club President, a qualitative interview with the sports manager of the club, an analysis of texts and documents, the SWOT analysis, monitoring, descriptive case study Results An analytic part of the diploma thesis was built on the descriptive case study as well as on monitoring which provided an insight into the internal environment of the club and revealed the opinions of SK Joudrs Prague club members. The included SWOT analysis was developed on the basis of interviews and the dependence among the most important points was summarised in the table. The choice of the strategy resulted from the SWOT analysis. The financial analysis of the club was set up with regard to the interview with the club President and relevant documents. Le sportif professionnel engagé dans une relation de travail avec un club sportif est actuellement dans une situation contractuelle similaire aux autres salariés. Le contrat de travail conclu par le sportif professionnel doit obligatoirement respecter les règles du droit du travail. Toutefois, la nature sportive de l’activité induit le respect d’autres normes relatives au sport qui complexifie la mise en place d’un lien contractuel. Les règles traditionnelles du Code du travail semblent inadaptées à la situation juridique du sportif professionnel. Face à ce constat, le législateur est décidé à faire évoluer le cadre normatif relatif au sportif professionnel dans le but de simplifier et d’améliorer la relation de travail spécifique de ce dernier. L’analyse des problématiques relatives à la formation, l’exécution et la rupture du contrat de travail du sportif professionnel, au regard des évolutions législatives envisagées, permet d’apporter des réponses adaptées aux difficultés actuelles soulevées par l’emploi des sportifs. / A Professional Sportsman engaged in a working relationship with a sports club is currently in a similar contractual situation to other employees. Employment contracts concluded by a Professional Sportsman must respect the provisions of the labour legislation. However, the sports-related nature of the activity undertaken by a Sportsman implies compliance with other sports-related standards that makes the establishment of a contractual relationship more complex. The traditional rules of the Labour Code do not seem to be adapted to the legal status of a Professional Sportsman. In light of this, the legislator committed to amending the regulatory framework relating to the Professional Sportsman in order to simplify and improve this specific employment relationship. The analysis of issues related to the conclusion, execution and termination of the employment contract of a professional sportsman, in view of the envisaged legislative developments, provides specific replies to the current difficulties in relation to the employment of sportsmen.

The topic of this diploma thesis is contracts between professional sportsmen and sports clubs and its implication on credit rating of sports clubs. Firstly, the legal framework of sport and sport contracts is defined both in Czech and European perspective with evaluation of differences. Within this legal framework the distinctions of a sports club, in relation to other production enterprises, are described. Main difference further studied in the application part is the inability to display professional sportsmen as a major asset of a sports club in the club's balance sheet. Financial implications of this difference are then given. In the application part the hypothesis that the disproportionate amount of club's assets in the production of sport's goods has negative influence on credit rating of sports club is tested. Two models based on financial data of Czech professional football club, AC Sparta Praha fotbal a.s., are created and tested. Finally, the results are compared and assessed.

Актуальность темы обусловлена потребностью футбольного клуба «Футбольный Клуб» в автоматизации процессов, протекающих в клубе, для увеличения эффективности работы персонала футбольного клуба, сокращения временных и ресурсных затрат, а также улучшения результатов выступлений команды в различных чемпионатах. Цель работы: автоматизация процессов, протекающих во время спортивной деятельности клуба, путем внедрения системы управления спортивными клубами SAP Sports One. Объектом исследования данной выпускной работы является система управления спортивными клубами SAP Sports One. Предметом исследования является бизнес-процесс прогнозной аналитики предстоящих матчей футбольного клуба. Научная значимость заключается в оценке эффективности использования методологии «Agile» для процесса внедрения системы SAP Sports One с помощью моделей системной динамики. Также в работе было проведено сравнение альтернатив для внедрения через метод анализа иерархий. Практическая значимость заключается в автоматизации процессов, протекающих во время спортивной деятельности клуба, путем внедрения системы управления спортивными клубами SAP Sports One. Также, 2 раздел данной работы может использоваться как методические указания к изучению системы SAP Sports One в различных дисциплинах. Также переход к методологии внедрения «Agile» может быть использован в будущих проектах внедрения. / The relevance of the topic is due to the need of the football club "Football Club" to automate the processes occurring in the club in order to increase the efficiency of the football club's staff, reduce time and resource costs, as well as improve the results of the team's performance in various championships. Purpose of the work: automation of processes occurring during the sports activities of the club by implementing the SAP Sports One sports club management system. The object of study of this graduate work is the SAP Sports One sports club management system. The subject of the study is the business process of predictive analytics for the upcoming matches of a football club. The scientific significance lies in evaluating the effectiveness of using the Agile methodology for the process of implementing the SAP Sports One system using system dynamics models. Also in the work was a comparison of alternatives for implementation through the method of analysis of hierarchies. The practical significance lies in automating the processes occurring during the club's sports activities through the implementation of the SAP Sports One sports club management system. Also, Section 2 of this work can be used as guidelines for studying the SAP Sports One system in various disciplines. Also, the transition to the Agile implementation methodology can be used in future implementation projects.
